We loved and laughed with both our temporary server, Justin, and our main server, Sophia. Three of us ordered the new ultimate endless shrimp, not only was it delicious, we were delighted with the several choices. Grateful for the wonderful food and service.

It was great food was delicious. The service was very good , very polite and checked on us often. We had a great time. There was no waiting at all they took us right in . We had a very nice evening .

Our lunch was very good.... and our waitress was very attentive... she was very good at her job and we really enjoyed our anniversary lunch there... your bread is soooooo delicious ... I would have been happy just eating that... thank you for being here in Fresno... which isn't that far from Madera... keep up the great food.... I am anxious to try some shrimp the next time...

Myself and. Coworker stopped in for dinner. She wanted the coconut shrimp and a dipping sauce she had hd before and I wanted some seafood. The food was good and hot. And we were both happy with our Meals.

Our server was good, but when my crab legs were delivered there were no utensils or drawn butter so I sat there for a few minutes waiting and finally my husband got up and approached someone to bring them. A person other than our server came over with attitude and slammed a plate with the cracking instrument and a wipe. No butter so had to ask my server again to bring it. Food was good, service good for the most part (sorry to inconvenience the person slamming plates), will be back.

Extremely disappointed. Service was slow. Food was subpar for cost, and seafood quality and taste was bad. Shrimp tasted like it was defrosted and put on food and topped with sauce. Scallop were rubbery and tasteless. Langostines/ Lobster were okay. Muscles in in my dish were all served unopened, and therefore inedible. Was disappointed we choose to celebrate a special occasion here.Additionally, server waited until we had paid to offer to comp the issues or have us wait for better food.

They had a jagged edge on the fork while eating the stuffed mushrooms I cut my lip. The manager came over to check to make sure I was OK, I was more embarrassed than anything. You would’ve think they would at least comped our drinks or something, but that was it! LOL

When we arrived for our reservation, we were told that they don’t take reservations and we would have a 25 minute wait. This was actually the only bad thing that really occurred. My husband trout was dry but the manager credited our bill without hesitation. The new item roasted Brussels sprouts was amazing!!! I would definitely go back. The confusion by the hostess was unfortunate and she was also not very pleasant for a hostess. Our sever was very nice!

Seating time was amazing! Our waitress was outstanding! She was very friendly and attentive! Didn’t try to rush us at all. I had the pick two for 20.99. The 7 oz sirloin was horrible! Hard to cut and hard to chew. Plus it cost, I think, 3.99 more. 2nd pick was the new lobster dish which was pieces of lobster out of the claws! It was very strong tasting and chewy! Plus it was 4.99 extra, I would never order either again!

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality here -of everything. My wife ordered a whole lobster while I ordered just clam chowder and a Caprese salad. The Caprese was spectacular; my wife took it from me and gave me her Cesaer salad, which had a very light dressing which I found wonderful. The clam chowder was ok, but I'm picky as I live near the ocean and know where to get the "good stuff". Our server, Erica, asked if we'd like to crack the lobster ourselves or have her do it. Thankfully, we let her do it. Apparently, this guy took a lot of effort! Erica stood next to our table and chatted with us as she worked, placing chunks of the lobster meat on my wife's plate as soon as each section was cracked. It took 15 minutes, we ate as she worked, and had a very enjoyable dinner. Our only complaint is that the restaurant wasn't quite ready for us at 5:15pm. Though we called ahead, we had to wait to be seated, for some unknown reason. (The OT site had warned us of this; but it doesn't make sense.) Even after being seated, our drink order was delayed and we had to ask. (Possibly one or two servers arrived late to work...) Once we finally had our drinks, everything ran smoothly. Prices were quite reasonable, unless you want just lobster! But even then, for lobster, it was reasonable. And the house Chardonnay was quite good - only $5 if you order it before 6pm. Highly recommended!

Red Lobster used to be a fancy seafood dining experience but it’s really gone down hill over the last 10 years. Same food getting more expensive in a more casual environment. I can get better tasting seafood in classier places.

Was disappointed with the dime size scallops and lobster was more like shrimp size and the mussels were dry! The Bar Harbor Lobster Bake is our favorite and this time it was less than pleasant. Hope this was just a bad night and not a trend!

Good food, quick service. A little peeved that they wouldn't serve my wife's salmon rare. I can understand not serving rare red meat, but salmon???
