    Wonderful selection and great food but VERY expensive and portion sizes appear smaller as well as we have a lot less to bring home than we used to. Inflation sucks.

    We haven't been to PF Chang's in a while and decided it was time to give it another go. I would say the prices are more than a little bit high these days. The food was good, but the portion on the Dynamite Shrimp was a bit lacking for the $$$. However, I really wanted to call out our server, Dash, who was fantastic and really made our dining experience lovely...he is a gem!

    We made reservations through Open Table. We had dinner with our family. They seated us as soon as we arrived. We were taken care of immediately. The food was delicious. Service was good. Overall the experience was very relaxing and nice.

    They make a birthday celebration very special with a dessert of choice and a spectacular firework type candle. Great service as well.

    We went to PfChangs to celebrate Valentine’s Day a day early. We ordered 2 of the celebration meals which included an appetizer, soup, main entree, dessert and either a glass of wine or champagne for $65 which we thought was a very good value. The wine and champagne were the best listed on the regular menu! And everything was so delicious as usual. A lot of food for us so we shared 1 appetizer and took the chicken lettuce wraps home. Same with dessert. I had Changs Seabass entree is so good and my favorite of all the entrees on their menu. Our server, Tyler, was very attentive. I marked the ambiance down because we were seated in a booth near the kitchen and where the servers pick up drinks so we were staring into the kitchen, there was a lot of traffic and a bit more noise otherwise I would have rated everything as 5 stars. Overall it was a lovely Valentine celebration dinner!

    Restaurant was freezing cold with all having to wear jackets. Didn’t feel like they had any heat even after turning off the fans. Service was slow plus likely inexperienced as well. Music was odd instrumental noise preventing conversation. The food used to be good at PF Changs but the quality has gone way down.

    I forgot just how much I love the food at PF Chang’s. I have a restricted diet through Lent and they still had yummy options to choose from. I ordered the Lo Mein noodles, edamame and Eggplant and everything was delicious!! Makes for great leftovers too. Service was ok, but I think it mostly had to do with the modified indoor outdoor seating. I’m sure there is still a lot to get used to! We still love this place and will be back.

    Food was ok. Sea bass not cooked evenly and spinach had the same issue. Some was wilted — others raw. Sauce on some parts, but not all. Soup was too salty. Server needs to not hold the cups so high up when serving. Not only is there a pandemic... no one ever would want to put their lips on something a stranger has his hands all over. Use common sense.

    They were having technical issues with our OpenTable reservation - they couldn't see it on their side. But, they did accommodate us and they were extremely busy. We had excellent service and the food was perfect.

    The lettuce wraps used to be awesome. They were mediocre. And this is the second time I have had this experience. PF Changs used to be a family favorite but seems to have gone down hill. Sad!

    Our party was very disappointed with this location. We made reservations and drove literally from Los Angeles to only show up and be told they aren't doing outdoor dining. No phone call beforehand (we have had this happen during Covid where a restaurant calls us before to let us know they need to cancel a reservation) or apology, they just blamed Open Table for the mistake and took our To Go order. While I understand things happen, it wasn't so much our reservations weren't honored that was distressing, it was the fact that the manager thought it was laughable. I honestly feel like they didn't cancel our reservation so we would just show up and get take out instead since we were already there. Well, joke was on us still because that is what we did. We don't normally eat at this location (only traveled down because we thought they were doing outdoor dining), but the food was not up to par compared to other locations at all. Some of the negative highlights included our salt and pepper prawns didn't seem to be seasoned enough and our crispy honey shrimp was soggy. To put this in perspective, it's not like we waited until we got home to eat... We took the takeout directly outside to the mall parking lot where the mall had setup outdoor, spaced out tables for the food court. Not the PF Chang's quality or customer service we have come to expect from the brand.

    Great service, food, value, and ambience. Nice they are still giving and honoring their club point system during these challenging times. Wish they would bring back the Norther Ribs entry vs. only an appetizer for us KETO people (PFC ... I did give you all 5 stars :).

    We are long time PF Chang fans but our last few visits (pre-Covid) and this week lead us to believe that they're losing their appeal a bit. The service was "fine" where it was once very good. Example 1: I ordered a pot of hot tea which came promptly but then we had to wait 10 minutes for cups. Example 2: when the food arrived, we had to ask for table settings and napkins which resulted in another delay while the food cooled on the table. The food itself was tasty enough and still as good as it used to be. The overall experience however was not what it once was.

    We ordinarily enjoy P.F. Chang. But not this time. We ordered soup and an entre. The entre came first and the soup several minutes later. And the outdoor seating was uncomfortable. We didn’t get a regular table with chairs, but a lower table that was too low with seating that had cushions that were way too soft. And the food was deficient, not as flavorful as usual. And the service was abrupt. Hopefully all will be better next time.

    Chicken pad tai was okay. I’ve had better experiences elsewhere. Chicken was tough and not many noodles. Nothing special about egg rolls.

    We didn’t even know the special Valentines dinner was still being offered. When we saw two of our favorite items included in the menu, we took advantage of the opportunity and enjoyed every bite!

    P.F. Chang's is one of the best quality Chinese restaurants around. Their menu has many choices of delicious dishes with flavorful spices. The server we had, Trevor, was fantastic! He was so accommodating and efficient. Really one of the best servers we have had in a long time at any restaurant.

    We had 8 people and did a great job with the food and seating. Hard to find a restaurant that comfortably accommodates parties over six. Everyone enjoyed the food and the service staff was always available.

    Staff very nice. Service is slow. Our lettuce wraps came and we could use the lettuce as it was intended (wrap). GM as very nice and comp'd wraps. Point being a little QC goes a long way.

    We were a party of 6 and they seated us around a half booth towards the back wall. Server was very nice but it was really uncomfortable around this “table”. No one could move. Plenty of other options for seating so in hindsight we should have asked to move but oh well. The food was great!

    Would not recommend this to anyone if the service remains the same. From the Wait service to the management it was extremely poor. We were sat quickly but then weren’t attended two for quite a while. Once we placed our order it was another hour before our food came out and it came out incorrect. Spoke to management who apologizeS but not adequately. Blamed it on the kitchen ... Very frustrating and disappointing

    P.F. Chang’s is usually pretty consistent. On this visit, things were a little off with the food though. Took a long time. Portions seemed smaller. And, the taste wasn’t there like usual.
