First Time at this restaurant! Asked for Gluten Free options and they were clearly marked in the menu BUT it was very helpful that Nick, our server, was able also to recommend thru these GF options. Service from him was Great! Recommendations made and flavor of food, including dessert, was Great too.

I was a little disappointed with my favourite dish, the Dynamite Shrimp, it lacked a little extra sauce and kick and was a little crispy, but other than that, the food was delicious and excellently prepared. In addition, the service was outstanding, our server was so attentive and delightful and definitely went the extra mile for us. Indeed, everyone there was so pleasant and helpful and everyone had a smile on their face. These Franchise owners have got this one right.

This is my only time making a reservation here and that part of the dining experience was fine. However, I’ve dined here numerous times, and with this reservation and my last walk-in visit, they did not have knives. What kind of dinner establishment does not carry knives? I thought last time was a fluke and anybody with common sense would tell him/her self to order some knives….but when I came for this reservation, they still didn’t have any. The timeframe in between these visits was about a month. Not even plasticware knives for guests. I guess if I come back here I need to ask ahead of time if they’re going to have knives or not because if I can’t cut up my food, (which is something I do every single time I eat anything) then it just ruins my appetite and don’t want the meal at all. Instead of telling the server to take my food back since I didn’t want it anymore, I chose to keep my aggravation to myself. You would think having all silverware (forks, spoons and knives) would be a bare minimum requirement in running A RESTAURANT.

Massive amount of miscommunication, prices were ridiculously high, very noisy, and took over 20mins for our table to get some water to start with. We got up and left, didn’t give them a chance to ruin anything else for my wife’s birthday.

Our server Izzy was awesome…if it wasn’t for him we probably would have left. I have had better Chinese take out. Food was sub par & I would not describe the noise level as energetic, is was just extremely loud. I felt like I was yelling across my table to have a conversation. I do not recommend this restaurant, get take out instead!

Was not please with the food. My local chinese restaurant has better tasting food. Noah our server was excellent. He explained the menu for us. He spaced out the food so it didn't come out all at once.

The food was delicious and so were the cocktails. Our server was very pleasant and responsive to our needs. It was a bit noisy so we had to speak very loudly to hear one another. Overall though a very good experience. Would go again.

I always love P.F. Chang’s. My guest and I had a good experience, the waitress was great and the entree was good. The steamed pork dumplings came out pretty cold in the middle, though. We didn’t say anything to the waitress about it but that’s the first time that’s ever happened to me there so not a huge deal, I’m just always a little extra cautious with pork products. Overall a good atmosphere, good food, pleasant experience.

Food had a hair in it and my wife accidentally ate it without realizing there was a hair in the food. Everyone that ate got sick. We usually love this place but today they were terrible.

It was my nephew’s 10th birthday and I was hosting the dinner for him and his family. We chose to order family style and eat. Brandon was very helpful in getting us the menu for allergic people and explaining what we can order. That was very nice and compassionate of him.

Just a nice dinner with my wife; spur of the moment. Rick was superb, had a great sense of humor and made us feel sincerely valued. We will be back just because of Rick.

Thought we would have dinner. Hardly anyone was in the restraunt. We arrived a few minutes early and tried to check in. The hostess was horrible, she rolled her eyes at us and was rude. She just walked away from the counter without letting us know what was happening. After getting seated sometime later, it took 15 minutes just to get drinks, again there was maybe 6-7 tables occupied in the restaurant. We ordered and that took for ever. Bar items came out at the same time the main entrées were served and bar refills came after dinner……. The waitress was good, I felt bad for her, if she were smart she would find better employment. Its probably the worst I have been to in sometime, I have dined out in 7 different states and at a variety of restaurants just in the last 3 months- I would have given them an award for the worst.

Upon arrival the hostess couldn’t locate our reservations, even though it was confirmed in the app. It took us 20 minutes and a manager to be seated. The waiter was excellent, but the food wasn’t impressive.

I made a reservation on open table that morning of for dinner. When I showed up to the restaurant I was told they don’t take reservations on weekends and that I must have made the reservation during the week. I showed the email confirmation that I made it that morning and they said well we don’t do reservations it’s going to be a 35 min wait.

I don’t recommend using Open Table yo reserve bank n Brandon. They will not honor the reservation and still has to wait over an hour

This location would not honor our OpenTable reservation. Young lady at the front said it was their policy because they were busy and it was the weekend. I’m sure they can turn off OpenTable if they don’t want to use it. Makes for a frustrating experience. Everything else was fine except for them not honoring our reservation.

We dined here for Christmas Eve Dinner. First off, the hostess didn’t know how to pull up our reservation on Open Table, so she acted like she was doing us a favor by finding a table for us anyway—-and I even showed her our reservation on Open Table! Then, our server didn’t know much about the menu. Since he “wasnt 21yrs old” he couldn’t describe the specialty cocktails because he hadn’t tried them. Then, he suggested the wagyu pot stickers, and these things were filled with hamburger meat, not wagyu beef. We also ordered sushi with our appetizer, but they didn’t bring it out until our dinner entrees arrived. I ordered a tofu veggie house speciality and it didn’t arrive with any tofu! I will say the manager “made it right” by offering to comp some of the items from our order, which was totally unnecessary but much appreciated. The entire experience was subpar. We hadn’t dined at a PF Chang’s in over a decade, and needless to say- it will probably be another decade (if at all) that we go back!
