Service was excellent however the quality of the food was substandard for the price. Choose Ruth Chris over this place. I thought this place would be great for my anniversary however I was disappointed. I ordered roasted lamb rare and expected cool center and received a cool meal and the lamb was barely pink and unseasoned. The fish and chips tasted like frozen filets with fast food fries.

Dry aged rib eye cooked medium rare with king crab topping and a side of crispy Brussel sprouts was very good. I will recommend these two dishes. Would I return is more important. On a scale of 1-10 (10 high) on returning, I would say a a 2. Why a 2 when the food was very good? The music was WAY to loud! There was no way to hear a conversation. No one in the place was talking because the music was so loud. You could not hear the other persons at the table. I cannot recommend this place because people will come back and complain to me that it was to loud! I had to wear my noise canceling headsets! The food was very good but well not worth the ear aching loud piped in music. There is FAR MORE to fine dining than just the food. The food is the crescendo of the experience. I was there on Wednesday November 29, 2023 at 6:30 PM.

It was amazing! So far the best truffle mashed potatoes of my life. Loved their Chilean sea bass and my husband enjoyed his stake. He said it was one of the best stakes he has had. Though This place is amazing it is expensive. However, worth it.

Very overpriced steaks, I have been to many steakhouses all over the US. Extremely overpriced and very low quality had a bone in filet . Also the sliders for app. Extremely dried out .

Great fine dining/steakhouse dining at Disney Springs. This is one of the few restaurants in Disney Springs that does not feel like a Disney dining experience...in a good way. The restaurant has beautiful decor, nice lighting, and high-energy music provided by the in-house DJ. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgable. The food was excellent and served at a perfect pace. We never felt rushed or ignored. Cocktails were great and there was an extensive wine list. This is a true steakhouse with classic sides and sauces meant to be shared. The steaks are expensive but they are perfectly prepared (even my husband's well-done, bone-in ribeye) and delicious. This is one of the few restaurants I'm willing to brave the crowds at DS to enjoy!

The food was excellent but it was served warm not hot. We were one of the first patrons in the restaurant and it felt like they were rushing to get ready to open. Additionally we ordered mashed potatoes and apparently they weren’t done yet. So we had to have fries instead.

Ridiculously Over priced!! Tiny portions of the $60+ sea bass! We asked for truffle on our Mac and cheese which cost $39!!! Just that topping!! The waiter could have told us it runs for this price since it wasn’t written in the menu + it barley had any truffle on it. The food wasn’t tasty and overall i wouldn’t be back. The music was really load and too up beat not matching the vibe of the restaurant. Overall another tourist trap. Be aware

The only reason this STK continues to stay in business is because of its location in Disney Springs … they have a bunch of aspiring frat boys running the operations and the ensuing ambiance manifests likewise … there is a very nonchalant attitude with zero attention to detail

The good: Vibe and ambiance (inside) is a 10/10. There is a live DJ on the second floor which was a bit overwhelming and loud but we sat outside. Our waiter was so kind and attentive. Shout out to Bradley! Now for the bad: We came specifically for the Thanksgiving menu which was a mistake. The food was cold, with the exception of the incredible mashed potatoes which were brought out separately after we asked why they were not originally served. The Turkey was tough and dry. The green beans were unseasoned and the stuffing was soggy. The chicken was also not impressive. The sweet potatoes were actually really tasty but because they were so cold, I couldn't really enjoy them. As I mentioned, we sat outside. It was about 61 degrees so a bit chilly for an Orlando evening. We asked to have the heat lamps turned on and they were apparently inoperable which made the seating arrangement uncomfortable. For a $250 meal, I was incredibly disappointed. I wasn't expecting "home cooking" but I was hopeful that at this price tag, the chefs would at least get a Turkey right. I'll never visit another STK unfortunately. There are so many yummy options at Disney Springs. Make this your last resort.

I feel like the tomahawk steak ($163) was a bust. My wife and I shared this steak, and we felt like we were jipped. We bought tomahawk steaks at home and were able to feed at least six. This steak just barelfed us. The seafood platter was ok, but not worth $56pp. You only get one tray to share. The overall service was good, but I won't go back. $647 bill. Three adults and three kids.

We were kept waiting 15 mins after our booked time. They offered us a table in the upper floor between the bar and door in the middle of the main flow which we declined. We were then told to go back downstairs to be seated there we were then taken to a small side room either three tables. We ordered food and wine then waited and waited. Then when the food arrived the med rare steak was a medium well the medium well wan very well done. The person who wanted the mw took the medium rare and the over cooked steak was replaced with a medium rare. The whole event took over 2 hours for one course. Server was great but that’s it We were booked for dec 25 and we have cancelled. Very poor over priced food and wine

Was quite surprised at the outrageous prices for food. I thought I had looked at the menu before making reservations, but do not recall how high it was. Paid $26 for a bowl of lettuce !(Cesar salad). Not a great variety . Small plate selections would be great, but I did not see it on the menu we were given. Wanted to try this restaurant because we walked past it multiple times, but we probably will not go again. It’s worth a try, but he prepared to pay a lot.

We had Thanksgiving dinner yesterday. We had a great meal and took home leftovers so we can't complain. The menu was confusing however as it mentioned thigh meat and not sliced meat. We got 3 large and thick slides of beasts stuffed with stuffing plus thigh meat. Overall not disappointed. Would of liked the good to be a little warmer. Great service.

We came on thanksgiving and it was clear our waiter didn’t want to be there. I get it, I used to not be a fan of working holidays too but it was so palatable that it made the meal unenjoyable. She took our dishes without asking and before we were done while we were tending to one of the kids. Not what I would expect for a $400 dinner.

The "Night Out" special menu was an incredible value. Portions were generous. Food was delicious and nicely presented. The pickled shrimp cocktail was outstanding-- very flavorful gigantic prawns with sauce. Caesar salad was very tasty and there was plenty to share. Sides of asparagus and mac & cheese were also good. The mac & cheese was exceptionally good. They were out of apple pie, so our only dessert choice was donuts. The bottle of Cabernet included was quite nice, very smooth and not too heavy. We paid the upcharge for the 28 ounce Porterhouse, which was the only disappointment. The steak was mostly dry even though it was cooked to a perfect warm, red center, and did not have much flavor. Parts of it even tasted "old" bordering on rancid. It must have to do with their dry aging process. We also had cocktails and appetizers during Happy Hour earlier that evening. Everything was wonderful. Happy Hour offerings are bargain priced compared to the usual menu. The food and drinks were all delicious and beautifully prepared. Our server, Gonso, took great care of us.

Food was excellent. Location was decent, appreciating that it was in Disney Springs. That meant that there were a lot of tourists showing up dress and away that would not want for a nice dinner. We were with our son, age 14, and were dressed and behaving as One would think two for a $700 dinner. Many others were not. The real down point, however, was the service. Our waiter was unfortunately very inattentive, very slow, and struggled to understand the concept of "gluten-free "for our son. While we would very likely go back for the food alone, we would make sure that our waiter was not part of our next visit.

The good: Filet Mignon medium rare was cooked perfectly. The bad: the wagu burgers were completely dried out overcooked. After a very long wait of 30+ minutes. The drink prices were too steep at $22 each .

OVERPRICED!!! Four of us spent almost $500. Bacon appetizer was good but small Caesar salad was good. Bottle of wine was supposed to be 2019 it turned out to be a 2020. Strip steak and filet mignon no seasonings whatsoever. $69 Maine lobster linguine had two small clause with sinues still in them. Mushroom Taglioni was made with fettuccine. Waiter, disappeared for half hour at a time. Bread wasn’t brought up till almost near the end of the meal after we asked twice wouldn’t go back there for free maybe for free.

We arrived early and the sat our party of 7 quickly. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. Placed our order with in 10 minutes of being seated. Our order was the following. 2 salads, 2 Mac and cheese, 1 fries, 1 tater tot, 1 Brussels sprouts 4 steaks, 2 lobster tails and kids slider burgers. About 5 minutes after our order was placed we were told they were completely out of Mac and cheese of any sort. So we added another steak. We got our salads that we shared with the 4 adults about 15 minutes later. Another 40 minutes goes by and no food. We asked our waiter who said it should be coming up. Another 10 minutes the manger comes over and said your server said you had concerns? Which was yes every table around who was seated after us is now on desert and our kids have not yet had any food? The manager said well that what happens when you order appetizers.... so two salads delay your meal by an hour? The manger said yes. He said he would go check on our order but at that point his attitude towards us was so disgusting and disrespectful that we should have known better to not order appetizers if we had kids at our table. When he came back he said well your order is up next.... mind you we have been seated at our table now for and hour and 42 minutes. With no food for our kids to eat. We told the manger we were leaving and he said good luck with that it's a holiday week and we will have trouble finding anything. Which was absolutely not the case. Went the restaurant across who seated us and had food to us with in 20 minutes plus a complementary app for our starving kids.

Our waiter was great. The kitchen was slow for lunch. Gonzo, yes Gonzo, was very attentive and a great host. The meal is a hidden gem. They have a $20 filet and salad lunch. It was awesome and inexpensive for the quality! I highly recommend lunch there

It was our first time at STK. there were 4 of us two adults and two children. We were sat in a horrible, plain, black room. There was a very large table of children in there who were behaving horribly and constantly screaming. Our bill with tip was almost $400 and it may have been the worst dining experience ever, especially at Disney Springs. Three people came in to be seated in there and refused and were allowed to sit in the main restaurant. Our biggest mistake was continuing to sit there but when we said something we were told we were in the family room, however other families were seated in the main dining room.
