We were so pleased to be able to choose to eat inside although there is a vast area outside now. The service was great! The food was delicious! We're always happy to visit this restaurant!
So happy open for outdoor dinning. Been here at least 4 times and the Food and drinks are always so delicious. Hubby and I came this time for anniversary. It was not acknowledged, but that’s ok. We had reservations and got there right as it started to get busy so glad we had those reservations. Once seated it took a while to even get acknowledged, we had to flag down to get our service started but once we did everything else was great! One of my favorite spots!
Enjoyed a wonderful outdoor dining experience. A heater placed near the table made it comfortably warm. The service was great and the food delicious. We had a comfortable amount of uninterrupted visit time. One of my favorite places!
The dinner was great as usual. Our server was delightful and took very good care of us.
Always had a great experience at Primavera Ristorante. Our favorite appetizer is the Avocado Caprese Salad. Avocado adds a unique touch to this classic dish. Tried their Lamb Shank Risotto and the meat was tender literally fell of the bone.
The only improvement opportunity would be their check-in process. There was no one at the hostess table and we waited for a long time. Assumed that we had to go in to check-in and this woman rushed up to us to tell us "the manager will be with you in a minute". Other than this blemish, the rest of the experience was awesome!
Had lunch on a weekday under the outside Pavillion. Tables were well distanced and open sides allowed for good airflow. I had the salmon quinoa salad. The salad had a generous portion of salmon but salmon was overcooked. Had the tiramasu for dessert. It was perfect.The service was good but not outstanding.
First time I have been there. Is was ok. Nothing super special. My pasta with seafood was laden with a heavy sauce. However my wife’s Osso buco was very good. Hard to believe but they had no coffee at the end of the meal. Could not deliver or did not want to make a fresh pot. Hard to believe.
I somehow think it is the job of the server to plate your leftovers rather than just dropping off boxes for you to do the plating. Fortunately there was a large spoon in one of our dishes to accomplish that. Sometimes they forget that we have no large spoon and trying to place the leftovers with a fork is ackward. They should remember that we are their guests until we turn over the table. Tips are effected by their behavior.
They were closed. How does Open Table book restaurants that are closed? Rather embarrasing.
I had a reservation on Monday at 12:30. When my guest and I arrived the doors were locked and we were unable to eat there.
Primavera Ristorante has done a really nice job of adapting to an outdoor venue. Their large tent is comfortable (spaced tables, open airflow), warm (plenty of heaters) with good ambience (Wine barrels, Plants and red decorative curtains)
I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. I made a reservation for Valentines Day a week in advance. Their website showed a Valentines menu with a choice of several different 3 course meals, one of which was rib eye steak. When I went to order my meal, the waitress had no knowledge of a special valentines menu. At that point I was a little annoyed, but she said she would ask her boss about it. She came back with an excuse about there supplier couldn't provide the food they had ordered, so they canceled the whole Valentines Menu. Now I am even more annoyed. At that point we ordered drinks. I ordered a Grey Goose Martini and my wife ordered a Chocalatini. We got our drinks in a timely manner, my wife loved her Chocalatini, my martini was probably the worst martini I have ever had. First thing I noticed was, no olives. I am trying to make it an enjoyable evening for my wife, so I bite my tongue, then I tasted it. It was like a slushy, there were tiny pieces of ice in a martini? My wife and I were really looking forward to the meals we had chosen from the "Valentines Menu". I ended up ordering the Veal Saltimbocca and my wife ordered the Lobster and Shrimp special. They brought out our meals and they looked great! Problem is, my veal was not veal, it was chicken. I asked the waitress if it looked like veal or chicken. She said it looked like chicken and brought it back. Our waitress was great! They brought me the veal dinner in less than 5 minutes. The veal was terrible! It was like leather!! The reason I want to say I will give them the benefit of the doubt is I understand how hard it it for restaurants to be consistent in this time of covid. They were overwhelmed on Valentines Day. I just hope that after all the covid regulations are over, they can recover and be my favorite restaurant again!!!
It started out well, we were seated when we arrived.
They brought bread and some water and disappeared. We had to wait for a while then finally the waiter came and took our wine order. Then we waited ate bread And after 15 minutes or so Our wine arrived. That was how the evening went...wait, wait, wait.
When our food finally arrived it was cold...the plates felt as if they were left outside in the cold and then used for our food.
I sent my food back and my wife tried to eat hers, but by the time mine came back hers was too cold to eat so she didn’t eat it and just brought it home. I ate part of mine but the meet was tough and my wife ate most of my pasta. She mentioned that the food quality was not what we have experienced here previously, and she never really says anything bad about the food when we go out.
I made a note of what happened on my receipt along with my phone number so perhaps they could call me and we could discuss what happened. But no phone call.
All in all it was a fairly poor experience for our Valentine’s Day dinner. They definitely were disorganized and slow with service. Twice people try to bring other people’s food to us and we had to send them away.
We won’t be returning anytime soon.
Food was excellent but the service was not typical. The gal did not seem organized and brought our food out at different times so meals got cold. She didn’t listen to our order and brought double the salads. We didn’t say anything because she seemed so distracted. We enjoy the restaurant and food and hope our next experience will be with better service.
They’ve done a great job in this environment with outdoor dining in a tent with heaters. Food and service exceptional.

We went there on my birthday which was a Monday night so not many customers around. We were seated outdoor promptly and heated. Our food came piping hot and very tasty! Love the server’s attentiveness and ambience was really good! We were in and out quick but still made my day!

Outdoor under a tent with heaters; very comfortable. They have tables spread over six feet and clearly are being safe. The food was fabulous and hot. Such a treat to eat a wonderful meal at a restaurant.
They’ve done a great job with outdoor seating. The food has always been very good as is the service. I had the chicken Dijon risotto. Excellent!
The food was excellent; we really love the pear and strawberry salad. Our only criticisms focus on the outdoor setting, which is necessary. We did not get close enough to one of the heaters for our comfort, and we were in the path of servers and customers going in and out of the restaurant (some customers unmasked). Even so, the noise was still less than the noise from the kitchen on a busy night! The menu and the food are good enough to bring us back again.
Love this restaurant great food he’s eating inside but because of the Covid they have great big tent and they have heaters inside suits a great place to have dinner

The Salmon salad entree is very good. Nice restaurant but can be noisy inside.
We arrived at our scheduled time and were told to seat ourselves outside. We sat and waited 15 minutes with zero service, not even water or a menu. We moved to the front and after 15 minutes, someone finally came by with menus. We had to ask for silverware and drinks finally came after 10 minutes. The food took forever to arrive, the waiter did apologize and offered a free dessert. After finishing dinner, we had to ask someone else for the check because our waiter had disappeared. We left without a free dessert and a pretty bad experience. BTW, they were not very busy so that could not have been the reason for the poor service. I am very understanding under the current Covid mess but it was just a bad experience. We go to this restaurant frequently for lunch and dinner but probably not again.
Pasta Primavera Restaurant was excellent they take very good care of their customers and precautions under the circumstances. It's always consistent
Overall it was a pleasant evening. I got the chicken parm which I thought lacked some flavor, but I would eat it again. My girlfriend got the fettuccini walnuts and added grilled chicken and that was amazing.
Food is okay. Kind of pricey
I’m a regular customer and have always enjoyed their food. Nothing has changed except the way we were greeted last evening was quite surprising. We had a reservation and with a few minutes wait, the gentleman basically asked if we wanted to choose where to sit or shall he. While he went into the restaurant to acknowledge our reservation, we chose our table. Later, he confronts us and challenged us with what he said. He claimed that he had a seating plan for a larger party for a later reservation and us sitting where we chose presented a problem. He was quite argumentative and denied he said what we heard. He left us where we sat but also left us with a negative experience. Being fair, the food is always good but that is not the only thing that makes up a positive dining experience. As it ended up, we finished before any other table around us.
