Was a great night at Porto, service and food were perfect. Great place for a date or meet up with friends. We will be back again to try cocktails and more of the delicious looking entrees.

My wife and I had a perfect couples night out last night at Porto. The food was so fresh, the ambiance was casual but refined and the service was impeccable - attentive but not in your face, Highly recommended!
An absolute neighborhood gem! Jody Adams has been a Boston culinary star for many years and we still miss her famous Rialto in Cambridge. But her James Beard-award winning skills and style are clearly evident in the Porto menu.
The food is always fresh and flavorful and the seasonal specials are always wonderful. The waitstaff and front-of-the-house staff are among the best in the City.

Terrific experience with delicious food and casual, gracious service. Pandemic care was taken with spread out seating and very clean. Yumm scallops and mushroom pasta dishes with super generous appetizers. We will be back.
Lovely people and environment. Food was delicious. It's a limited menu though with very small portions for the price. Disappointed with the amount of food and left hungry because we didn't want to pay more.
The service was outstanding and the ambiance was very nice. Prices were also reasonable and portions were fairly large. We ordered 5 tapas and were very disappointed. Truffle fries and tuna were not bad, but the burrata, meatballs, and octopus were very disappointing.

Dinner was excellent (I had the cauliflower appetizer and lamb chops), and the service was perfect, attentive, but not pushy. They have a nice outdoor area, will be back to try that once the weather turns warm again.

This might have been my 4th or 5th time dining at Porto and it never disappoints. The service was terrific, the food fabulous. We had Brussels and tuna tartare as apps for the 2 of us and we could have done with one. Both delish but lots of Brussels. We had halibut and lamb chops and both were cooked to perfection. Grab the warm apple dessert with ice cream.
What can I say my team just loves this place and Frankie is the best waiter. He is attentive to us and we appreciate it. Looking for to being back soon.
Franky, our server, was an absolute delight and the highlight of the experience. The food was also excellent and matched the ambiance well… fun, bold, but not at all pretentious.

Food was ok. Oysters good. Flat bread pizza not so good. Was cold on outside patio because door was open but they wouldn’t close it. Not even half way.

Porto was excellent. Very attentive service, food is great quality in terms of flavor complexity. We had the salad, branzino, bolognese and fries. Fries were a little expensive either but tasty and rounded out our meal. Ambience is wonderful too.
Definitely returning but prices put this in the special occasion category for my group.

A good restaurant satisfies the customers’ needs and preferences as much as possible, but this one did not make the cut (please offer tobacco sauce). I was there for a birthday dinner and the element of surprise was ruined by the server asking us whether he wants them to cut the birthday cake and take it out now! For God’s sake the birthday girl did not even blow out the candle yet and she’s sitting right there when he asked that question!! It’s just common sense to be discreet about the birthday cake. I can see why there were still availability on a busy Friday night when all the other restaurants were fully booked.
Second time at Porto and would most definitely return when visiting Boston. The food is impeccable, get the sprouts folks! Get the PULP A LA PLANCHA! Get the Branzino, get any of the homemade pastas, you can’t go wrong with anything on this menu. And most certainly get dessert. And a shout out to Frankie our waiter, he enhanced our visit!
Our food was very good, but nothing that really made me go “wow” or amazed me. We also didn’t see our server for most of the second half of the night. He checked in on our appetizers and we didn’t see him again until we needed the bill. The ambiance and vibe of the place was very nice though. Was very clean and relatively quiet.
Our waiter was excellent - friendly but not intrusive. The restaurant was loud and expensive but the food was exquisite.
Went to celebrate a 40th birthday. We had the best time. Amazing servers, food and atmosphere.
The Halibut was delicious and so was the lobster pasta. I will definitely seek a Porto’s out in the future!
