Exceptional food and service.

We arrived at the restaurant and it was closed! They should not have accepted a reservation for a day they were not open!

Always good food and service, Prova never disappoints

First time at Prova and we were very pleased! Came to brunch with a couple of friends. They followed Covid protocols which is important to us and the service was great! We came for brunch and had the Prova Benedict, the carnitas dip and ended with the cornbread. Everything was delicious! Oh, how could I forget - the Mimosas! Will definitely be back with the hubby and boys!

Amazing food and great outdoor seating (during COVID) with heaters. The service was top notch.

Overall, we were disappointed in the food. It was quite expensive and we didn't think the food was as flavorful as it should be for the price.

Very loud on the street. Wait staff was very polite and good. Waited forever for our food but appetizers came fast and hot. Lamp shank was dry. We will go back for sure for drinks and order everything off of the appetizer menu

Absolutely amazing service, food, and drinks. Our server was kind and friendly. Really made our experience as we have just recently moved to the area. Will definitely be back

The service was outstanding. From the hostess to the busboy everyone was great! The food was wonderful ! We will definitely return. The only complaint is we were sat near the next door neighbor which is a bar with outside drinking.. it was loud with drunk people... but other than that it was really nice!

Food is good at Prova, a little pricy for brunch in a small town.
The servers were busy checking out a pair of Newfoundland dogs that were in the restaurant (maybe owners) than paying attention to the needs of the customers eating there. Overall it is still a great experience.

This is my first time at Prova, I had an 8oz stake with zucchini, Im not a stake eater but I have to say this stake was amazing only thing is that unfortunately it was cooked welldone and not medium like we asked, but it didnt take away from experiencing the rest of the flavor from the string fries, sliced tomato along with a nice red glass of red wine ur choice.
Service was great no complaints on my end it helps if u make a reservation.

Great menu, delicious food!!! We wanted a fun spot with great food to celebrate my cousins birthday and it exceeded all expectations. Our server Lauren was awesome!!! She gave me her favorite option, the chicken saltimbocca, amazing! We are already planning another visit.

Dinner was enjoyable with friends it was nice to see everyone out enjoying an evening in this Covid environment service was impeccable food was outstanding and it was just an overall wonderful evening

Prova is a staple in Morgan hill. They’ve made a beautiful atmosphere for outdoor dining. It does get cool in the evening but they have heat lamps I would still say to bring a jacket. The calamari is my dads favorite and the marinara for the meatball was to die for. Always try the specials, you can’t go wrong.

Everything was amazing. The Baked Ziti is incredible. We had truffle fries as an appetizer and they were excellent. Loved the sangria!!

Silverware in cloth napkin was dirty & they served one plate at a time. Had to get another set of silverware from the inside of restaurant. No one to be found. I’m thinking wait staff has to many tables. Food was great. Sorry you asked.........

Staff and meal was awesome chicken saltimbocca the best I’ve ever had. Outside dining, very, very hot but no choice for us or the restaurant. Will be back for sure

Great selection. Burrata appetizer was very good. We had rib special which was falling of the bone; port tenderloin, Tuna steak and pasta. All very tasty, cooked and seasoned perfectly. Nice selection. Social distancing; everyone wore masks and very attentive. Will be back.

Great customer service from David P. He suggested the Salmon, excellent choice. New York entree was also incredible. Requested a cocktail that currently isn’t on the menu, the bartender made us a handcrafted bourbon cocktail ~ Outstanding !! Work of Art !! Wish we would have gotten the bartenders name ... he’s an artist. Will Definitely Return !!

My new favorite restaurant in Morgan Hill! Lots of outdoor seating and social distancing.

They have a wonderful menu and have done a great job in figuring out the current environment with COvid. The food was delicious, a but much on the quantity, but great.

Food was amazing! Service was timed just right. Glad to be able to dine during county restrictions.

Did not actually get to dine here so I was not able to have an experience this time around.
Made a reservation for 9:30 and was told by Dave (David?) a table was being put together for us only to be told by another gentleman a minute later that the last seating was at 9:00 and we could not be seated—he left quickly after that.
Dave (David?) was very kind though and apologized for the mishap, etc.—I really appreciated that he tried to get us seated.

Even though it was just outside seating, it was a fun experience and the service was very good. Very welcoming staff.

We had a reservation and there was a group who just walked up right at the same time as we arrived. The hostess seated them and gave us two choices, a regular table on the sidewalk or a high top on the very slanted street. She must not have counted the party ahead of us because they walked over and took a chair from the table she had offered us. We ended up on the high top which meant the sauces ran off the plates.

Also, my husband’s tuna steak was so salty he only ate about half of it. The menu said peppered tuna steak.

I would probably come back but this experience was not the best.

Great meal, good service...so good to eat out again! Outdoor dining was delightful!

I’ve been here before but the new menu is beyond delicious. The salmon was the best thing I’ve had in forever and that’s saying a lot since I don’t even like fish that much. Service was great and I will be back!

Went for lunch. Service was a bit scattered. Never was offered refills of our drinks. Took a bit of time to get our our check. Food was great. We love their salads. Ordered beef carpaccio and eggplant parm for starters. We ordered salads for our entrees. Everything was very good. This restaurant has very good food and we always enjoy eating here. We ate outside on the street due to COVID. The cars driving through are annoying... speeders and loud exhausts make it a bit unenjoyable.

We had dinner the other night with friends. Outside seating was fun. The flat bread is to die for. The hamburger also is very very good but is enough for two people. Meatball Yum, Carbonara was very tasty and dessert was delicious.We had a very good evening all around.

Our kale salad and the meatball dish were awesome as usual. We ordered the spaghetti carbonara and the noodles where not fully cooked. So we asked for a replacement dish. The first spaghetti dish took a long time to arrive at our table but the replacement spaghetti dish only took a few minutes and the dish was watery. This is usually one of my favorite resturants but this dish (both times was not the best).
