Drove nearly 6 hours from Las Vegas to PHX to take a date out for the first time. I wanted to take the to a ‘nice’ place so that it would be memorable. Went to the bar to wait on our table. Got a 4 shots of tequila think it was just 4 shots of tequila, turned out to be over $300 for the drinks, and that’s BEFORE we even sat down. I asked them over the phone in advance that they sit us alone so that we could enjoy each other’s company. They sat us RIGHT NEXT TO a large group with that adjoined booth type seating and we were so close that we had to say “excuse me” to the people at THE OTHER TABLE every time we (or they) got up to the bathroom. That’s how packed like sardines we were and totally NOT the accommodations we asked for. The place was SO LOUD that we couldn’t hear each other. From that an entire series of events unfolded that ruined my date and made me drive 12 hours total (from LV to PHX and then back) just to have an absolutely sh*t show. We ended up just walking out in disgust and I will never, ever consider going back to STK, and I live in Las Vegas right next to another STK that we would have go to when they would have come see me in Vegas, but that’s not going to happen now… because of the absolutely sh*t experience we aren’t seeing each other anymore. If we would have go to McDonalds drive thru instead we would have had a better time.

$70 for just a small filet. Ordered Med rare came out well done, sent it back to the kitchen and it came back raw. This is a steak house and you can't get a filet right! Our friend had to send his steak back as well, at least the 2nd time they got it right. Not 1 manager came to check on us, even after sending 2 orders back. Employees don't care about the patrons. Don't recommend!

Food was great, serving size was great for the price. Our host and waitress were very accommodating patient and friendly. The only thing that I didn’t like was that we either have to pay on one check or the check had to be split evenly in four ways and none of us were prepared for that but overall it was a great experience. It was my first time, and I’ll definitely go back again.

When my parents come into town, they always demand we visit STK now. They’re in agreement that this STK location has the best filet mignon they’ve ever had. It’s always cooked to perfection and the flavor is pretty much unbeatable. This visit, we also took my vegetarian sister, who enjoyed a plethora of sides that were already vegetarian or customized to be so. It’s amazing to go to a steakhouse that can cater to her dietary restrictions. The very lovely Lily served our table. She was incredibly kind and an absolutely wonderful server. She knows what she’s talking about, as she recommended the truffle pasta for us to share and it ended up being a favorite dish. A special thanks to Lily for making my parents’ favorite place to eat somehow even more enjoyable!

I was disappointed at this restaurant's food because they were not as I had expected. The steak was not seasoning well and kind of rough to chew. It was no match for Morton's at all for the price paid. The pork was too dry and much worse than the average Mexican restaurant like El Torito's. The lamb was kind of burned and I had to cut the burned part out to eat the better parts of meat. But it was tasty without the brown sauce because it was very salty. The service was excellent as I have enjoyed it very much. I hope it was just one-time mismanaged meal from this restaurant or I would not recommend staying away from it because it's not worth the hype. I wish the restaurant will improve their food quality control as soon as possible because that is how it will attract the guests to come back for more.

Eddie was out server and “wow” he was fantastic! He didn’t rush us and was exceptionally attentive! The food was perfect! Our dessert (chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream) was over done, but we just let our server know for their future customers! We felt the music playing didn’t fit the atmosphere. Maybe something a little less dance vibe.

Bad Club music was way too loud, when servers can't hear orders it is not ideal. 1/3 steaks had to go back as it was well undercooked.

If your menu looks like Mastro’s and can’t cook a steak to a proper temp then fuggedaboutit. Multiple tables complained about raw steak orders when we went. This place looks like a strip club and I’m sure they do great with the clientele that fits the area. No thanks, I want my Ocean 44 or Mastro’s.

I ordered a 10oz Filet. I pointed to the item on the menu when I ordered, but what I received was a tiny 6oz which was not even listed on the menu. Bait and switch with a 32% upcharge. Will not return. Very disappointed.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday; I mentioned that on the reservation, however they didn’t recognize that. Also we ordered Dry-Aged Porterhouse which was supposed to be served on a wooden dish but was served on a white ordinary place. Expectation for service is very high when someone goes to a supposedly fancy restaurant! Very disappointed!!

Our party of four: Sent ‘medium’ steak back twice for being bloody. Lobster tail could not have been drier. Could not talk due to club like volume music. We knew it was $$$$ but are willing to pay for quality. We certainly did not get quality.

Food was excellent along with exceptional service. My one concern was the volume of the music. Conversations were difficult because of the loud music. High class restaurants use music as a background enhancement not as a means of entertainment. I asked to have the volume lowered, but to no avail. We were seated outside.

The staff, drinks, and food was great. Only thing i didn't care for was the mashed potatoes. I would not order that again. Everything else we had was delicious. The chimichurri oil was probably the best thing. Would definitely go back.

Surprised at food quality. Sent shrimp back twice- obviously prepared hours in advance and sat in cooler- mushy and hard skin on the outside. Steak was cold but just gave up as we decided the overall quality of all food just sucked vs trying to send back everything! Service was great!

So many great restaurants with amazing service in Scottsdale but this isn’t it. The price point matches several other amazing places nearby but the service is way off. We ordered half east cost half west cost oysters. The person who brought them to us couldn’t tell us which were which. They also brought no tings or spoons so we couldn’t eat this appetizer until our main dishes came out. Truffle fries are OK and are also a fairly big portion but our sever didn’t mention this and we ended up with SO many fries at our table. Busy night but service was very lack luster. For the price point, I’d prefer to go somewhere else.
