Very lovely experience. Everything is top notch. The service is incredible. The only thing I would say is that it is not particularly unique or "exotic"/interesting? Have to mention that because some people are impressed with a unique and different experience, nothing stands out here. However, this is a 10/10 for a great dinner at a beautiful restaurant and great service.
We did the set menu and were unimpressed with the offerings. The salads were fine but nothing special. The main courses were flavorless and generally underwhelming (the steak was just bad). The drinks and desserts fell in line with the rest of the food and ranged between poor and average. The only thing about the whole experience that was positive was the atmosphere and at times the service but neither were so amazing that we could ignore the below average food.
Food was high quality and enjoyable, but I’ve been much more satisfied at other restaurants with comparable price points. Maybe it’s just a personal preference, but I found the service, while quite competent, rather impersonal and somewhat inattentive. In short, there was nothing exceptional about the experience, and with so many other options, I don’t see myself going back.
Only a prix fix menu was too limiting. Other was a very limited bar menu
Service was very good. My lobster Benedict was not good at all but the rest of my party enjoyed their dishes for the most part. It’s definitely a beautiful place.

This place is probably for business ONLY, everything is way over priced then the actual quality. Choice on the menu for lunch is very limited.
Great place. Great service. Loved the ambience and environment. I would not recommend this for vegetarian, which I am. I thought they would make something special like in another Michelin rated restaurant I went to. But if you are not, I would recommend it. The people in the table next to us was raving about the food and service.
For three people for lunch the tab came to $205. Very expensive as we didn’t have any alcohol. Ordered 3 entrees, gaspacho to share, iced tea and two desserts. Might expect to pay this for dinner but not lunch.
We ordered the lobster egg benedict, farmers salad bowl with flat iron steak, and country bread with butter. The online menu was outdated as we were hoping to try the grilled flat iron and wings as the appetizer.
The lobster egg benedict was a major letdown. Instead of getting chunks of lobster meat, we got small scraps of tiny lobsters bits that we have no idea what parts they came from. The meat also had no flavor and very bland. We might as well be having tofu instead. The hollandaise sauce also had no flavor, and the eggs were not runny.
The farmers salad bowl with flat iron steak was okay. The mixed green was fresh, but they don’t jive very well.
Service was good, as she was attentive and helpful. Ambience was good, as it was a sunny and bright day.
We understand we are in the midst of a pandemic, but the food quality was beyond subpar. Price has gone up as well. It is as if they are trying to cut costs and hope their customers would not notice. I would not recommend this place.
Terrible service. Asked for a high chair 5 times. Took 15 minutes to get it.
Different servers asked us if we were done, when we just completed our appetizers and waiting for our main course.
Food was mediocre at best. Way to salty, every dish over flavored.

Sitting outside is probably much better, from inside we couldn't enjoy the view and the cash register was very noisy.
As the lunch menu is very limited, I expected the main entrees that were listed to be very special, but we were disappointed by both the chicken sandwidch that was a bit hard to chew, and the Iron that was too fatty.
Side dishes were ok (no selection, mine arrived with a cabbage and since I asked for no mayo so it was dry and tasteless)
The burrata salad was good.
Gorgeous property and decoration. Was very disappointed for the price of food and what was delivered. nothing was exceptional. it was all very "good" but i won't recommend anyone to dine here who is from California. Very unexciting, small portions, and quite honestly -- average flavors. I think my favorite part of the evening was ordering the french fries for an appetizer -- those are delicious. The chocolate ice cream -- phenomenal. Otherwise i've had better steak and kampachi elsewhere. Definite room for improvement.

We were celebrating a 60th birthday and everything was a challenge. I understand the Covid restrictions of course but we were told upon arrival that could not bring in balloons or a birthday cake. I offered to keep the balloons outside for a photo but was told no. They finally agreed to let me bring in the cake but no candles and charged me $6.00 for to cut each slice of my cake. The service was slow and they first agreed to give me plates and forks to cut my cake but then took it back to cut in the kitchen. The whole process took over 20 minutes. I waited for the manager but he never came by. I was also disappointed to see that they only offered 1 salad for lunch. We asked them to open an umbrella because of the sun but were told that they were not opening them up because of the wind. A few minutes later the table next to us had their umbrella opened. Our waiter was sweet and tried his best but everyone else had a poor attitude and made everything more difficult.
The food and service does not reflect the standard that one would expect from a Michelin’s star restaurant. Both were below mediocre.
It is a special place. A bit pricey, but well worth it for a special occasion.
Gorgeous resort complex in Menlo Park with stunning views of the foothills. As per Rosewood standards, the restaurant, the table settings and service were impeccable. Staff so engaging and friendly. Food was good, but nothing to write home about. A reminder this was Sunday brunch off a menu. A table of four had difference choices for main course, shared a Burrata as an appetizer, no desert. Amazing that we ran into a dear friend who came for the first time and were treated to a nice bottle of Flowers Rose wine which was perfect for a warm summer afternoon.
Poor meal pacing of meal and exorbitant prices for cocktails.
Lovely as usual! Outdoor dining in the deck with terrific views of the foothills. New chef and new pris fixe menu. Great presentation though missing the amuse bouche which was formerly a part of the delight of the evening. My only complaint is the $8.00 charge for bread. Would rather have that wrapped into the price per meal and gift it in a box for the next morning to anyone who had it left over. Would be a nice touch! We both had the salmon which was exquisite and I loved the black sesame ice cream. Overall I highly recommend this dining experience!!
The staff could not have been more helpful. When the next seating was ready, the manager offered for us to continue our visit with an out of town friend in the lounge. He went above and beyond!

Always a good meal, but it seems the portions are smaller than in the past with the set menu. Suggestion to opt for a 4 course at 105 for those who can eat just a tad more.

Lovely lunch in the middle of the day. Really great service and creative menus. Admittedly not that many choices, But what we tried was great. Absolutely must leave space for dessert
