    There is no reason to schedule a reserve on here, you still will not be seated any sooner. We sit for 35 mins after reservation time and watched them still just take people how they walked in. While we waited we got to watch someone get fired apparently because the employee was intoxicated. I ordered endless shrimp and saw the waitress maybe every 20 mins so needless to say, I didn’t get to take advantage of “endless” shrimp It will be my last trip to this red lobster

    The check in process was horrible. I arrived at 6:35 the hostess found my name and said you are early come back up at 645 . I did and the other hostess said I don’t know why she told you that she should have checked you in when you arrived. I will try and push you up. I watched people who arrived after me and sign in for first time get seated time and time before me so I had to go and ask again and was told just need to clean our table. I saw another family complain and ask for the manager. During dinner loud disturbance in our area of a couple that had been waiting for food for so long was having an issue with a diabetic issue.

    So unorganized. Priority list and we waited for over 1hr 15 mins. Waitress was good. Food was hot, but awful.

    The food was good, but we ordered baked potatoes and were told the person who was in charge of them was there so they didn’t have any.

    We were not local so It was nice to find a Red Lobster that was on our travels. The food was delicious, as always. The waitress was very accommodating and gracious. The manager asked if all was well. This is what a great restaurant does to make sure their customers are satisfied and will come back time and time again. Always a keeper.

    Used Open Table to schedule our time, arrived on time and still waited about 15 min to get seated when the couple who was ahead of us "checking in" did not have a "scheduled time" and also had a 15 min wait. At that point, what is the benefit of using a "scheduling app"? Regardless, Food was Fantastic, very quite and the service was "ok". We had to remind the waiter to refill the drink and he did not being a cup to go when asked. He also left out the ice cream for the to-go Chocolate Wave cakes we ordered.

    Service was slow and had to ask multiple times for things. Talapia fish entrees were cold and fishy. One entree came out after the rest of us were almost finished. Just not a good experience. We used to like red lobster but after this we will not be going back.

    We went for the endless shrimp and it was wonderful! I was disappointed that they were out of Caesar dressing so no Caesar salad. Waitress was amazing. Food was excellent!!

    This app didn’t work Red Lobster does not even know how to use the app notifications. Had to wait over 45 mins and I had took my mom ! Not very happy with this app right now. How can you say a restaurant has availability when they don’t and show their restaurant when they didn’t even know what the heck I was talking about! Very disappointed. I felt like a fool and red Lobster didn’t help any at all! I have however used this app at the Chop House and love using it there.
