We always enjoy the food, drinks, atmosphere, and service at Paul Martin's. We are regulars. My salmon was delicious, and our servers were polite and attentive. We had two problems this time. The initial service for drinks took a long time, and the skirt steak was tough and poor quality.

Went to PMA for our anniversary dinner. Everything came out hot and fast! Food was delicious as always. Our server Emily was attentive, quick and nice. An amazing experience!

We arrived early for our reservation and asked if we could just have a drink on the patio while waiting for our friends. They were very accommodating and the weather was so lovely we decided to dine on the patio instead of inside. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive . We enjoyed our time at Paul Martin!s very much.

We've been coming here for 6 years, and our visits are less frequent than before. While the food is consistently good, the portions (salmon) have gotten too small, decreasing the value compared to other restaurants further west of here. The menu hasn't changed and a lack of dinner specials have us coming back less often.

This is our third time having brunch at Paul Martin’s. Food was delicious, and arrived quickly. Lots of food, includes a cocktail or juice, and dessert. Too much food to eat.

In general we really like Paul Martins for dinner, however the brunch experience was not up to their normal standards. I got the DIY avocado toast and virtually nothing on the plate was fresh, including the avocados. Strawberries looked like they had been cut three days ago and stored in the fridge. Also the toast was more like Melba toast, not a nice piece of toasted bread. The chilaquiles were also disappointing. The service was extremely slow . The price was way too high for the quality of the food.

We hadn't gone to this restaurant for a number of years...because it never knocked us out. However, a coupon received in the mail for $40 off if we spent $75 made us decide to try it again. Our experience was less than optimum. We are foodies and we have rather discriminating palates. So, you may feel differently than we do. I am a salt lover and almost always add salt on my food. I know - the chefs hate that. I had the mushroom soup and the halibut. The only discernable flavor in both dishes was...SALT. Too salty for my taste. The asparagus and cherry tomato side dish was very pretty, but..other than salty, tasteless. My wife ordered the Caesar salad, which she said was good. She also ordered the ribs with fries and cole slaw. Her ribs were literally cold and she had to send them back to be reheated. The fries were cajun...too spicy for her and she loves spicy, so she ordered a side of regular fries which came well before her reheated ribs. The cole slaw was totally forgettable. I ordered two bourbons on the rocks. Based upon the short-poor, $20 was too steep a price IMO. And, price is no object to us. We'll pay ultra high prices for the right experience. The manager came over and apologized for the ribs. We aren't the kind of people who ask for anything, and we didn't...and nothing was offered...although they didn't charge for the side of fries. I might add that our waitress was mostly absent and had to be hunted down several times. The servers were, however, very good. Oh, when I made the reservation, they asked if we were celebrating anything. I replied that it was my birthday. The hostess placed. a little placard on the table which said, "happy birthday." That's it. So, my $40 coupon got me two bourbons and a less than satisfactory meal. Needless to say, I can't imagine we will be dining there again anytime soon.

Arrived at the reservation time and was immediately seated, just the 2 of us. Server was nice, but was dealing with another large party, so after our initial drink and appetizer order was taken, it was 20-25 minutes before she came back to take our dinner order. Wife had a fried chicken dinner, I had a tri-tip dinner. Her entree was perfect, mine was lukewarm. There were a couple of sides as well, mine were hot and perfect, hers were lukewarm. We let them know through opentable we were celebrating a birthday, and they gave us a brownie w/ice cream and fruit in a cast iron skillet - very nice and much appreciated, but was not expected. I've been here for business lunches before, and the service was a little better. If you're going to be spending $150+ for 2 people (1 drink each, one appetizer, 1 entree each), this was an underwhelming overall experience. Food was a B+, service was a B --
