with rolls, house salad
Italian style: banana peppers, fresh herbs, orange-balsamic glaze over mixed greens
Great food, great service. Will definitely be back.
This place was great! The food was hot and delicious the service was wonderful and the decor was fabulous. I would recommend for a date night , it can be a very intimate place with the right seating.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. It is eloquent and gorgeous inside. I love this place!
From the first greeting to the last, the staff was friendly and professional. The atmosphere and food were amazing. Looking forward to returning.
Incredible restaurant! The food was prepared and presented perfectly. Excellent ambiance.
First time to dine there. Very good food. The service was excellent. He made great recommendations and made the meal very enjoyable. Look forward to going back.
Food was outstanding, except for the roll, it was very hard and dry. So happy Stone has opened back up. Shrimp cocktail and sauce is best in town. Kitchen is outstanding. Drinks were spot on. Servers are probably a work in progress since they have been closed for covid. We will be back soon.
Delicious, locally sourced options, offered in a beautiful setting. Our server, Hannah, catered to all of our needs and made sure that our wine glasses were ever empty. One of the finest dining experiences available in Syracuse.
Our server Francesca was fantastic and we received great service from the owner April as well
We went for an early New Year’s Eve dinner. Everything was GREAT. Steaks cooked perfectly, drinks were excellent and our server, Lorano M., was just awesome. We highly recommend Stone’s Steakhouse.
Really nice atmosphere. Diverse menu. The mac and cheese was delish!
Hostess was rude and basically uninvolved. We were placed in a large room with a party of 8 or 10 people in an otherwise empty room. The party was very loud, the ambiance cold and off - putting.
The waiter tried but confused our order and it took several attempts to rectify.
We cannot recommend Stone’s at all. Our families living in Syracuse won’t be eating there. My wife and I aren’t going back.
Very nice place ….well worth it
Very nice meal. Food was excellent. Servers were very attentive
Enjoyed Friendships, Laughs, & Great Food. Merry Christmas
Unbelievable food in a beautiful setting with excellent service.
Happy that it’s organic. Employees were very personable
The food was good as was the service. Our server was training someone new and they did a good job.
Our waitress Brian was the best and food was great!
The food is beyond delicious… the service was wonderful… loved the music…. Everything about it is over the top!
April is wonderful!
The server was exceptional but the manager on duty was the worst we order something off the menu which turn out to not taste good and we didn’t eat it and instead it was taken off the bill as any good restaurants would they let it stay..
Really a great experience. Hard to believe we were in Syracuse. This is the best restaurant in Syracuse- even had first class wine list. All the steaks were outstanding and cooked perfectly. Calamari and sea bass also excellent.
Great place to eat I am going to have to eat here again 😋
Great food and service. Liquor and wine poured at the bar were skimpy for the prices, however. Ok for dinner but not a good value for happy hour prior to eating.
The bar area and decor is fabulous. The bar tender as well as the waiter were friendly. The steak was great and the chimichurri was an awesome condiment.
Bar is large with plenty of seating. Food was ok but we had steaks which were slightly over cooked. Our waitress was terrific and very attentive. The time from appetizers to main meal was a little longer than we would have liked but it seems like they probably are still trying to have staff on hand to handle the volume of diners. Overall good but not great. I would think that if they had the staff they need, this would be a terrific place
Steaks were good and cooked as ordered. Filet oddly expensive compared to other steaks and wine list a bit short.
Centrally located on a primary business street with various restaurants, stores, etc. Ample parking vs a downtown location coul dmake that a challenge. Nice to be able to make a reservation, but also noticed bar seating for a more casual experience. Great food options, with incredible taste for our orders (pot roast and Surf & Turf w/ a 12oz sirloin/shrimp). The mac&cheese side was incredible creamy and robust in flavor w/ the breadcrumb topping. Also dipped into the wine/cocktail selection which proved a nice mix of variety and flavor as well. I'd certainly recommend this, letting someone know you're not going there to spend no $$, but it is certainly worth it for a nice night out.
We were very impressed! We had never been here before and actually didn’t know it was here! The food was amazing, our server was knowledgeable and very attentive, and even though the prices were higher than most restaurants in Syracuse they absolutely reflect the quality of the dishes. Absolutely recommend and we will be back.
Great service, great food, was a little quiet for a Thursday night, hope it picks up as I want to go back!
slow to get drinks, slow to get rolls. once got going was ok. steak was cooked good. i would go again just not too often. it is definitely the most expensive restaurant in Syracuse area
We ordered Rib Eye Steaks and they were prepared perfectly. Our server was very attentive and we enjoyed our evening. Thank you. Will be back.
DONT GO HETE ! The restaurant was mostly empty yet the food took forever. The Brussels sprouts were soaked with oil and inedible. The fish was cold and tasteless. The filet was decent but so overpriced for Syracuse. Awful experience and the waiter didn’t even care while we waited 20 minutes for our mains. Simply awful
Beautiful restaurant high quality service and food. We will definitely be back.
We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at Stone’s. Our waitress Hannah was wonderful and the food was delicious. Thank you for a great evening!
“Upscale” dining experience, my partner was asked to remove his hat upon arrival, he respectively obliged. We were seated next to a gentleman wearing a trucker hat the entire evening, receiving a clear indication how selective Stone is.
We have eaten here four times since the reopening. The restaurant decor is beautiful. The servers are attentive and knowledgeable. The meals are a little pricey, but can be overlooked because if the ambiance and service. The only suggestion is related to the menu. It is a bit limited. Additionally, the steaks are a bit dry. We have tried three and had the same experience.
Very disappointed appetizers of meatball were cold in the middle let the waitress know she apologized but did nothing about it. Caesar salad didn’t come with the anchovies asked for them she said she would get them and then didn’t. No bread until halfway through dinner and our meal we could tell was sitting under the heat lamp for quite some time because the mashed potatoes had a bit of a crust on them. Trying to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt due to Covid but this was pretty bad. will not be back.
I love the food and I understand food prices are increasing, however something are far over priced. $62 for a filet is excessive. There to celebrate mother’s birthday and she enjoyed
