Our evening was a challenge as we had my daughter’s order completely forgotten and my son’s order was incorrect. There was significant confusion in correcting his order - he ordered the lo main chicken and instead they brought honey chicken, to cure they brought plain noodles. This was sent back again and finally was replaced correctly by another server who overheard the issue. Small but frustratingly tedious. My daughter sat through the meal for half of the dinner till hers was brought. Not the end of the world, but coupled with my wife’s order of shrimp showing up almost dehydrated and nearly absent from her dish, the recook took almost as long. Things have definitely changed at this location, compared to our previous visits.

The food and service were great. We had a reservation and were seated right away on a Saturday night.They really give you a lot of food for your money. Tran our waiter was great. He was willing to answer any questions we had since it was our first time at P.F. Chang's. We definitely will go back again.

Great food and drinks as always. Main entrees came out on top of appetizer even after holding off on ordering till almost done with the appetizer.

Great experience here! The ambiance was very nice and noise levels were low. Most importantly the food was absolutely delicious. We especially enjoyed the ginger peach tea and chicken lettuce wraps. Percy was a great server. Thank you

We were seated promptly and within a few minutes of our reserved time and in a booth as requested. The food was delicious and the service very good. It's somewhat loud in the restaurant and we were seated adjacent to a loud party, however, the restaurant can't control patron behavior. All in all, a good experience and we will return.

Sadly, the food and service has really declined. The food was over cooked and tasteless and the service was lacking terribly. This seems to be an ongoing problem. Doubt I will return.

The food is sub-par, it's inconsistent. Sometimes its great and this one the food were not delicious at all. We have so much leftovers that we ended up throwing away later because the taste is bad. These dishes are in no way close to any Chinese or Asian food taste, its like a bad frozen dinner microwaved. Improve your quality!

It was strange. Made a 9:30 pm reservation. When we arrived there was no hostess and the place looked like it was closing down. We had to ask someone if the kitchen was still open. They said”if you can order right now, we can get it in!?!?” If this is the norm, recommend cutting off reservations at 9 pm and not 9:30 pm.

Very good food and service. The hot and sour soup was the best I have tried. We also enjoyed the honey chicken and the vegetable lo main. We look forward to our next visit.

Well, my son and I already love this restaurant so it was a no-brainer to go there on my Mother’s Day. It is about an hour away, but it was worth it. Our server did a great job. Having an open table reservation was golden. It’s so easy to use OpenTable as a reservation source you don’t have to deal with phone automation or waiting to talk to somebody over a noisy phone call because there’s always distractions. You just do it and you get a confirmation you get reminders it’s awesome.

It was a crowded evening, but the service was pretty slow and the food very mediocre (and salty!). This was very disappointing as my family and I usually enjoy P.F. Chang’s. The Buddha’s Feast was ordered and 2 of the vegetables were missing. I told my server and he took it back. When he brought it back, the mushrooms were added and then they just threw raw Napa cabbage on the top - it was not stir fried…at all. The Pad Thai was off - it was more sweet/sour than the usually peanut type flavor. Overall, just not great this time around.

Used to love this place but the food isn’t what it used to be. Sadly a food court fast food meal is same quality. Not sure what happened to the quality of the food but I’m not rushing to go back anytime soon.

Decor was horrible, paint splattered, dark and dingy restaurant, sound quality of speakers bad. Lettuce wraps and spring rolls were good, but Pao Shrimp terrible. They tasted old like out of a freezer package. Margaritas were good but too much ice. Won’t go back.

P.F. Chang’s does not honor open table reservations. We had to wait to be seated because it is not compatible with there reservation system anymore.

Server slow. Hosts sow and so many of them! Restaurant freezing - so cold! We mentioned and server said yea it is but didn’t care - said maybe the construction? Food good but I wish service better. Maybe after construction things will be better! Love PF Changs generally but overall odd experience here.

It was the end of the lunch rush, so getting a quiet table was easy. Drink from the bar are very good, and the food was fresh and tasty. Dessert was excellent! This place is good for 2 people, but also good for larger parties everything is shareable!

Hadn’t been in a few years and very impressed with food. Most outstanding part was the service. Our server could not have been any better (kindness, attention, thoughtfulness, speed, availability). Would definitely come again and add back in my rotation of dining.

We were seated propmptly, greeted promptly and the food was spectacular. We commented that we liked it better than a close by 5 start restaurant which costs roughly double what an entre costs at PF Changs. Congrats to management, good job.

It was our first time coming to P.F Changs and we came to celebrate Valentine’s Day and we couldn’t have chose a better place to come to. From the service, food, and timely manner of everything coming out everything was absolutely perfect. I wish I remembered our servers name because he was amazing at his job as well. Overall 10/10 across the board and we will definitely be back.

Great service, food was delicious! Idk why but I’m Brandon the PF Changs - their food isn’t very good, but this one in tampa is always delicious!!! They may need some help from the tampa team? I had king pao chicken, Andrew had Mongolian beef- he said the best he’s ever had! Get the fried green beans- by far most delicious ever

Resturant was generally dirty. Sticky and dirty. Smelled that way also. Server to his credit tried hard and was attentive. The food was mediocre… compared to other PF Changs it coud even be described as poor. No one enjoyed it well enough to want to take home any leftovers. PF Changs has slipped.
