Was not a busy night. Good food and great service with a limited menu and wine list

Restaurant appeared to be in transition. The food was good.

It’s turning into a Mediterranean restaurant so you better go now if you want a little piece of Arcadia. No more duck fat frys :(

We arrived about 15 minutes late for our reservation, but no problem being seated. The dining room was virtually empty, so the servers and kitchen were not overburdened.
We ordered skirt steaks which were cooked to perfection, one rare and one medium rare. The steaks were so big that we only ate half at the restaurant and took the other half home for lunch the next day. Had we known the size of the servings, we could have ordered one to share.

Great service. Great food

No one else can do a skirt steak like Arcadia. This is our go to steak place in the bay area.

A little pricey even for San Jose.
Wine selections were a little off common market pricing.

It's showing that this restaurant will no longer exist soon. They are doing work in there, the quality has suffered some and it even smells unpleasant in the dining room. The servers are still super nice.

Opening night of the opera. Superb service. Servers always ensure we leave on time for the curtain.

A hidden gem! The sun chokes were a little too salty but everything else was superb. We will be back!

Especially for a hotel restaurant, this is excellent. I went most recently with my mother, and we opted to have a bunch of apps and sides. Every dish was tasty, and well presented. The service was a bit spotty, coming out more than once to deliver the free extra, and then disappearing for a while when we were hoping to get the check, but we were there early, and without a real flow of customers to gage things by.

The lobster mac and cheese and their mushroom bisque were both excellent, and the Brussels sprouts had good flavor and texture.

Enjoyed our dinner before our broadway show. Service, food and portions were to our liking.

Excellent on all fronts - food was stellar! Service was fantastic. It was a busy night and we never had to wait for anything.

Would have liked more seasoning , cooked perfectly but I'm not a total purist on the meet stand alone. Some are.

I enjoy this restaurant whenever I have an event downtown. The presentation of the "I Drink and I Know Things" drink was stunning. I loved my truffle mac n' cheese and asparagus, and the free french fries were incredible. One of my favorite restaurants in San Jose.

Good experience

It was nice! We were in town for the weekend and staying at the hotel- got the fried chicken for two and holy moly! That was a great meal and the chicken was nice and moist. Our daughter had the kids pizza and loved it. Servers were great, ambiance was great, and overall it was a great time.

Food was outstanding, service was very good, ambience is acceptable.

Robert continues to be the best server in the market! Quite an asset to this establishment! Was hosting friends from out of town and Arcadia left us nothing but impressed!

Nobody was there....my dry-aged steak was very weird and I have eaten many steaks that were dry aged. In hindsight I should have sent it back. The asparagus was good and so was the Caesar salad.

The place was empty on a Friday night which should have been our first cue. None of our dishes were notable except maybe the lobster Mac and cheese. But even that was skimpy on the lobster. The salad was literally brown on the edges and the waiter said he would remove it from the bill but didn’t. And the topper was giving me full caffeine coffee after asking for decaf as evidenced by my staring at the ceiling until 3 AM.
Not a great experience.

It was dead on a Friday night. The soup tasted good but was more like a paste than a soup. The seafood tower was great. The fish was bland. Also, the waiter told me it was Chilean sea bass but it wasn’t.

The service at Arcadia is always excellent! The food is memorable and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I think i got there too late. I am certain at an earlier time it would have been an incredible experience

Bartenders are top notch ! Food is amazing ! Strongly recommend the lobster pot-pie or the pork chop.

Not bad for dinner, it is a steakhouse, have a steak.

Ruben was a fantastic server, and all the staff added to the experience. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. The food was great and came out in a timely manner. The restaurant paid attention to my special request and already had the surprise ready.

The restaurant we deserted, and service was sooooooo slow. We were a party of 4 and we were there for 2 ½ hours. They also padded the bill, but immediately provided an excuse when we pointed it out to them and had a new receipt in hand.

Should’ve left after we got there. After my daughters and I were seated, there were a group of 5 employees less than 12 feet away having a personal conversation with a lot of colorful language. We were seated against the bank of windows next to a wine glass hutch. Across from the hutch was a doorway where employees were gathered and gossiping. Totally inappropriate for the setting and especially since my 2 young daughters were with me. One of the employees make a shush gesture and pointed to our table to which her coworkers replied “F them. I’m almost done”
Food was good but overall I very disappointed in the immature staff.

Sea Bass was good, steaks are the star here though. Love the whipped potatoes and truffled mac. Craft cocktails are interesting (in a good way) and don't give me a headache the day after!

Great steak and seafood. They cook all to perfection. Very attentive staff and all around good place
