Chef John Carpenter has created a Tasting Menu dining experience driven by seasonal flavors and local produce availability. Let us make all the decisions while you enjoy the evening and the company. For $135 per person you will enjoy an eight course dinner with sommelier wine pairings available for an additional charge. See the menu under the Open Table Menus tab. Enjoy the ultimate Teddy Bear Brunch experience at Signature Restaurant at La Cantera Resort & Spa, benefiting Children’s Bereavement Center, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday, November 3. In observance of Children’s Grief Awareness Month, La Cantera Resort & Spa is hosting the brunch to educate, advocate and raise awareness about the needs of grieving children, teens and their families, by focusing on the good works of Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas. One hundred percent of proceeds from the Teddy Bear Brunch will benefit Children’s Bereavement Center. Tickets are $75 for adults, $45 for children. Please note, our regular brunch menu WILL NOT be available this day.

Celebrate Thanksgiving Day with family and friends at Signature Restaurant! We will feature a multi-course prix fixe menu designed by Chef John Carpenter. Featuring Chef's interpretations of traditional Thanksgiving dishes as well as favorites from the Signature menu, dinner will be priced at $125 for Adults and $65 for Kids. Please note, our regular menu WILL NOT be available on Thanksgiving Day.
