Food is usually pretty good. But my pizza wasn't cooked through all the way. :( And we didn't even get a single refill on our drinks.

Had high hopes for this place as a new brunch spot but ultimately left disappointed. Ambiance is great, the setting is lovely and their indoor/outdoor concept works well. They were clearly busy and maybe a bit understaffed. Seemed like they were having a hard time keeping up with basics like clean dishes and serving ware. Drinks took forever to come out, behind the starters. No clean small plates for apps when we asked. Cocktails were mediocre, one was even warm. Food took a long time and when it came, was served cold with a film over the syrup to indicate it had been sitting a while. It was probably delicious if it had been brought to the table when it was ready, but very underwhelming when served cold. Server seemed very busy and distracted which again, if they were understaffed makes sense. Willing to give it another shot, hopefully their service issues can be fixed! It's a lovely spot with great potential and seems to be popular.

We had reservations for 11:15 and were escorted to our tables fairly quick. However, no one came to help us for 40 minutes. I asked two different people for assistance during that time but no one came to help. The waitress that ended up coming out was helpful and I appreciated her apologetic approach to our wait. Overall just not a good first time experience.

Best view is outside so make sure the weather is good when you go. They do have heater that help with a slight chill

If I could give a 0 stars I would! I thought I was prepared for the bad service and the long wait after reading the reviews. Oh boy, were we wrong! Nobody came to bring water or take our orders until one hour after we’ve sat, another hour for the food to arrive — 2 hours total to wait for 2 drinks, 5 brunch dishes. When food arrived, they got 3 dishes wrong! All told 3 hours spent on this restaurant where food was blah/dull/not worth any wait! and the wait was inexcusably long! And to think they take reservations so they know in advance how slammed they would be!!! My fault for giving them a try inspite of bad reviews!

I was very excited to try this restaurant for brunch. I made a reservation and we were seated immediately. However, we waited 15 minutes to put in a drink order and our waitress came back with no water or drinks and took our food order. After asking again for water, it came out another 10 minutes later. Our food was slow to come out and my sister got her plate 10+ minutes before the rest of the table. Overall I was disappointed in the service and lack of communication about them being short staffed.

I wanted to really enjoy my experience at the Royal Ridge but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I had made reservations and arrived at a restaurant that had staff just running around unorganized. I had to flag down employee just to be seated, once seated took a waitress 20 min just to come bring water in plastic cups and was hurrying to take my order and not give any suggestions. My husband ordered the meatloaf which I think would have tasted amazing had it not been cold. My dishes which was the mac n cheese bites along with the steak and guacamole dish that came out after I had to ask if I was going to ever receive the rest of my order 20min after the rest of the dishes. Was looking forward to the dessert but at this point decided to pass. I have worked in the food industry before, and you know before had that you are going to have a busy night you staff appropriately along with not having a waitress covering tables inside and outside.

Food (pizza and short rib pasta) was good. Service good, venue very nice. Think we’ll explore the menus a little more next time.

First and last time we dine here. Reviews looked good, thought we'd give it a try. Made reservations for the outside deck... There WERE SO MANY FLIES we spent a lot of time swatting them away from our water and they were landing all over the table. Notice we didn't say drinks, because drinks from the bar took almost 40 minutes, 5 minutes after we were done eating. Which didn't take long, as we barely ate. I ordered Meatloaf, which was dry and WAY overcooked, (one side looked like a hockey puck with gravy over the top) mashed potatoes were ok, and the carrots were the weirdest thing. Rock hard in the middle and burnt to a crisp on the outside. My wife had Chicken enchiladas. She ate them, but as someone who looked at them from across the table, they didn't look good. She said they were "ok" but would never go back too. Good news... waitress Penelope was friendly, and attentive. She did disappear for about 20 minutes. When she came back she said she was behind the bar "bailing out" the bartender, which included our drinks. Amazing to me as there may have been 11 tables with people in the whole restaurant, including the deck... and the waiter in the station behind us was apologizing to his 3 tables for the delay in their drinks too. Both my wife and I worked in restaurants, we understand "the weeds" happen, and understand the labor market is rough right now so we normally give places the benefit of doubt,
