Dry Elegant Peach Bubbles. Prosecco is a tank method sparkling wine produced in the Veneto area of Italy. Fresh, delicate, balanced on the palate and light in alcohol with a long fruity finish.
Region: Languedoc-Roussillon. Varietal: Mauzac Chardonnay Chenin Blanc. Saint-Hilaire Blanquette de Limoux is sourced from the oldest sparkling wine producing region on the planet! In 1531, Benedictine monks from Saint-Hilaire were producing a still wine made from the Mauzac grape and stumbled upon bottles going through secondary fermentation. The appellation of Blanquette de Limoux was born! Still made in the same, traditional way today, Saint-Hilaire Brut displays aromatic flavours of peach, pear and green apple skins with a wonderful, full, creamy mouthfeel. Think non vintage Champagne for a fraction of the cost!.

Light Dry Cherry Berry. Soft summer fruits and gentle spices married to black cherry and plum fruit flavours all balanced with good acidity and creamy, fine tannins followed by a clean, persistent finish.
Warm Plum Silky Raspberries. Mouth filling berry fruit and some warmth of mocha and spice on the palate, shows more perfume and vibrancy than most. The palate rich and layered, but balanced with soft fruit edges.

Service was excellent and beautiful setting. This was our first visit but definitely not our last.
The staff were lovely, the owner was charming, food fantastic - fresh and not oily. The do Ubereats and local delivery. Recommend highly.
