Everything was great, except the food, Appetizers were good, but main course was bad.
As good as I remember! I hadn't been to Romano's for over 10 years.
Just a casual date night food was excellent
My pasta was overcooked and the waiter didn't come back to our table until 20 later after our meal was brought to us. I didn't want it anymore because I keep eating bread. You would think that they would have more staff for Mother's Day.
I had to make this a last minute reservation for my birthday party of 20 and they were more than accommodating. Our waiter was funny and quick, and such a great help. Definitely appreciated the ambience and will be back soon again, just for dinner!
It's fine. Nothing special, but a good value.
We’re seated right away with no waiting time been here but the service was very awful I think they forget about us were invisible I guess never bother to stop by we literally flag a person to give our order and the free bread besides our experience the food is good plenty parking not coming back for awhile
We came on Valentine's Day and knew it would be busy. Overall we had a great experience. The server was busy and she seemed a bit frantic but I understand there was a lot going on. I'd definitely come back again for dinner.

We were seated immediately which was good. We were put at a table by the cooking station and kitchen. Servers talking and dishes and glasses banging, it was terrible. Appetizer took forever and then it was luke warm. Our entrees took about 20 min and were mediocre. I had always loved this place so this was very disappointing. My husband had a beer and I had ice water and we were never offered another or even a refill of my water. The server finally noticed my empty glass but then never came back to fill it. Needless to say, we won’t be back. Good thing I had the best company ever....my hubby.
we've been ordering the Shrimp Portofino and Chicken Caprese for years. Although, the Shrimp Portofino remains the same recipe and taste. This time, the Chicken Caprese was not to the same. Very little to almost no mozzarella, too much tomato with the pasta and dressing on the chicken breast where before it was only grill. Overall good.
Food was very good. The kitchen "ran out of romaine lettuce" so we didn't get our Caesar salads until after our main dishes came out. It wasn't the servers fault.

New year's eve reservation for 715pm ask to be seated with our favorite waiter area. Waiter happy to see us but told us busy night under staff he would be late in serving meal. It was obvious manager had not staff for special holiday evening. Took so long getting food had it to go. 2 hours we were there. Soup & food served cold. Got it to go. Love our waiter it wasn't his fault. But how does management under staff on New Year's Eve?? We go here a lot and have never seen this terrible service. I'm really rating high for such bad service. Restaurant was very busy I felt sorry for the worker cause they needed help!
We came to the macro ie grill spontaneously on New Years eve. We’ve been here before quite a few times in the past. It’s never been exceptional but we figured it would be fine since we hadn’t had any major issues. This time, the visit was absolutely horrendous. The server took too long to come greet us in the bar area we were seated in. When she did come over, she wasn’t warm or welcoming- just kind of there just do so her job and bring us what we ordered. She did set our olive oil up for the bread and said that she would bring the bread out as it was in the oven finishing up baking. Once she brought that out, the middle was still cold. As if it had been frozen before. The bread is not fresh made- just baked off. We had a couple bites before we realized the middle was cold. We left it on the edge of the table and decided not to eat anymore. Then we got our calamari for the appetizer, and it came out soggy and Luke warm. It’s really gross to to bite into something that’s supposed to be fried and crunchy and have it be soggy and cold. We took one bit and left it on the side of the table. She then brought our starters. My husband ordered a salad and I ordered the lobster bisque. Salad was fine, soup was mediocre at best. It’s supposed to be a lobster bisque, yet had absolutely NO lobster in it. She came to our table a few times and said nothing about the food sitting at the edge of the table that we didn’t eat. We decided to leave. We told the waitress that if everything else came out like that, we were afraid to see what the main course came out like. They comped what we had ordered and we left. The manager never came over to see what was happening. They allowed us to leave unsatisfied. If I had a chance to make things better with a customer then I would as a manager. They didn’t care. We will never go back here and anyone that says they have plans to go there I will be telling them about our negative experience.
Food was fair. Service slow. We ordered specials and our server took a very long time to get back and tell us they were out of it. That happened 3 times. Very disappointing.
Then had to order different items and then those were out.
Not happy. The bread was tasty and hot.

Christmas dinner with my son. We were both very pleased with our meals. Seems minor , but the Brussels spouts were wonderful. Service was prompt and accurate, and we were not rushed. Both our desserts were just to sweet.
Very enjoyable time.
My family and I enjoyed Macornin Grill on Christmas Day. We had enough seating and had a great waitress. We will be back soon.

Our chosen dishes were well prepared, abundant and very tasty. We had a quiet booth as requested because of hearing issues in members of our party.
The person waiting on us was slow food was cold. The drink was not good I didn’t even drink it.

I love Romano's mostly because of the food taste great but gets plated sloppy and the customer service is excellent the woman that was serving us was extremely attentive, polite, and friendly, she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and everything was great.It was perfect, you couldn't hear anyones conversations or have to speak over ambient music.
We commend Rudy. our waiter. He was the best we have had, and on top of everything. He let us choose a table or booth, and gave us time to decide our choices without any pressure. He is a keeper!
The food is nice but I have some difficulty conmunicating with the waiter because of his accent.
Customer service sucks, waiter was not friendly. Service has been downhill in the past few years. Are they short-staffed and overworked? I still tipped well and enjoyed most of the food, but the waiters should be trained on common courtesy and making it right for the guest. 10 years ago this place was awesome. What happened?? Lack of training, management, no professionalism. Seats were greasy and had crumbs. Not blaming the staff but someone should go around checking the cleanliness before seating folks.
We love it here everyone like family as it's close to our neighborhood. I see people still dressed from church coming for din we with family and friends.
Even solo people feel part of everyone.

Love their food. One of our favorite places. Server was excellent.
We enjoy the food very much! I felt sorry for the very reduced number of servers for the amount of people during the 7:30 dinner time. Our server came in very seldom to our table, bringing items little by little. The salad came in close to our finishing the main entry and the ice tea I ordered to start came literally after I finished dinner. That was not so hot.
Other than that the experience was good.
Had a really great time watching the NBA game. The bar was really into it without being too disruptive.
I ordered food and it wasn’t what I ordered but the waitress apologized and had another dish back out to me within 10 minutes.

The food was outstanding. We haven’t been here for a while and we were surprised to experience excellent food and even better cocktails. Try the Green Gimlet! 👌🏼
There were 5 in our party celebrating my son's masters graduation
We were seated at approx 645pm. The waiter at first did not offer us bread, then later said bread would be coming up very soon. It did not. It was approx. 20 min after we sat down that the bread was served.
It took 20-25 minutes for 3 of our orders to be delivered to the table. 10 min. later the other 2 orders still were not served. The waiter kept telling us the 2 orders (one, just a salad) would be up soon. This went on for a further 10 min. Meantime the 3 orders already served were getting cold. The manager was called and she took over. Another 10 mins. and she replaced the three orders with new meals as the others were by now cold. Another 5 mins went by before the final 2 orders were delivered to the table.
This was supposed to be a very happy experience which turned out to be anything but happy.
Very disappointed in your restaurant and staff.
We were a large party of 12 celebrating a graduation on an early Saturday evening. Some of us arrived early and were seated immediately, so kudos for that. The remainder of our party arrived shortly with two unexpected people. The wait staff added another two top at our request without complaint. Bread and water came immediately. That's pretty much the extent of good service for the evening.
Though we were given menus immediately, the waiter didn't take our drink order for quite awhile. Delivery of the drinks took another long stretch of time, as did taking our food order. We waited at least 30 minutes for the food.
One member of our party who was highly allergic to nuts and several other foods, emphatically asked for those things to be excluded from her dinner salad. She confirmed with the waiter when the salad arrived that those items had been omitted. They weren't. Fortunately, she spotted a walnut buried in the salad before she ate it. After sifting through the salad, she found none of the items had been held. The restaurant agreed to bring her a pasta dish as a replacement.
Getting our check and paying the bill also took an unusually long period of time.
The food was passable and the restaurant had the capacity for large crowds but the staff seemed ill prepared for a major crowd. A smaller party might have a better experience but I doubt it.
The food and service were terrible. After waiting for a while at our table, we had to request for service. My daughter’s dinner arrived 10 minutes after everyone else’s. My chicken was dry and pasta lacked flavor. My husband’s chicken was in a bowl of unappetizing sauce along with three small potato wedges that he said tasted like they were old. At the beginning of the meal, I asked the host if we could get a piece and of chocolate cake for the birthday. He said, “We got you,” and it never came.
