Jerome makes you feel right at home in this fun neighborhood Bistro. And the choices and the preparation of the food is excellent!
My new favorite restaurant in San Francisco. The food was outstanding, and the service was so lovely and French. I'll be back soon.
This is our third visit to Revelry, and we will be back again. The food is fresh, delicious, beautifully prepared and presented. Highly recommend this neighborhood jewel!
Food was very good but even though we had a reservation and arrived on time, they gave the only available table to people who arrived just before us and said they had no reservation. We ended up waiting 10.minutes to get a table and another 10 minutes for menus. Also, on a warm, humid day, it was uncomfortable inside.
Been here more than once and love the food. This time our server was rude, we accepted that as a "French" thing. When the bill came back with a flagrant overcharge, it made us reevaluate the experience. We will definitely factor that in before deciding whether to come back.
A new discovery. Can't wait to go back. Compliments to Jerome and his Ural cycle with the sidecar. We parked right in front despite warnings that parking would be a challenge. Just the kind of secret bistro I love. Everyone should know, but don't tell anyone, please. Kudos!
Wait staff food warmth of the place all four star!!
We had an amazing experience at Beverly Bistro. The food is fantastic!
Second time here, and again we enjoyed the place. Jerome was very accommodating. I made a mistake with the reservation, and he was able to accommodate our larger party. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. Three had the gnocchi, which they said was very good. Two had the duck confit salad. It was a good size and tasty, thought there was a bit too much dressing on the salad. Appetizers were also good. The gem salad was huge. The trout crude was good. Pleasant atmosphere, good service. Close enough to civic center to go before a performance. We'll be back
This is our third visit, we keep coming back with friends since we like it so much
Good food, pleasant atmosphere - and the owner gladly help with French words if you are interested
We give it our 5 stars😃
Fantastic Ribeye. Great wine selection. Cozy ambience. Warm service. Great spot!
Excellent Service, nice wine selection, food was very good, will return
charming restaurant, excellent service. Wonderful pate . Would eat there again
Wonderful service, food, wine, dessert and vibe. New favorite go-to in Hayes Valley
The food was great. Amazing actually. But I’ve giving this two stars based on the poor customer experience we experienced at Brunch this past Sunday. We were flat out ignored by all staff for the first 5 min that we stood in the doorway, waiting for someone to help us. I then had to approach a server entering receipts into the register to ask if we could be seated for our 1pm reservation. The server was quite rude and told us to give her 2 more minutes because she was busy. Note: the restaurant was 1/4 full and there didn’t appear to be any type of rush happening. After another 5-7 min of waiting we asked the server again if we would be seated and she again snapped back at us say that her putting cups in the dishwasher took precedent for us being seated st a table. She acted as if our presence was inconsequential. Finally another server saw our frustrations and over heard the convo and he rushed to set up a space for us to sit and eat. The second server was very pleasant and the rest of the dining experience was uneventful.
My main complaint was this head server who was completely disrespectful to us as customers. Unfortunately I cannot return to this place if it’s possible I would have to encounter her again.
This place is super under-rated off the beaten path of Hayes Valley. Go there. it’s great.
Met a friend in the city and this is quickly becoming our go to restaurant. My friend loved the variety on the brunch menu and I had my fave salad of shaved Brussels sprouts and smoked salmon.
Cute neighborhood spot that I've been walking by for two years. Can't believe I haven't eaten there before. Delicious food and friendly staff. I will definitely go back!
As always, excellent service, excellent food...you feel like you are in Paris!
Jérôme is an awesome host. Food was fabulous.
Wine list is intriguing
Six of us went to Revelry with no advance knowledge. It was perfect! Food and service were top-notch. The restaurant is small; when we were there it was not crowded so talking was not a problem. Maybe noisier at other times. The six of us had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend.
Delicious food. Reasonably attentive service.
The guy threw shade at my bf since I paid for dinner (it was my valentines gift to him) either way shouldn’t be weird it’s 2019!!
EVERYTHING on this menu was sooooo good!!!!!! Only critique I have is I wish they had more cocktail drinks to offer.
Celebrated my Birthday with family and purposely went early on a Sunday night. Love the quiet vibe, attention and delicious food. Between the four of us we had salmon, fettuccine Bolognese and gnocchi. Everything spectacular!
Beautifully prepared romaine heart in a light and creamy dressing, followed by perfectly grilled salmon atop a mashed potato with a hint of herbs, and roasted fennel. Terrific
Pleasantly surprised! Food was great. Service was better!
Lovely little bistro in a residential neighborhood. Not far to walk to civic center.
Shared a delicious dinner with my husband before a performance. Just right amount of food for the two of us..timing was perfect, not rushed, even with tables filling. We will be back.
Pasta was overcooked. Food was average. The menu was outdated - in a single visit, the server told me 3 times that beer and wine I try to order is substituted with other thing or they do not have anymore.
Excellent food and excellent service. Went before the SF Ballet and the pre fixe menu was perfect. Was with a party of 4 and every dish ordered was well presented and delicious. Will definitely go again!
Nothing special about this place. Food’s okay, cute space. They called me fifteen mins before my reservation to see that I was coming and then gave my table away. No big deal... it wasn’t busy, so we were sat within ten mins of arriving.
Everything was great.
I know you had no control over the party next to us, the twenty-thirty something’s decided they weren’t loud enough to hear over one another.
There were only three - maybe four tables occupied in the restaurant at the time so there was no need to be loud.
We really didn’t want to listen to any of their conversation, but wound up with it as an ear worm for another 10 minutes after we left the restaurant.
Noise pollution is as much an issue as as any other.
The food was wonderful, the recommended was not very good. I will avoid that wine in the future.
Bad service. We were the first ones being seated, the last ones served. Waitress got our orders wrong, waited on drinks for 30 mins. Very disorganized. Food good.
Cute, neighborhood bistro with a friendly staff. Sadly, the food was poorly executed.
Nice neighborhood restaurant. Server was terrific, but had a bad experience with the host. He tried to make us move to a less desirable table to accommodate supposed reservations, which by the way never materialized.
We had the prix fixe menu which was good. The snapper dish however was grossly over-salted. Server did offer to replace it. In the end they just comped our wine.
Would return had it not been for the bad experience at the beginning.
Great French Find! Tried Revelry tonight before our show at SFJazz. Blustery rainy night but walked 1/2 mile to the restaurant and staff let us in 15 minutes before they opened which was very nice and a great indication of evening to come. Entrees are all daily selections - my wife got salmon as part of the early bird three course special and I got red snapper - both were delicious. We started our meal with a great appetizer - mashed potatoes with halibut, green onion and roasted garlic. It was served with warm crostini; absolutely fantastic on a cold night. We each had a glass of red wine off of their nice wine list. I had a cappuccino and we shared some deliciously fresh profiteroles for dessert.
Service was attentive with good wine pairing recommendations without being intrusive. A great evening with delicious food. We will definitely be back!!
Brunch with the girls was cute! We had some social media creators at our table and we got there at different times and they didn’t make us feel rushed. Liked our pics on ig. Felt really personal.
