    A friend recommended this place and it totally surpassed our expectations. Wait time was minimal and accordingly to our reservations. Food and service was outstanding. We ordered the Friday lunch special. The food temperature, flavor , seasoning was awesome. Conner was an great and knowledgeable. We would definitely visit again!

    Very beautiful and elegant place. Food came out very fast but the porkchop was very dry for my liking. Flavors were there but it didn't wear it all together. Overall still a place to experience.

    Honestly the restaurant was overbooked today. We arrived at 1:30 and we are normally seated upon arrival. Aster a ten minute wait it was 3:30 before our main course was served. Typically it is an hour and a half leisurely lunch. We come multiple times a year but every December and this was the first time we have experienced this. The food was stellar as always. The service suffered only because the restaurant booked beyond what they could handle.

    Astounding Friday lunch, among the very best in Austin. Pork chop is a “must.” Excellent service, great vibe. Highly recommended, easily 5-stars.

    I was there for a my birthday Michael was my bartender and he was amazing great customer service, amazing, conversation, friendly, and professional. The food was great there as usual.

    Checked in early was was seated right away. Waiter was very kind and certious with a energetic personality. Did a wonderful job introducing us to the menu and wines. "Ask for Jose" starters were brought promptly afterwards along with the wine. A bit of a delay between starters and main corse due to our amazing waiter doing a 40yd dash on the phone with ems to help save another guest that was choking. Beautifully done and the establishment should be lucky to have someone like that there. Once we received our main corse Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. My compliments to the chef! The overall environment was extattic lots lof laughs cheers and Positivity. As it got later in the evening the lights were dimmed creating a nice ambience. We completed our meal and wine payed the check and had a very enjoyable evening. Would recommend to friends and family, I will be returning. Specifically for the amazing service!

    Great food. The southwest fillet, the creme brulee were excellent ( I would add the fillet to the permanent menu ). Ambience was great. Service was just ok. Waited a too long for our drinks ( bar was backed up we were told). Ordered a second margarita and never got it. We were celebrating our anniversary and got no special treat from waitress. I had better service in similar type of restaurants in Austin.

    Started with the stuffed Mushrooms and the scallops & bacon, Absolutely delicious!! For dinner Ordered the Filet 3 Way along with a lobster tail, ordered the Filet medium rare was a little over cooked for my liking, but flavors were outstanding. We also ordered the Filet Perry, again a little overcooked but flavor was outstanding. Service was excellent as always, highly recommend R

    Lance, the general manager, is always amazing and made my birthday celebration memorable. I loved the signed birthday card from everyone. When we arrived, the table was beautifully set with rose petals and wine ready to be poured. He checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect as it was. Hunter, our waiter, was attentive and knowledgeable about the wine and the menu choices. And of course, the food was amazing. I was secretly hoping the orange cheesecake was on the menu but the pumpkin cheesecake has forever turned me away from pumpkin pie. I have looked far and wide to find a better crab cake elsewhere but Chef's Edgar's crab cakes compare to none. Thank you Mr. Perry for putting into place the best of everything.

    We had the Friday special porch chop. Great flavor, a little dry, and massive. We also had the wedge. It was delish.

    The beet salad and escargotwere not seasoned to our liking. The red fish was so overly seasoned that it looked like a steak and it was dry and overcooked. However, the steaks, potatoes and crème brûlée were excellent.

    We planned my dads 80th birthday dinner here and were denied bringing in his birthday cake. The hostesses at the front were rude, our portions were tiny, and the steaks were over seasoned. $300 for three people.

    I booked a reservation at 7:30 and arrived at 7:28 to be told they were at capacity and would be a 30 min. Wait. What is the point of the reservation? I asked if there was any accommodation such as a complimentary dessert or discount and nothing was provided. Food was good, but steak’s are better at Steiner Ranch. The atmosphere was gorgeous and waiter was very polite.

    Food served cold, I get that they were staging the meals. Second plates brought out to replace cold meals. There were still spots of cold in the meal om items that were supposed to be warm. Dried out mashed potatoes and stuffing.

    The food was fantastic. The service was slightly slow just for the fact it was Thanksgiving night, and there were a lot of people there perhaps may be overwhelmed.

    We celebrated Thanksgiving at Perry’s. The food was excellent and the server was attentive even though it was very crowded that evening. The steak was cooked to perfection and the salmon was very good. The butternut squash was delicious.

    Booked reservations for Thanksgiving dinner for 2...3weeks in advance. Showed up for our reservation (on-time) and we waited 50minutes after our time to be sat. Turkey dinner came BEFORE our soup that was part of the meal. Place absolutely over-booked and didn't CAP their reservation limit for a holiday. We spent 2.5hrs between waiting for our table, and dinner. Save yourself the hassle...DONT BOTHER COMING HERE FOR THANKSGIVING. Very disappointed with both service and the food.

    It was Thanksgiving so I expected there to be delays and moderate service. But no! Service was great. We were sat essentially on time, and waiter was attentive. Steaks were perfect and enjoyed the sides and salad, though they weren't super memorable. Had a French 75 that was terrible. They were willing to exchange but the bar service was a bit slow so I let it go. Would definitely recommend Perry's.

    They overbooked for Thanksgiving. Many people waited at least an hour after their reservations. Extremely crowded.

    This was our second trip to Austin, and our second time at Perry’s. Both experiences were worth every penny - the food is done to the perfection, the service is top-tier, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend. Extra shout out to Hunter for taking such great care of our family on Thanksgiving.
