Love this place. Food and staff are awesome!
Great food! Love the location and vibe! Service was slow.
Our service was outstanding! Great food. We arrived for a co-worker's birthday. Her name was printed on the menu and she felt really special. We brought a cake and they sliced it for us and included an ice cream and churro dessert too.
We were seated right away and had our choice of tables inside or outside. The service was excellent, we all ordered something different, and the food was awesome, and we had a great time.
Milagros was a great place for us for 4 generations to meet! Everyone was satisfied! Thanks so much!
Had the tortilla soup- was disappointed as no avocados and the chicken had not been stewed in the soup broth- check out una mas for fabulous tortilla soup ,
Always a fun time but service was lacking this time ... server was hard to find and our drinks took a long time (food was served first which is a no-no in my book, and I used to be a server for several years) but always enjoy our time at Milagros! Service is usually better...maybe the sever was slammed, it was a busy day.
Hello there - had a great holiday lunch with my clients... The menu was off-the -charts good and I can safely say that I had the best Chile Relleno in my life there. The only drawback to the restaurant is the blaring music from the speakers - it was very difficult to engage in conversation because of how loud it was. Management needs to invest some time and effort into figuring how to be able to adjust certain speakers around the restaurant for volume in the sound system. Friday night at happy hour is fine to blast the music... lunchtime, not so much.
Yearly Christmas tradition.
Server and bar tender were so rude the night we dined. we eat here all the time and we have never hated being there as much as we did the other night.
Our experience was in general great. The margaritas are fabulous and the food is delicious. However, our table was still being served when we got there so we had to wait almost 30 minutes before being seated. That's extremely frustrating when you're there to celebrate grandpa and have a toddler with you.
Never have had a bad meal or bad service. We love this place!
We have been here many times. The food is good and the dishes are generous.
I miss some more vegetarian options, but I like they have dairy-free and gluten-free options too.
It is also good for drinks in the bar.
Food was good; service was excellent; price was right.
Milagros is one of our favorite places to dine. The service is prompt, friendly, and helpful. We love the outdoor dining, which is nice even on cooler days. Milagros offers food choices not available at other venues. We also love the family friendly atmosphere.
Delicious drinks, love the salsa trio. Milagros steak burrito is my favorite!
The food was excellent our waitress was awful. She didn’t look too friendly and never checked on us. When it was time to pay we had to go find her because she was nowhere to be found after we placed our order
Best food in Redwood City. Great place for quick drink or a full dinner with the family.
Our server, can’t remember his name, is ALWAYS great! Very friendly, right amount of checking on us & remembers me each visit.
The food was very good, although the salmon fajitas veggies were too greasy.
The staff is great!!! Celebrated our son’s 5th bday. Our boys love going their, it’s so lively and colorful, great for large groups and families...but make sure to RSVP
Milagro’s has gone down hill. The taquitos are d
The meal itself was delicious but the service was somewhat annoying. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seated. Once at our table, the server proceeded to mansplain the menu and define the concept of “small plates” as if we’d never eaten at a restaurant before. He also put in an order of chips and salsa for us at no charge, which was nice in theory, but we’d already ordered plenty of food so this went to waste. Anyway the ceviche, mushroom quesadilla, tacos al pastor, and El Jefe marg were great.
Awesome guacamole, margaritas by the pitcher and meals. Service was excellent.
Food was just okay. The carnitas was too dry. Service and ambiance were good.
Our waiter was amazing! We had out of town guests from Holland and they were floored by how great and personable he was. He knows everything on the menu so well and made fantastic recommendations. He even took a wonderful photo of the 6 of us. Loved the table they sat us at by the bar and beat all the artifacts. Total experience from beginning to end was fantastic! We’ve been coming on and off for years, but this was the best meal and service we’ve ever had!!
Our table location was great, however it was small for a party of 6. We made it work. Due to the noise level, it was probably a good thing too that it was a smaller table cause we could hear each other talk.
I've been to Milagros multiple times but based on my experience this last time, I'm not sure wouldn't recommend it to a friend. Despite my having a reservation, they made me wait for a table with a very rude tone. Once they sat me, the table was still dirty and had the prior check over it. They cleaned it with me there and then didn't offered me water nor chips. I waited for about 10 minutes before waving at the waiters to ask for drinks.
The food was great as always, it was just this time that the overall service was defficient.
I have Celiac. I have eaten here twice and not been glutened--so that is HUGE. They take great care with food prep and take food allergies very seriously. I'm impressed.
Both times, the food was fantastic. I had several of the tacos--yummy. The salmon taco is amazing as is the lobster.
Chips and salsa were both fresh--the chips were even warm!
Definitely coming back.
We went to Milagros to celebrate my husband's bday with friends.
The food was delicious, the recommendations on the spice levels was spot on, the drinks were fabulous (I recommend the rum coconut recommendations) and the server was very involved in our comfort.
I highly recommend Milagros for anyone who wants to enjoy the fiesta of flavors.
My favorite was the Camarones Diabla. It was the best thing I have eaten in forever!
Will be back again soon.
Delicious Milagros margaritas and chips and salsa
Excellent food - freshly made tortillas! And delicious and unique margaritas. Our waiter was also very helpful and friendly. It was lively so a bit louder but the restaurant’s popularity is due to the great food and drink.
Great outdoor seating with heaters! We asked to be switched inside via phone call day of but did not happen?! It turns out, outside was so much fun and warm so I am happy they made the mistake! Yummy, busy, happening spot with good food. Service good for how busy. Thank you.
Milagros is such a fun place! Wonderful ambiance and eclectic deco. Fun for families as well as friend groups. Service and food were excellent. We were seated in back room- a bit quieter- but much better for our group which included an elderly patron and a disabled adult. Only complaint was that it still was a bit noisy and parking was really tough on Friday at 6. I would recommend it highly- suggest later reservation might improve parking issue.
My family and I love going to Milagros! The food is great! The staff treats us like family. We truly enjoy going there all the time!
Little crowded. I requested indoor at reservation but they don't have indoor seated. Outside there were heaters on the top. It was way too warm on the head and cold at the bottom feet after 9pm.
I struggle to rate Milagros a 3 as its weakest link is the food. From past experiences, the ambience and service have been its strengths. Years ago, its food was also a strength... but in the past few visits, we have been consistently disappointed with our meals and have decided to throw in the towel.
Our beef (no pun intended) is that the meat tends to be overcooked and the sauces lack flavor but not saltiness. One of our favorite dishes had been the mole chicken entree (now only offered as an enchilada)... but lately its been very dry and flavorless. The once awesome tacos have more recently been served in so much sauce that the taco shells turn to mush.
Great place to celebrate 3 birthdays. They even customized the menu for us with a birthday greeting. A very nice touch!
Great food, the server forgot about us after our meal. We had to track her down physically to make payment. No bueno. It was not that busy
