   Food was very good. Love the three salsas. Original server disappeared and I finally had goal for someone to brig me my check. Not sure what happened. That is not normal for this restaurant. Service is usually excellent.

   Everything was good until toward the end of our meal and our waitress DISAPPEARED for at least 20 minutes. Other wait staff had to help us and she just showed up after someone else brought the check and it was time to pay.

   We had a table of 8 and the service was great. The food was very good. Everyone enjoyed the meal. It was very loud however it was a Friday night at prime seating time. We will return to continue to explore the menu!

   Mesero Inwood was delicious and the staff are always welcoming! The ground beef tacos were divine true Tex Mex! I had never ordered these before but will again. The nachos conocidas with brisket are a full meal! Monday is a calmer day at Mesero so this was nice. While the restaurant was full, it was not crazy chaos!

   We love going to Mesero. It was a Monday night at 6:30pm , the restaurant was not busy, and it seemed short handed so It was a slow night with slow service.

   Mesero is a favorite, but food quality definitely suffers during peak times. Weekend nights are the worst time to visit.

   Utterly amazing service and customer support! The bartender made multiple recommendations and clearly knew his menu. There was a slight glitch in the some of the serving materials that I received and the bar team went directly to management without me having to ask and a swift remedy was offered. Just when I thought customer service was dead... Mesero management comes shining through!

    Great local spot. Diverse menu, quality Mexican food and great ambiance. Also very clean. One less star due to getting charged for top shelf margaritas when we ordered regular … server should never assume (always ask) and this hikes the bill up quite a bit.

    It was a nice evening, so we ate outdoors on the patio. It's pretty loud inside Mesero. Our waiter was great, food was excellent and we had a very nice time.

    Great food and atmosphere. It is loud and can be challenging for conversation but it’s a great place for a group - lots of variety, great cocktails, and excellent service.

    Restaurant was very busy, and the tables were not very well spaced out. The server seemed overwhelmed and had too many tables to take care of. Food was amazing, but we probably won’t go back to to this location.

    Server didn’t seem to care about our table. Food came out cold and not at the same time for the entire table. Not worth the money.

    Mesero seems to be slipping in food quality, presentation and service. Not sure if it is the expanded seating area causing this or what, but it's just not been as good on my last two visits.

    Service was not great. Bartender was not busy but gave us no attention - we had to keep working to get his attention to put orders, ask for check etc. There were no other patrons at the bar - he was just tidying up and looking at his phone. Probably not cut out for that job.

    The first worker up front in white who was supposed to check us in for our reservation at 1915 was quick to give us such a horrible and dismissive attitude. She intentionally took us to a 4 person table with an added table that blocked through traffic, for our party of 7. We also were not seated for nearly 30 minutes after our reservation time. We had to ask a hard working server to move us to a more appropriate seating for our reserved party size. The food was mediocre and not hot. None of our plates were worth the price. We wanted to have a conversation with the manager about our poor experience, which was start to end, but it turned out to be the person who was up front with the horrible attitude. When we asked the only nice worker for the manager, who just so happened to be right next to her, she pointed to her saying “she’s the manager.” The manager then gave us a snarky smirk being glad that she knew we didn’t want to speak to her about her own catty attitude, so we also didn’t get to voice our poor service and food. This was the most awful birthday dinner I have ever experienced. We also requested a birthday “shoutout,” but decided to let the staff know not to bring out the dessert after all so we could get our check and get out quick. Needless to say, we were eager to leave this place and it is unfortunate we had this terrible experience with a reservation for a birthday celebration.

    Food was great. Service was mediocre. Our waitress seemed a little irritated for some reason. Then when we ordered dessert and asked to have two cups of coffee, she said "Oh, it'll be awhile to make the coffee" which tells me that she didn't want to take the time to make the damn coffee. Its her way of saying it. She should have just smiled and say "my pleasure, I'll make some" and then leave it at that. Wait staff is friendly but this type of response to customers is not good service in my eyes. Well, we decided to reduce her tip because of this. Overall, the food is always good and delicious.

    Brought me the wrong dish. The rest of my party had there’s and would not eat until mine arrived 6 mins later. Gave us the wrong check. Looked over the correct check and overcharged us by $8 on the margaritas. Attention to detail was not there at all.
