Breakfast Potatoes must have been out of a microwave. Then left out to become soggy and cold. Bacon was burned and too crispy. Toast should come with butter or jam. Never given an opportunity to even ask for it. Service was awful. Had to ask for water three times to three different people. Couldn’t get our check when trying to leave. Didn’t seem to even have a dedicated waitress, and one of them that did show up to take our order didn’t seem to want to be at work at all and/or want to serve us. Will never go back. Go to the Outpost Buffet if you have to have breakfast at Margaritaville.

We celebrated Jimmy Buffet. Our server Lauren took exceptional care of us. She needs to get recognized by management as providing customer service above and beyond. Shout out too to the bartender who let me charge my phone. Banana drinks were perfect. Have to say that the valet when I pulled in had an attitude. And I feel $20 for valet is a bit steep. Five stars and beyond overall

Food was terrible. The Wagyu meatballs were 99% bread. The ceviche was un eatable. The margarita had zero alcohol in it. Manager was nice enough to remove the ceviche, that was nice of him. We didn’t request it. The resort was great. Food and drink can use an upgrade.

Chicken was undercooked and difficult to cut . When brought to the chef’s attention, he proceeded to ‘educate’ us on how chicken is cooked before replacing the meal. Seafood roll had shrimp shells. Manager was very apologetic and removed/discounted items. This was an unfortunate experience.

Absolutely terrible. Loud, kids running around in wet swimsuits, very slow service, overpriced. Seafood was old and smelled so bad I couldn’t eat it. Husbands pasta was completely bland…… and everything is about 3x overpriced for the quality and ambiance.

The food and service were great. The server was excellent and the chef came out and spoke to us because we had some allergy issues. He accommodated our table completely. Great experience.

If you’re staying at Margarita Vill then this is your restaurant to choose. It was kinda loud and the food was ok. There wasn’t a lot of variety at the other restaurant. Wasn’t bad just wasn’t amazing.

I wish I could remember the name of our waitress, but she was phenomenal! Wish we could’ve taken her home with us. Food was delicious! Very reasonably priced. Atmosphere was amazing. Truly A+ dining experience.

This place definitely had a couple of problems. Number 1- the flies. They are insane. They’re everywhere. They’re constantly flying around you, landing on your table, dive bombing your food… it’s not ideal. Number 2- the service. It’s awful. You’re lucky if you get sat a table with a server. Once you do finally get one, they’re either rude or very very slow (we ate here twice the weekend we stayed at Margaritaville.) Each person working here is some degree of overworked or overwhelmed. They seem understaffed. As for what’s good, we did actually enjoy our food for the most part once we got it. It wasn’t great, but it was good. A bit overpriced for what it is, but if the other problems were fixed we could’ve easily ignored the smaller complaints. I hope they get it together. Might be awhile before we come back.

Very overpriced. Appetizers were delicious but extremely small portions for price - definitely not enough for the table to share. Food was over cooked and managed handled rudely. He did end up comping two of the entrees but his attitude was very off-putting. Also there were a lot of flies in restaurant - at least 6 just buzzing around our table for entire meal. Drinks were good. Service was mediocre from our waiter. “Table sides” are enough for 1 person. Overall, do not recommend. I’d eat somewhere other than Margaritaville for all meals.

This resturant was a joke. They send out emails about a prime rib special for Father's Day wkend on Saturday and Sunday. We arrived at 8pm and was told they were already out. I asked how many they started with and was told they only had 20. Why send out multiple emails about a special for father's Day and than pull a bait and switch. We will not be back to this restaurant or resort. The wait staff did a good job and I feel sorry for them to have to deal with this.

The reason we made reservations for License To Chill was because of the advertised Father's Day prime rib. However, when we get that at our reservation time of 7:15pm they were out. We made reservations so that should not have been a problem. It was false advertisement as there was nothing in the promotion that said while supplies last. Very disappointed in this. The server and the manager were great! We understood it was not their fault. It was poor planning on the part of whomever put this promotion together and did not supply enough prime rib. Was told I don't know why they only bought one. I guess whoever decided one prime rib should be enough really needs to be updated training on planning and preparing enough for people who specifically made reservations in advance. Very disappointed in this experience as we had been looking forward to prime rib all day!
