Not the best place for food allergies, but we still had an incredible meal. The food was outstanding and the little heaters outside were just enough to keep us warm with our jackets on.

Great food in a nice quiet location. Pasta is fantastic and the veal chop was cooked perfectly. The deserts are amazing too. Very friendly staff who takes great care!

Our dinner was fabulous, as always. Aldo and crew never fail to please. I think they’ve done a fabulous job, especially under current difficult circumstances. Heartily recommended :-)

This was probably the best pasta I have ever had. The simplicity of the dish did not take away from the pasta at all. The service was wonderful and the wine was exactly what we were looking for. We will be back again!

Fantastic food a very reasonable prices, something we don't often see in San Francisco. Ambience was only fair, due to COVID with tables on the sidewalk. No parklet or heaters.

A true neighborhood Italian gem. Food was outstanding and so was the service. I dreamt of those delicious gnocchi pillows! Don’t pass on the tiramisu.

We had a wonderful quiet dinner, there were heat lamps to keep us warm and the staff was so kind and attentive. Had a lovely conversation with the owner as well. I would highly recommend this lovely restaurant that has been in business for over 30 years!

Such a sweet place! Quick and delicious food, personable staff. They definitely want you to enjoy your food more than just want to make money as some places can be. We also got the tiramisu which was light and perfect!

We dined at the restaurant in their limited outdoor seating. The food and service were outstanding, as always. And they did an amazing job of managing the new normal. I look forward to enjoying inside dining again but in the meantime sitting outside was a nice change from takeout.

They’re doing very well with the outdoor thing. Thoroughly enjoyed dinner as always. I crave the lasagna!

We've been coming to Ristorante Milano for years for special dinners out with family and friends or for a special date night. The food is always beautiful and fresh, very well-prepared, consistently delicious and totally satisfying without being overly-fussy. The service is great, welcoming and friendly. It's one of our favorite places in the city! We always have a wonderful time there.

Discovered this place 12 years ago. Glad they are still as good as I remember.
