Best locals restaurant in St Helena..great people..looking forward to the end of pandemic so we enjoy more frequently...

Always great food and service! Love their crab cake, fried chicken and Mac and cheese. Soups are always tasty and fresh. Cocktails are creative and yummy! They have really upgraded their outside dining with plenty of heaters and a barrier between diners and the road. Thank you for maintained your high standards and always friendly service!

Despite the chilly night, we had an all around warm experience. The heaters were perfect as well as the wind break next to us. Service was outstanding and the food was hot and delicious. Great crab cake, burgers, and Irish coffee. S'mores were a fun experience. Thank you to the great team there for a wonderful night in St. Helena!

Wonderful experience. The people were so nice and so helpful. Food was delicious and we enjoyed sitting outside. They set up the heaters nicely.

The service was ok until I ordered and tried their stinky mimosa (it smelled like dirty used rugs, very foul smell and taste, not bubbly at all, orange juice was made out of a powder). So I asked to replace it with a glass of simple rose, instead regular bubbly was brought, I asked again for my rose and received very cold service, and my rose, finally. After that the waiter just disappeared and we were completely ignored until the end. My husband wanted to order a cup of coffee after the meal, but she never came back to us. Same with the check, my husband had to go and ask for a bill after we've waited for an hour. As for a food: soups (the creamy bean soup and a carrot soup) were good, fish and chips too oily, crab cake on the veggies bed was way over salted, so I finished my water immediately, but never got a refill because we were ignored. Place is too overpriced for such food and awful service. We will never come back.

The reviews were great so we expected the food to be excellent. We didn’t expect to by blown away by every course and have the best service ever (thanks Tara!). This will be a staple every time we’re back in town.

Market is where we like to go to get comfort food and personable service - always. We have been going here for years and are never disappointed.

Food was excellent - we had carrot ginger soup, my husband had fish tacos, which he loved, and I had a crab cake. Everything was delicious. They were also very accommodating, in that we had a tight timeline and they worked with us to finish on time.

We were able to make a last minute reservation, and had one of the best restaurant experiences ever. The staff was attentive and super friendly. Tara was our waitress and her son was our busser, and they both are the reason we will be back sooner rather than later (well and the food). We felt comfortable dining indoors and were distanced away from others. Thank you to the entire team at Market!

Market is a favorite of mine when in St. Helena for lunch. The menu is eclectic and satisfying and I'm always torn as to what to order. Enjoyed the French dip this day and it did not disappoint. I always look forward to my visits to St. Helena and Market.

This was an overrated restaurant. The veggie burger which was homemade had no taste. The fish and chips was average. Overall, nothing special in terms of food, ambience or service.

Have had a lot better and too much truffle on the mashed potatoes. Corn bread was bland and crumbly. Wouldn’t go back again. So many better places just a few miles away from this place.

far away and we had...get this...a table cloth. We had the Mac and Cheese....it was
aka..Adult mac and cheese. Yes. We had the fish and chips...great.

Completely outstanding service and food. Roman and Kayla attended to our needs, and were both knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Nice changes to the interior create a quieter place for dining. This spot is a favorite for all the right reasons, and we'll return again and again!
