Royal Taj India Cuisine
Food was great... Nice and quiet. We will be back.
The place is not kept well and the service is lackluster at best. Food was definitely below par so much so that we took it to go and threw it out in the dumpster behind the restaurant. There are far better options to waste time at this restaurant.
This is not a very exciting place to eat. The naan was very good. The rest of the food was average.
My wife and two son's (20's) went and were happy with the meal. I've read some of the reviews on Yelp and I agree that the service is kind of mixed, sometimes prompt and sometimes slow and forgetful. But my family enjoyed the food very much, it's difficult to find a restaurant that a Vegan and a Paleo can eat at and be full afterwards. We'll definitely go there again.
This was my husband's first time at Royal Taj. From the time he entered the front door, he felt like he was seeing old friends. The wait staff also treated him the same. He ordered a special offered that evening. It was fantastic. Since I had been to Royal Taj a number of times, it felt very comfortable and welcoming as it always does. I am always happy to have leftovers to bring home. On our drive home, my husband said he'd like to go back again.
A very good neighborhood spot for Indian food. My wife and I enjoyed every dish. We will certainly be back
As always, top down - excellent.
We went to celebrate my birthday and had a great time! Restaurant was only about half full so it was pleasantly peaceful and quiet. The food was fantastic and would have even been better had there been more! I would definitely go back. Our server, Hari, was very polite and attentive!
The staff allowed an obviously disturbed person to sit at a table alone talking loudly to herself using profanity. We were forced to leave.
Staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and in this case failed.
I will never go back there.
Royal Taj has been our favorite Indian restaurant for years. When we went this time there were different people and the food was a bit bland compared to the norm. I hope there aren't new owners and cooks. Normally I would give this restaurant 5 stars, but the food was a bit disappointing this time around.
Went out for a meal with the family. This is a small place that gets busy quickly. The food was great with just the right amount of spice. The water was continuously refilled.
From the outside, the restaurant looks modestly sized. Inside, it was very comfortable, elegantly set with tablecloths. We had the lunch buffet, and the food was very delicious. I was able to get food without cilantro, and there was a variety of spicyness levels between the various dishes. The naan were fresh and still warm. We had such a great meal that I have already recommended it to friends.
The main waiter is never very friendly. The food was mediocre
