Authentic Italian! Exceptional food, wonderful service!
A very pleasant evening during a difficult time. I think Luisa's is doing a very fine job of returning to service during these trying times. We had our meal outside and notice all the protocols where thoroughly followed. The food is excellent and the service is caring and true. It was the final Night of Italian heritage festival which was mostly virtual this year but did manage to keep the restaurants along Grant humming with activity. Just a few blocks away Luisa's was far less bustling which was fine for us. We kept it simple with a pizza & pasta. The pizza was the 5 star yelp which didn't disappoint. The stuffed calamari pasta was ordered from a special menu and was delicious if just a tad chewy. Our waiter recommended the lasagna and look forward to trying that next time.
Authentic Italian food at reasonable prices. Luisa is there to greet customers and make recommendations. My family and I really enjoyed our dinner.

The food was delicious, but the service was extremely slow. Our server was inattentive. The decor was uninspiring. It's the kind of place that I wouldn't mind bringing my kids, but not great for a date night.
This was our first meal at Luisa's, but it won't be our last. Everything was tasty, the service was great, and the prices were reasonable for the quality.
Food was prepared and presented poorly. the garlic bread was cold after about 30 seconds after bringing it to our table. The presentation was just chicken and broccoli for one of its dishes. My lasagna tasted weird and was lukewarm. my parents dishes looked good and tasted better albeit it was lukewarm also.
I don't think I will try this place again.

Quaint little place with the owner (91 years old) hanging out making sure the wait staff is doing their job. This is a great place to go if you want to get the Italian feel as you can hear the language in the restauarant and pictures on the wall of Italy and famous people who have stopped by her place.
This place was great and I will back soon !!!!
