Received steak that wasn't ordered and had still had to pay for it plus the steak that was ordered. Didnt have the chocolate and wasnt told until after it was ordered. Lobster bisque didnt have any lobster in it at all.

Arrived early an host forgot us at bar. Sat there so long waiting and finally decided just to eat there. Took a night intended for a fancy night out down to a bar night all because the host couldn’t manage the reservations.

One of the worst...yes worst experiences of my dining career and I dine out for a living. By the time I arrived I was one of the final seating about 7 but an hour for the app and an other hour for a terrible $119 Ribeye...simply a bad experience. I way over tipped at 50% but it wasn't Mike's fault

Service was excellent!!! The kitchen was about 30min. behind schedule getting food out. My Husbands steak was ordered as Medium but came out well. The Manger was great and was able to remake his order in less than 10 minutes. The only issue was the timing of the kitchen.

I’ve been a customer of the Ruth Chris steakhouses for 30 years. They have a consistency of quality that I respect and I have never had a bad meal there. I will continue to go back, especially when they have specials that they offer to their customers via email. It’s worth every penny That you spend there I highly recommend it. Joe Mercurio

Service was excellent. I had a filet w/mashed potatos and a wedge salad. All were very good. My wife had the Thanksgiving special. She found the meal to be at best mediocre and overall below expectations.

Ribeye came out over cooked first time and then second time it was still bleeding. Clearly chef was struggling with cooking.

Excellent dinner experience. Superb service and the food was delicious, décor is beautiful and very inviting. We were celebrating our anniversary and the restaurant made it a really memorable experience by decorating our table and providing excellent service thanks to Gauthier. Loved the steak and in general it was a truly great experience. Only drawback is the lack of parking, had to resort to use the valet service, which was smooth and quick.

Absolute hilarious nightmare dinner. First, we arrive a little early, and they tell us our reservation is not ready yet, we will text when it is. Absolutely fine! We’ll wait in the bar. So, half an hour goes by and I get curious. I approach the hostess, and she finds out they accidentally seated another couple at my table. Accidents happen, it’s fine, they get us the next table up. Laughing at the gaffe, we move on. Salads first! They come out and the kitchen had forgotten to put the dressing on them. It’s just covered in blue cheese. The waitress, who was so nice all evening, came by and ran back to the kitchen to get some, apologized to us and told us the new person prepared the salad and made it mistake. Who cares, it’s a steakhouse, we are there for the steak! Oh the steak. Let’s get to that fun portion of the evening. We order the porterhouse for two, my girlfriend asking it be prepared rare with a push. The waitress told her that they no longer prepare steaks in that manner. I laughed, and we settled on medium rare. Honestly in my mind it’s the same thing anyways, but don’t tell my girlfriend I said that. I just think it’s funny that a “premier steakhouse” doesn’t prepare your steak in a way that people ask. Anyways, I also order a bourbon neat and some sides. The whiskey came out 20 minutes later. My dates wine? 30 minutes. The steak and sides eventually made their way to the table. The baked potato was cold on the inside, almost raw in places. The spinach was basically soup. The mushrooms were fine. Highlight of the dinner really. The steak, the steak was well or even well done. There was barely any pink at all. I have pictures if you don’t believe me. Finally fed up with everything we just ate it. I just hope the jockey who rode that horse didn’t get too sad when he sold it to the slaughterhouse. There was some work to be done cutting the pieces of steak. Save your money, this chain place is an overpriced Outback in lipstick. At least I got a story.

Mike was our server for our 16th Wedding Anniversary. He did amazing as did the gentleman and young lady at the front, the person who de-boned the meat, and the person who delivered appetizers. Everyone did a wonderful job from start to finish. We have been to different locations but this was our first experience with you all. Thank you for making this special!

Wait service was extremely slow. So slow that 3 of us finished our food before the waiter came to check on us. Our fourth guest order his steak medium rare and it came well done. We were not about to wait to have it remade. The shrimp tasted boiled and the steaks had way too much salt. The inconsistencies and service has gone down the tubes and it’s disappointing.

Steak was way overdone and completely overpriced. Truffle and Blue Cheese Crust were overpriced for the little bit we got on top of steak: Manager took off a drink to replace the bad steak? But she forgot so had to ask again when the bill came. Only saw server once between ordering drinks and when the entire meal came. Had to ask food runner to find our server so we could have another round of drinks. Had to remind them to bring our desserts twice and box them up.

Food was wonderful as always. I had the Ribeye and my husband had the filet, both great steaks. Gauthier (sp?) was a great server and this location is always great to visit.

Overall ok, but my steak was undercooked and they gave me my husband's steak, which I had 3 bites of before we realized the steaks were flip flopped.

Arrived 20 minutes early and told we needed to wait while dining room was empty. Went to bar to wait and then received text reservation cancelled. Finally got sat and service was so slow. Not what I am use to for RC. Poor management at this location.

Ruths Chris is one of our family’s favorite go-to steakhouses. This time, though, wasn’t as amazing. The steak (11 ounce) filet mignon wasnt cut correctly, had a ribbon of gristle and was sort of bland. It was cooked correctly as requested, at medium rare. The shrimp were also not amazing. Again, the lack of a delicious preparation caused the perception of blandness. North ing was horrible or inedible. But, the issue is, with Ruth’s Chris pricing and prime beef availability, the steak and shrimp should both taste obviously better than Longhorn or Outback…tonight, that wasn’t the case. The service was mostly on par, though the late bread delivery and the missing Bearnaise upon steak presentation contributed to a 4star ranking. We will try the other 3-4 competing steakhouses in town before returning.

The restaurant was clean and inviting. The staff welcomed us warmly and continued to congratulate us on our anniversary. Food is perfectly cooked and very delicious. Will always recommend.

Overall service was great. The fillet didn’t have much flavor however, it was a good cut and tender. Brussels sprouts were a little undercooked overall four out of five stars!!

Had a good time. Service was good, but very slow. Soup arrived right before the main course. Ordered a second drink, cancelled after it did not arrive and we had completed our dinner.

Real struggle. They were out of 3 entrees we ordered. Simple things like utensils and bar orders were a challenging task.

The food is always consistent. Steak was perfectly seasoned and tender. The sides were were in seasoned and over cooked (maybe under the heat lamps too long.) The service was spotty and the value isnt there. .
