The server was great. Ordered the Chicken Christopher that was very good. In addition, I ordered Mac and cheese, Brussel sprouts, and my husband had steak. The Mac and cheese came out cold, and so was his steak that had no flavor. Brussel sprouts were bland. We did try the Legendary Hot Chocolate cake. That was very good.

They didn’t have the 12 oz filet nor the 14 ounce dry rub. We had to settle for the ribeye. It was tender, juicy and delicious. The chop salad was excellent and so was the French onion soup. The service was extremely slow.

It was my 51st Birthday. A party of 5. And, it was a bit disappointing. This was not the Morton's experience that I was told about, at other locations. Not even close to the experiences I've had at a different "M" named restaurant in D.C. I expected top notch service that I did not receive. PROS: *They took our picture with their camera and gave it to us. *They had a menu that said, Happy Birthday *The Food was good, and came out relatively quickly. *Some of the waitstaff was very kind and helpful when asked for help. *The ambiance was nice. CONS: *It was not busy AT ALL, for a Saturday night, but they put us all the way in the back of the restaurant by the restrooms (It was my birthday). *We had many issues with our waiter, which was very unfortunate. (we had to repeat our orders several times, he would forget about Cretan items we ordered and we had to remind him, he dropped a shrimp on my daughter's phone, which fell on the table, and we had to ask him to remove it after he had already been to our table 6 times... just to name a few) *Our apps came out together but our food did not. *We asked for Oscar style, our steak came naked. They then brought it to the table, and placed it for us to figure out. *We asked the Host, that sat us, to please take a picture of us with our camera, he said he had to lock the door and then he walked away. We ended up asking another waiter to take it, and he kindly did. *Although they had Happy Birthday on the menu, it did not have a name on it, which the Waiter pointed out. I was really expecting better from Morton's. Although right now I would not recommend them, I will give them another try for Happy Hour, at the bar.

I was in the area attending a business conference. Need to satisfy colleagues with diverse tastes. Morton’s filled the bill and everyone found what they wanted with the steak and seafood choices. A memorable team meal!

Our waiter was wonderful and friendly. The drinks were delicious, as was the sea scallop and Caesar salad apps. Filets “medium”- one was nearly rare, but one was cooked correctly. The au gratin potatoes were also undercooked, but flavor was great. We did tell our waiter and he kindly substituted the potatoes for dessert, which was perfect. Overall very good meal, maybe just a little off because we were there right at opening.

Enjoy a special night out at Mortons. They certainly know how to make the evening a good one. Only negative comment is they say us right next to the private room for a party and the doors were not closed. Partygoers we’re mingling in the restaurant right next to our table. If we were not already into our meal I would have asked to move. The restaurant was empty so it makes no sense to sit us right next to the party.

We had a stellar experience at Morton's. The staff was incredibly attentive and took good care to answer any questions and make impeccable recommendations. The food was delicious and well proportioned. The lamb chops were meaty and tender. The steak was flavorful and moist. The drinks were potent and tasty. And dessert took us over the top. I would definitely recommend Morton's to anyone who wants to ensure that their night out will go off without a hitch.

An excellent dining experience. The bacon steak appetizer was phenomenal. We will never look at bacon the same way again. My ribeye and my wife's filet Oscar were both done perfectly. The staff was also great. Our waiter, Donald, was both friendly and attentive. He contributed greatly to our overall satisfaction. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Our server, Dimitrius was attentive. Offered suggestions, was considerate of our small appetites. Made sure to make us feel satisfied. Was always close by but not on top of us. We were in from out of town, and I will definitely consider Morton's as my primary steak house.

We had an experience. Demetrius was our server who was the best. They personalized our dinner menu since it was my wife's birthday. The manager, John, was so nice and spoke to us for awhile. He made sure we had a nice experience. Both went above and beyond to make our experience unique and memorable.

Patrick the manager was very engaging and conscientious and personable in his greeting and checking on our table. Excellent. Brendan our waiter was also excellent and personable. The food was up to Morton's great standard and decor very nice. We eat here once annually on a baseball trip and it is always perfect

We were here several years ago and it’s definitely stuck in the 80s Steak was ok And no soufflé, which is what Morton’s was famous for!

We've been to Morton's in Baltimore multiple times and have never failed to be impressed by the exceptional quality of the food as well as the service. Morton's has the best meats anywhere, period, and all the rest of the menu, from the shrimp cocktail and lobster bisque to lobster tails to the sides and the desserts (wonderful creme brulee) are top-notch. The bar is great and also has good value happy hour specials.

Amazing food and service. Had a table of 12 for my 26th birthday (June 18), the only downside I had was my ID being expired ( I take full responsibility) literally a week before my birthday and they denied me access to drinks. Overall an amazing experience and my family and friends loved this place. PS they do not split the bill, you have to tell the waiter your total for your card !

The waitress asked me what type of cake I like and she charged us for some thing we didn’t order. I assumed the cake was on the house since it was my birthday just like at other restaurants, but they charged us for the cake.

Overall it was a very pleasant dining experience. Logistics was a bit of a nightmare. Using Waze, we were navigated to the BACK of the parking garage! Do not follow that! Turn right on Charles St. and just valet park. ($11) Morton's shares the parking lot with the Sheraton hotel Regarding the meal, our experience was very nice. Staff are well-trained and professional. Service took a bit longer than expected--likely due to Mothers Day. My son had the 7 oz. Waegu steak--by his 12 year old account it was "the best he ever had in his life!" My Ribeye was very nicely charred and the temperature was perfect, and it was delicious. The Imperial Steak plates came out very nicely prepared, but the temperature of one of them was slightly undercooked. Regardless, our guest very much enjoyed the meal! It would be a 5 star experience without Camden Yards traffic to contend with and on a "non-holiday" day, I believe. Plan accordingly! Gametime traffic can be a nightmare! It added at least 15 minutes to our ride home.

Went to Morton’s with two friends. We were attending local conference like most of the other guests but it was busy because of a social from the conference and two extremely large tables. We had open table reservations for 8:15 and waited at the bar hoping for seats there. During this time, we noticed three or four tables open but not available. At 8:15 went to hostess but she was not available because she was serving. Went another 15-20 minutes waiting to get seated. Our server Ken was excellent and appeared to push both our bar orders and food so once we got to the table turned around. Food was excellent.

Waited over an hour to be seated! Our reservation was at 8 and got sat around 9PM. The hostess could care very little about the party. She had such a poor attitude and when we asked for assistance none was given. We suggested two times another table for our party of 6 to sit at which she denied. Finally after an hour she agreed to add the extra place setting that took all of 5 min to set up. She was annoyed walking us to the table, dropped the drink menus, no further instruction about the waiter will bring menus etc. we spent close to 800 dollars last night and we were treated like we were a bother. The young man who waited on us was great. He had been hustling the whole night, working bar, waiting etc. I was surprised a manager would have come to the table and say I’m sorry for your extra long wait. We are short staffed etc. It took 40 min just to get a drink at the bar while we were waiting for our table to be ready. Unfortunately, I will not schedule another work dinner T this restaurant.

No effort by our server to describe dishes or pairings in an appealing way—a take it or leave it attitude. Showed displeasure at needing to provide water with no ice. Always rushed, and made a point of telling me that an item doesn’t come with what I asked for because nobody wants that item nowadays—very off-putting. That said, the wagyu filet was excellent and the food was prepared just right.

I visited Morton's of Baltimore with high expectations, but I was a bit disappointed by the food. The service, however, was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us regularly. The ambiance was inviting, but the music was a bit louder that expected for this type of establishment. The food, on the other hand, was mediocre. The portions were small, I ordered the 20oz bone in Ribeye and after cooked if it was 12oz I would be stunned. For $70 I would expect a hefty portion. The flavor was okay, and the presentation was lackluster. The House Salad did not match the descriptions on the menu, and was mushy. As I said the prices were also too high for the quality of the food. I have been going to Morton's for over 40 years and have noticed that since Landry's Inc. bought them the quality of food and their menu has changed and NOT for the better. The Manager John did an excellent job, but he can't control the quality of food the corporation provides him with. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for the service and the atmosphere, but not for the food. I hope they can improve their menu and their cooking skills in the future.
