   We arrived on time, we were shown striaght to our table, the specials were highlighted, we ordered a nice dry rose, we all ordered starters and mains, we enjoyed the breathtaking views, both the starters and main courses were amazing, we could not fault, thank you to Ya Ya (head chef) you never diasappoint, thank you to the staff you were polite, curtious and attentive. All in all, an experience we couold not fault. Thank you Shoals

   Such a lovely place, lovely fresh seafood served and great service. This us our second visit and we will be definitely coming back

   We had a lovely time at Shoals. The staff were welcoming and attentive to us and our well behaved dog. The weather outside was appalling but the atmosphere inside was warm and lovely. The food was lovely but the fish and chips was a little expensive considering there were no peas and the fish was a little small. Plenty of food but generally an expensive night.

   Food and service were fantastic and the spicy prawn cocktail is amazing, can highly recommend.

   Was really looking forward to this. Didn’t start too well when one of the glasses offered had a huge crack in it. The second glass contained a hair or eyelash. Both my wife and I ordered the monkfish and prawn curry. At nearly £27 we expected something special. The dish came with a small bowl of boiled rice and what looked like a Sharwood Naan. The curry, whilst containing a good amount of monkfish and prawn was tasteless and bland . It was very disappointing and overpriced by at least £5. For what is really a cafe I felt the price was too high. Additionally the ventilation wasn’t that good so the air was a bit smelly. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day
