    My wife and I dined here for our first date night in several months. I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed the vast majority of our meal and experience. The service was prompt and wonderful, the beef Wellington bites shined, and the Mac & cheese side was amazing. I had the wagyu steak and my wife the filet mignon. My steak came out perfectly prepared but alas, not so for the filet. Diner beware when asking for your filet to be butterflied, it will probably come out closer to char than edible. Sad outcome for what otherwise appeared to be a good cut of meat. The French 75 may now be my wife’s new favorite cocktail as it was bright and flavorful. Overall we will return because the rest of our evening was exactly what we needed for a rare adult night out, oh so close to being perfect.

    Beth Aasen is a wonderful server! she was very attentive and even made me a fresh pot of coffee at 6:30 in the evening! The food was wonderful… The portions are extra generous, the ambience is great… Sullivan never disappoints… Thank you Beth for the great service

    We went to Sullivans two nights in a row with different people. Both times we were seated promptly at our reservation time. For a steak house, it has a nice selection of options other than steak and at different price points. Everyone got steak or lamb and we shared sides. Both nights we were told medium was warm and bright pink in the middle. Both nights everyone's steaks were barely light pink. One member sent their steak back and got something that was not well done. My steak was still tender even though it was well done. The service was great but it wasn't very crowded.

    For the price we paid, there are so many better steakhouses in the area. Quality of food was ok and service was disappointing. We tried it and won’t be returning.

    Steaks were good as were the sides and dessert. The service was just plain bad. Our server basically forgot about us for our appetizer so it took the better part of 25 minutes to get to us after asking about its status then had the same problem with the steaks (had to ask on status). The young lady that was our server seemed very distracted and not focused on her service. This is the se one or third time I’ve dined at a Sullivan’s but won’t again. For the same amount of money I’ll stick to Morton’s, Flemings, or Ruth’s Cris.

    Very small entry / waiting room. Had reservation but still had to wait 15 minutes. Table was very small a dn steaks were not cooked as requested.

    Two of the four bills were incorrect. The waitress did not know hold to split one bill between three people. The manager was called to assist. While we were provided 20% off our meals and our appetizers were written off, it took a total of 35 min., to present correct bills. It was 10pm before we left the restaurant I feel our meals should have been free

    I give this 3-stars only because 2.5 isn’t possible. Unsure what has happened to Sullivan’s, but to say it’s gone in a downward trend is the best I can say. Went for my wife’s birthday. I give the bartenders high marks. Great service and good beverages. When we sat down at the table nothing seemed to go well. No appetizer plates, so we used our bread plates. No big deal, but we asked for new bread plates. They never came. Ordered wedge salads. They came with only dressing. I asked where the bacon was? It was extra (that was new) and $5 (for some bacon crumbles). I went ahead and ordered. It never came. I gave up. Then I was told they couldn’t make it fast enough. What the??? I literately waited. Oh well. Ordered a bottle of wine. Not once did our server come to pour more wine for the ladies. I poured it for everyone. I was going to order another, but he never returned. Another, oh well. Entrees came. They were ok. Mine was cooked differently from one side to the other. I’ve had better. It was alluded that my wife would receive a free dessert. We ordered that plus decafe with Baileys and I had a port. After awhile it came. I’ll assume the Baileys was in the coffee but don’t know if it was a full shot. For some reason the port was served in a snifter…I believe done so because I’m not certain it was a full pour. Received the bill. Dessert was full price, ok…wasn’t there for free dessert anyways, wine was $10 more than listed in the menu. I doubt we will be going back any time soon.

    The food was not good at all. The stuffing was not good. Turkey was like store bought. We could have saved a lot of money by going to golden coral. Will not be back there!

    Thanksgiving dinner..sadly they were overbooked so our 6:30 reservation for 4 got seated finally a little after 7p and we were put in what I would call an “overflow” room..service staff tried their best to keep up and be positive..but for those that chose the thanksgiving pre fix menu the restaurant was out of certain items such as the cranberry relish..and we were not told about that until dinner arrived..the Turkey seemed processed and not fresh, stuffing was very dry and food was barely warm….asked for more gravy and that arrived as we were almost finished..disappointed this thanksgiving:(

    We had reservations on Thanksgiving Day. There were three of us + we all ordered the traditional Thanksgiving meal. ($49) It was delicious. Love their steaks too!!!

    We had a reservation for 3:15 we were not seated until after 3:30. Even after we were seated it took 5-10 minutes to get water. Shortly after we get the water we are told we have to move tables because there is a private party coming that the front did not know about. We moved, and the manager told one of our servers we could get 2 appetizers on the house, we went to order the two and the other server told us it was only 1. After explaining we were told a few she came back and told us two. My mother-in-law ordered a bottle of wine that took 20-30 minutes after we ordered it to come. We never received any bread, I had to ask for it after seeing other tables getting it. When our meals finally came, none of the steaks were cooked correctly, and they were cold. They had to have sat in the kitchen for an extended amount of time. It was very disappointing to spend the amount of money we did and have a mediocre meal. Due to the slow service, we did not leave the restaurant until close to 6:30. To top the whole poor experience off my mother-in-law slipped on water that was left on the floor on her way out. Luckily she was not seriously injured, only a bruised knee. I was told great things about Sullivans, but I was not impressed.

    Son had steak, it was great. I had Thanksgiving dinner, not so great. Stuffing exceedingly dry, by design I believe. Turkey bland. My mistake by ordering a turkey dinner at a steak joint. I will be back often for the steaks, but will keep it at that.

    Nice atmosphere but watching service all around made me know this wasn’t fine dining but had prices that did reflect a fine dining experience. Servers suggesting wine that doesn’t pair with certain items, bidders clean tables but don’t wash hands after only to follow up with setting table with clean silverware that is now contaminated, and food runner had thumbs in the bowls of the food being served instead of using palm of hands. Food was seasoned nice but main protein wasn’t warm let alone hot. Dessert was overcooked and edges had black crust at top showing it was overcooked. All in all wasn’t impressed but didn’t want to ruin the holiday for party I was with.

    Our first time dining out for Thanksgiving. I think this will be a new tradition and Sullivan’s will be the place! We sat at a bar table, had great food, drinks and service. We didn’t feel rushed at all and enjoyed the entire experience. Calamari was cooked perfectly, no chewy bits, steaks were spot on and crème brûlée will be repeated.

    The food and service were excellent, and the staff was so kind and considerate. We had arrived a bit early but they were very accommodating. It is a breath of fresh air to be able to enjoy a meal with impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Sullivan’s for making our Thanksgiving meal a truly enjoyable one.

    Place was nice and wait staff was great. Steaks were fine but overpriced for the quality and taste. I would argue if the price was cut in half, it would justify the cost. Have had better cuts at outback or texas roadhouse.

    Overall, it was good I wouldn't set out again to go to Sullivan's. There are better steakhouses for the same price. Also, what was concerning is that by 8:30, the dining room was basically empty on a Saturday night? One of the stakes was done perfectly. The others were dry...very dry. The chesestake rolls tasted like frozen store brand. Disappointed

    Warm greeting and good wait staff. My steak was well done when I requested medium and super peppery but my husband was very pleased with his. The cheesecake was gritty. The atmosphere is pleasant and their team is friendly and efficient. Our drinks were very good as well. Having a pretty Happy Anniversary dessert plate is always a treat and we really appreciated that.

    Salmon was a little "fishy". Steak was excellent! Server was pleasant but a little inattentive. Atmosphere was very good. Price was typical for a top restaurant, but a little disappointing, all things considered. Soup was a little spicy for which we were not cautioned. Banana and ice cream was delicious. Warm bread was very good as was the ice tea.

    We dined at Sullivan’s for our anniversary. They scattered rose petals and placed a congratulations card on our table before we arrived. The food was flavorful, our waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the drinks were incredibly smooth. We will definitely return.

    Food was extremely salty. Service was slow. Very crowded. Had reservations but had to wait for 15 plus minutes to get seated. Overpriced on some items. Took forever to get two cappuccinos.

    Everything here was excellent as always. Service is outstanding! My only complaint was that I couldn’t order an Irish Coffee because the bar was out of Kahlua…
