First time here having brunch. Food was excellent and portions were generous. The two negatives were too strong coffee and not hot, and music was too loud.

This is one of my favorite spots. I was here last week and the service was so-so. The service this time was excellent and our waiter was fast, attentive and super knowledgeable about the various dishes.

The food was excellent and the service was good, but tends to fall apart at the end of the meal. Trying to get the check is the most frustrating part of the experience, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy

Food and atmosphere were good. Service was not that great. Our waiter did not check on us that often.
Service was great! Although, we didn't request another full order of nachos. We only requested an extra bowl of the salsa, but it still took longer than expected to get the "full order". Bottom line, we enjoyed ourselves with excellent food.

We love matchbox usually but tonight’s service was very poor. I was charged the wrong item and was double charged so I know I will have to deal with that through the bank. Our server was all over the place and pretty sure forgot about us. Food was good though.

We went here for my husbands birthday dinner. He ordered steak frites and I ordered pizza. His steak came out undercooked so he sent it back and by the time they remade it and brought out a “new” steak I was done with my food. The second steak they brought out was still undercooked and looked as if they just put it under the broiler to grey the outside. They didn’t take it off our bill or apologize after being confronted. For his birthday they didn’t offer us a dessert, which would be fine, but considering they messed up his meal twice you’d think they would offer something, either a dessert or comp his meal. Very disappointing experience. Husband said he will not

Our first time here at Matchbox. We ordered chicken sandwiches and artichoke dip that were both very good. There service was attentive and their attention to social distancing was well thought out and effective. Would recommend to anyone to give them a try. A veriety of items to select from from burgers to steaks to pizza!

The tiny tuna tartare tacos were SO overpriced that I was kind of thrown...but the delicious crab soup and excellent service almost made up for it.

Matchbox has really proven to a be a staple at One Loudoun. The food is always prepared well and delicious. The staff work in unison to bring your food out quickly and are very attentive. Great price for a fantastic meal. One of the best in One Loudoun.

This was our first visit here. The wait staff was pushy and rushing our ability to look at the menu. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. The menu stated one price for a glass of wine, but was $7 more on our check. It's definitely a loud place, or at least our seating area was.

Great Food, great environment, and we tried a new dessert, brownie espresso ... omg yummy ... we always share a pizza and one other item. We had the ribs for first time, very tender and sweet and the corn bread was great. We met one of the managers Curtis, he was very good, and service was great as usual!!! Distancing is normal pretty good with Covid !!! Great meal !!! You should go if you haven’t been.. the salad with grilled salmon is my wife’s favorite, we always get the pepperoni pizza.. if you like spicy, the fire and smoke pizza is great ... and if you have a sweet tooth the donuts are always great !!!

It was good food. I had the chicken sandwich and it was nice a crispy with a good portion of coleslaw on it and some flavorful pickles. I got it “Nashville Hot”. Nice kick, but not hot enough to make someone cry for their mom.

My husband and I frequent this location and typically have a great experience. This time we went on a Sunday and many menu items weren’t available which was a huge frustration for my husband who normally orders the pound cake French toast and they weren’t available. Other than having to change what we normally get because of items being out of stock, we had a pleasant experience which is what we normally expect when going to matchbox. Thanks for continued amazing service even during a pandemic. Also side note, it’s always REALLY clean and people are consistently wiping down surfaces when we go.

The staff was pleasant. The waiter gave me plenty of time and space since he knew I was waiting for a friend. I tried the steak frites. It was over cooked and had zero flavor. It also had the taste of meat that had been frozen and thawed out. As much as I like Matchbox, the quality isn’t the same and not sure I’ll be returning.

Their food and service are amazing all the time. The Host and the server are so friendly and attentive. I had lunch with my friends and order some take out for dinner.
Our waitress was great very attentive! Excellent food, took my friend from out of town and he thought it was some of the best pizza he’s had!
Matchbox is always good. We always get a pizza or two and sliders to share with the table. It never disappoints.

We visit Matchbox multiple times a month for brunch, dinner, or lunch. Usually the service is good, not great. However, yesterday the service was terrible. We got our food from someone else and didn't see our server for 25 mins. after. We were all the way at the end and had our 1 month old so we couldn't exactly get up to find someone. There were a few things we wanted but our server didn't show up until we were completely finished.

I love Matchbox Rockville- but One Loudoun fell short. Bathroom was dirty, had to send dirty plates back and then the server didn’t bring new plates and had to remind her to bring the clean plates and silverware. Then only saw her again after the meal- she brought a refill after we were finished our meal. I told the manager and she just said- who was it- after I pointed out she just said thanks. It was not too busy that this should have happened. We will not return to this location.
