This location was better then the last location we visited, the only issue we had here was the delay in service . We reserved a table prior to arrival and still had to wait awhile when we arrived and there were many empty tables, and there was a long wait time to order our drinks, food etc. so basically very long delays in between.
I made my online reservation hours before arriving. When I arrived there was a very long wait, but, I was told it would only be a few minutes. 20 minutes later, after several parties who did not use online seating were seated, we asked when we would be seated. We were told the online seating is a third party site and they don’t pay any attention to it. There were still 3 parties ahead of us, one of which was a party of 20. We left and went to another restaurant that was happy to seat us.

Service remains an issue with this restaurant. We dine here often and this is the 5th consecutive visit with a service related problem. The food is consistently good (thumbs up for the French Dip Sandwich with Au Jus and the Rack of Ribs. For this reason alone, I would reluctantly recommend this restaurant.
Very good food however service remains an issue. We've had issues with service on each of our last 4 visits. This visit was no exception. Slow service (appetizers and entrees took forever). The celery sticks for the Buffalo Chicken Tenders were discolored and had to be returned in exchange for a fresh batch. The manager rectified the errors.
The quality of the food is this location’s saving grace. We’ve had issues with service on each of our last 3 visits. This visit was true to form. Slow service (chips and salsa took forever) to be brought out. Incorrect orders taken (one of the appetizers was not brought out and an order that was supposed to be split turned out to be two separate orders.
The hostess was quite rude. We made a reservation and still had to wait quite a while. We gave up and found 2 seats at the bar. The bar tender we had was amazing! She made greats drinks, and she was quick. I actually think she was the bar manager. Either way, she was great!
Very disappointed with food and drinks
The whole party wasn’t pleased with menu.
We are regular diners here. We love the food but the service leaves much to be desired. We dined here on Halloween with only a few patrons in the restaurant. It took over an hour for our food to arrive. The manager apologized and offered a complimentary dessert (Red Velvet Cake).
We made a Birthday reservation and was told they would bring a small cake, which never happened. We are rewards members and it took 40 minutes to get out chips and salsa. Very slow service.
Horrible service. Waited 1 hr for our food and never got asked if we wanted any more drinks or kept us updated on our food status and after I told the manager the waitress came and confronted me I asked her to please leave so we can eat our cold food and we paid $77 on top of that. Very disappointed.
Service was slow and the appetizers all came out at different times. The restaurant was not busy and we typically have fast service. The food was good as expected.

I love going here great and fast service and atmosphere the chicken and shrimp pasta is delicious
Everything was good bur server was making us feel rushed and was unfamiliar with TGIF app, incl ability to pay from phone
Not impressed with flat iron steak,
not cooked correctly, ordered medium well and got
medium raw also the steak had a tubular vein
that made me lost my appetite.
Wait person didn't ask if we wanted an app, didn't come back to the table except to give us our drinks the next time see came was to give us our food that was about 15 minutes later.
Good value and decent menu options for different palates. Food is reliably good and consistent.
