Shark Fin Inn Keysborough
The food was amazing, best chinese in SE suburbs.
The service staff were great , not over the top and annoying .
$90 each for two, for a 6 course banquet that included a whole fresh King Island Lobster and all other courses were picked by us and the manager to ensure all were our favoueite meals.
The Shark Fin Sunday Yum Cha is always enjoyable, although quite noisy, as there was a heap of people present. Plenty of good quantity food and our party of 5 had a great time to celebrate a members birthday.
Love Yum Cha here, always fresh, fun, quick service..
The speed of taking order and food on the table can be improved
Food was okay. Zero air conditioning. The restaurant became hot very quickly and it was so loud. I could barely hear the person next to me.
Usually enjoy yum cha at Shark Fin but this time around, some of the food were cold (or getting cold) by the time they came around to us. Service was consistent though.
Our group of 5 dined there last Friday evening.
It had been many years since we had been, and we were not disappointed.
The food was still spectacular and plentiful. The service was very good.
We were not drinking alcohol and our pot of Chinese tea was replenished
constantly throughout the evening.
Only minor downside was the noise level, but with a restaurant of that size, packed with happy enthusiastic diners, it was to be expected.
We were amazed to see that the original manager (talking probably from the 1980's) was still there.
He runs a tight ship. Looking forward to going back for Yum Cha soon!
Thw quality of the dishes has been going down with each visit. This time around was probably the worst food we've had from Shark Fin. Not the Shark Fin I know.
This is one of our favourite places to eat. Service is always impeccable and the Yum Cha is second to none. We will definitely be back.
Great service, friendly staff. Prices were also reasonable.
We love this place food is fresh amazing, staff funny and friendly! Give it a go you have nothing to lose.
Love Shark Fin's yum cha. It's a birthday tradition in my family. Group of 8, several had not had yum cha before. Everyone enjoyed the food and was very impressed.
Not enough variety of food mainly all dim sim and Dumplings been several times before and usually very good and service terrible sorry won’t visit again or recommend
As a coeliac, I need gluten free food. This was well catered for here at Shark Fin. The gf garlic prawns were magnificent and our other guests loved the theatre of yum cha! Hugs
Variety, speed of delivery excellent. Always friendly service, and excellent quality of food
