Food was excellent and the service was top notch. A great value during restaurant week.
Amazing food, especially the butternut squash chocolate babka!!! Only downside was our ordering was a bit rushed because we were the last lunch seating at 2:30. If the kitchen is going to close then I recommend making the last seating at 2 instead.

Food was so good. I had chicken salad which was unusual. Husband had turkey hash which was very tasty. Friend had orange waffle which looked yum.

We went there to celebrate a birthday. The food was great. The staff was attentive and overall we felt taken cared of and left with a warm fuzzy feeling. Definitely would be returning to dine there.
Excellent food - some of the best hummus and Brussel sprouts dishes we have had in town anywhere. Thanks for having a gluten free pizza option, too - very tasty.

We absolutely loved our food and the whole experience was wonderful. My favorite was the kabocha squash and ricotta appetizer. I will definitely come back. The staff was very friendly, informative and not at all invasive. I told my cooking club friends to come check it out as well. I was there for a business lunch and the noise was fine for talking until it got really crowded. For a quieter lunch I'd advise going on the early side. A real gem! I love Dan Krueger's work and can't wait to go back.

Had a great experience celebrating a birthday at Loring Place. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the wine list was extensive, and the food was superb. I definitely recommend stopping in!
On the day we dined there was a baby shower so kitchen was incredibly slow and waitress was not helpful in informing us.

Absolutely loved our dinner! It took me three years to get there & plan to go there every time I’m in NYC. The food was delicious! Loved all the vegetable options to go with the new fall menu. The table next to us had a pizza that looked amazing too! Next time, brunch!

What an amazing experience! Chef Dan Kluger is a master of everything fresh! His ability to combine ingredients that seem commonplace and deliver out of this world flavor without breaking the bank is unmatched. The bone in pork chop, and zucchini blossom pizza were standouts. The pork quality was undoubtedly some of the best I’ve ever experienced, perfectly cooked, juicy and full of melt in your mouth fat, with a nice deeply developed char you can only get from roasting in a single portion cast iron staub in a high temp wood burning oven. The juices and fat perfectly caramelized the summer wax beans that lay underneath soaking up all that swiney goodness. The whole-wheat nutrient rich pizza, cracker thin and crisp, was a wonderful example of the chefs ability to perfectly merry sweet and savory, while not seeming heavy in the least, yet still cascading with bold and remarkable flavor. The servers, Ezra and Selena, were warm and accommodating and able to stay light on their feet when I peppered them with questions and probed into each dish. My wife and I were able to celebrate and converse easily in the full and animated room without feeling drowned out by fellow diners. All in all, a fantastic experience that I won’t soon forget!
The summer of 2019 has been my summer of Loring Place. I've eaten there 5 or 6 times (thank you NY'er for being away and not using all available reservations!) and it has been on point each time. Delicious food, perfect service. My favorite restaurant of the year. Cheers.

OMG — DELICIOUS! Super fresh, really wonderful and surprising. Was a real pleasure. Service was friendly and professional — made the delicious food even more enjoyable.
Servers forgot to charge us for wine. We were ethical and let them know. They ended up charging us the full amount. Would expect some kind of generosity for their mistake / our honesty at a high class restaurant.

Loring Place is definitely one of our new "go to" places. The food is consistently delicious and innovative, and the service and ambiance can't be beat. Have introduced it to two of our three kids--They are now enthusiastic fans who will definitely spread the word to their friends as well. Can't wait to go back for another superlative dining experience.
Absolutely the best restaurant around. Should have a Michelin star. Char, salads, pizza, pasta, halibut the best. Can't beat the tristar strawberries (salad and crostata). A must go.
Excellent varied menu of appetizers, small plates and large plates. The short ribs, pork chop, Arctic char and halibut were particularly noteworthy. The dining room was modern and attractive but at a high decibel level. Nevertheless, the experience was well worth it.
