This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had at Red Lobster! First- they did not honor our reservations made through Open Table! In fact, they literally forgot to even put my name down while I was in front of them! I had to wait almost 40 minutes just to be seated, but they sat people who came in after us. Second- they brought out the wrong food to our table, twice! Third- they gave us plastic ware to eat with, we were literally trying to eat our dinner with the same plastic utensil’s McDonald’s uses! And she said she would bring us silverware in a moment, but she never did. Fourth- most of the time we had no drinks refilled, our waitress was MIA. Which the restaurant wasn’t even busy, so I don’t know what she was doing. Fifth- my meal finally shows up, over 45 minutes later, and my fish was COLD! I couldn’t believe it!!! 45 minutes I had waited, and she brings me disgusting COLD fish! It was like they didn’t finish thawing it, before trying to cook it! I will NOT go back there again! This place was a mess, all the way around. And we weren’t the only customers unhappy. Every table I seen people were complaining and leaving. Don’t waste your time, or money at this restaurant.

The restaurant was half full and my waitress had 2 tables which included mine and she seemed very overwhelmed and confused about everything. She kept “forgetting” to get silverware, drinks, the check, the to-go box. She was a nice person but just struggled a lot with the basics.

The biscuits were cold every time I sent them back then I finally asked the waiter are they microwaving them and he said yes!! We waited an hour for our food and it was wrong 😩

The food and drinks were very delicious. Our waitress, Linda W made sure that we didn't want or need anything while we were eating. We didn't have to wait for any refills on our drinks. I would like to know why are some Restaurants changing from Coke products to Pepsi products? We really like the Coke products.

I like Red Lobster, but the food is just not as good as it once was. The caesar salad seems to be different since the pandemic; not as good as it used to be.

DeDe was over the top. Very sarcastic tone. Definitely won’t have her a server again. Food orders did not come out together...had to wait 8-10 minutes for the last and most expensive order to come out.

First, I would like to thank OpenTable for adding Red Lobster to their list. My family and I really love going to Red Lobster. The food and drinks are always great. The service we receive there is outstanding. The Ultimate Feast Meal that my wife and I order tonight was very delicious. This place is very comfortable, feel as if you are in your own home.
