Had a lovely tea with an old friend who just moved to area. All was well but would have liked to know that 20 noisy middle schoolers had scheduled a birthday party at the same time. We would have made our reservation for perhaps a quieter time. But everyone at Sante was lovely!

I’ve been vegetarian since 1999 and I can’t remember the last time I tried a new dish at a restaurant that really knocked my socks off. The eggplant was a 10-10. Totally recommend!!

Found a large piece of plastic in my scallops that the manager confirmed was plastic. Individual that served our food was not our server and mixed up several fish dishes that could not be distinguished. Manager said she would speak to us after meal, but was no where to be found! Highly disappointed!!!

Fantastic food with really complex flavors in every dish. Cocktails were great as well. Service was top notch. Best things on the menu were the grilled octopus and the baklava sundae. Ambiance is so comfortable too - having a great meal in very comfortable seats is great.

This by far has been my worst dining experience. I arrived for my reservations and was seated promptly. After ordering water my mother and I sat for 20 minutes with numerous servers walking past us none of which offered to assist it place our order after countless attempts to get their attention. I went to the host to ask if anyone was coming to assist us and to their surprise they asked “no one has come to help you”. What appears to have been the manager finally came from the back to take our order after an additional 10 minutes of waiting. We order our entire meal, no apologies, no offer to comp any portion of the meal nothing. The food was underwhelming, lacked flavor or finesse. I order the whole Bronzino , which the menu states the bones had been removed only to fight through numerous bones in my fish which made the fish inedible. The highlight was the octopus and artisan bread. Avoid this place if you want quality service, flavorful food and a pleasant dining experience. I expect more for a restaurant inside of the Ritz Carlton, and I will not be back.

Food was delicious. Our server was wonderful. Unfortunately, the host sat us at a tiny table in the middle of the walk way that barely fit our plates. There were multiple other tables in the restaurant that were open all evening. We had even made a reservation two weeks prior. Being consistently bumped into kind of ruined the whole date night vibe with my husband. Not what I would expect when paying for upscale dining.

Great experience and delight, we celebrated my friends birthday and she was stunned. Food so delicious, service is very professional and atmosphere is outstanding. Definitely would recommend trying and will be back again!

The ingredients were very fresh and good; what we had was good tasting. But it wasn't consistent with the menu. A sandwich that was supposed to include hummus didn't have any hummus. The grain bowl was a salad with a few grains. The kitchen staff/chef doesn't know the menu or isn't following it.

We hosted a business luncheon at the Sante'; the food and service was exceptional. Elizabeth was awesome...thank you again for taking care of us. I have one recommendation: it is a bit noisy and difficult to hear especially if seated in the center area. Recommend you install sound deadening ceiling tiles (or something similar to dampen the sound). Thank you agian.

Hands down some of the best food I’ve ever had in life. We ordered the salmon & lamb dishes and they were both worthy of high praise. The service was incredible. Didn’t feel like your average hotel restaurant or bar. The only complaint was the noise level. Felt like we were almost yelling across the table at times over the music and TVs. Other than that, I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

My brother and I were looking for a more traditional afternoon tea services. For the most part Santé hit the mark. We really only had two critiques 1) There was a lack of more traditional tea options. 2) Some of tea sandwiches were needlessly extravagant. (We would have preferred perfectly executed, simple and delicious sandwiches over the overly "imaginative" semi-inedible ones we received.) The service was excellent and the scones & pastries were delicious. Overall, it was not a bad experience but nothing about it has us feeling like we wanted to come back.
