    Had to wait 30 mins just to get drinks waited an hour and half for our cold poorly made food. One waitress was throwing things at a coworker and cussing loudly. The worst experience I’ve had at red lobster which was unexpected because we love red lobster. $170 later won’t be returning for awhile.

    Service a little slow, but they were very busy. We were seated at table with a draft and it was dark, they relocated us to an area that was better lit and no draft. Most of servers were very accommodating

    We fat and we ordered the endless shrimp it was great I think I ordered two times of endless shrimp. If it wasn't because we had to leave I probably would have stayed for the Third. The service was great and so was the atmosphere.

    Very slow service. Salad was brought out same time as dinner. Drinks from bar are overpriced and tasted horrible. Hasn’t been to this Resturant in over 4 years and I don’t intend to return.

    I ordered the 2 lobsters and my husband ordered a shrimp platter. He originally wanted the all you can eat shrimp, but it wasn't available. My lobster was excellent, but my husband was a bit disappointed with his shrimp.

    The greeter at the register was a little rude. Although we told her we had reservations, she commented “Yeah , I see it twice on the screen” and didn’t make eye contact with us. Maybe training education will help customer service.

    Birthday dinner , amazing food and service . There was a special needs child that made the noise level a little uncomfortable but overall experience was great my first time trying lobster .

    Food was delicious. Our waitress didn’t Seem attentive enough. Asked for artificial sweetener three times before she brought it. She refilled iced tea glasses but all the ice was gone when she refilled it and didn’t offer more ice or bring another fresh glass with ice, it was hot outside so we drank warmish tea.it’s expensive for our family to eat out and is a special treat when we do so we think it’s a big deal to eat out in this economy. We felt your restaurant was the place to do this in so we were disappointed and left a small tip.

    The receptionist at red lobster didn’t give us the table we had reserved because he said it was his first time doing it. He told us he didn’t know how to do it and he didn’t like encouraging people to do reservations there because he found it difficult. He was rude and made us wait like 30 minutes and he said there were 4 people before us waiting and he was going to seat them first which the whole point of us making the reservation was for us not to wait. We have an autistic boy and he gets overwhelmed if we try and make him wait a long time with a lot of people around.

    Checked in on Open Table for 7:15pm. Realizing this wasn’t a reservation we showed up at 7pm and let them know. 45min later after seeing several people walk in and put their names in only to be seated ahead of us did we ask to speak to a manager. The service was weak as well as the food. I expected more from Red Lobster. Not sure if I’m more disappointed in the app or the restaurant.

    The management seemed to be overwhelmed by the volume of customers and how to seat/serve them. There were at least 50% open tables in the establishment, yet the wait time was still 30-45 minutes (even with the preferred seating from OpenTable).
