We've been awarded 2024 Missouri's Best American Cuisine thanks to our wonderful staff, Owners Todd and Becky, and Chef Roxan.
We take pride in serving our delicious entrees such as Pork Tomahawks, Osso Bucco, Chilean Seabass that is prepared differently daily, Blackened Peppercorn Steak, and so much more. Including our home-made desserts! Key-Lime Pie, Cheese Cake, Creme-Brule, Carrot Cake, and many other delicious choices.

They had great food but they where over priced and a little outdated. The walk down to the place was a little much and it smelt like trash walking up.

The 6 Oysters Rockefeller appetizer was easily the least appetizing thing we had, it was listed on the menu as "Market Price" and turned out to be $48.00 when we got the ticket. That was ridiculous. Everything else was excellent. Do not get the "Market Price" appetizer. Sheesh.

We had not been here since The Bend became The Bend@The Duck. Sat outside and had a lovely glass of wine. Our entrees were both excellent. We will be back.

Excellent night at The Bend. Great outdoor atmosphere. Zoe provided attentive and responsive service. All 10 diners happy with their meals. High marks for Chicken a La Mer, salmon and lemon pepper chicken and pasta. 5th visit to The Bend this summer and it has improved well over the months.

Our server was awesome! She was prompt and attentive and told us some lake history. Food was fabulous too! I would definitely recommend!

Overall it was good. Oysters in half shell we not fresh. Could not eat. Food is expensive overall but tasty. Special we great choices but expensive. Cocktails were perfect. Bourbon bar amazing. Server Belle was excellent. Would recommend to try.

Everyone’s food was good except mine. Send my steak back twice for being overcooked. Then just gave up and had carrot cake which was delicious. They comped my meal and were very apologetic.

We had six people, celebrating an anniversary. The drinks were very good, the salads were good, our soup was cool. It tasted good, but it would’ve been better warm, it was jambalaya. The food was good, but very overpriced! My husband got three scallops the size of a half dollar and it was $48! It was obvious they are fixing the place up, but right now it’s a little rough. And on the reservation, they asked us if it was a special night, and we told them, but it was never mentioned.

Great food and great service. I don't know how they stay in business though. Very expensive and the restaurant is barely half full even at peak hours. If they'd lower their prices they will have people waiting to get in. The decor is like time traveling back to the '80s

Our dinner was amazing. We sat in the bourbon bar with Todd as our bartender/server. The food was execellent, my hubby had the 8oz filet special and it was cooked just to his liking, with an amazing brandy/mushroom cream sauce. I had the halibut special with watermelon sorbet! Wonderful meals. The service we received was personal without being overbearing or rushed. The smoked tequillia old fashioned was very tasty and of course being in a bourbon bar, my hubby had a smoked old fashioned or 2! He loves them. If you haven't visited The Bend @ The Duck you have missed the very best restaurant on the lake. The boat parking is great even when the lake is busy it's protected from the main channel wakes. Driving by car is also easy. We will definately be going back very soon!!

We have heard so much positive about this restaurant. I am disappointed we didn’t get to meet the owner Todd. The staff knew it was my husband’s birthday and not much was mentioned about that. Food and view was good.

We had to walk down several flights of stairs before getting to the restaurant, so wear comfy shoes. The location and views wear great! Service and food were outstanding. It was very busy and therefore very loud making it difficult to have a conversation. We would definitely return.

Facility is dated and needs work. We sat outside on the patio overlooking the lake and the ceiling fans were all missing fan blades. Got so hot asked to move inside, which they did accommodate. The servers were great but the food was not worth the high prices

The Tomahawk pork chop was ehh. No browning of the meat at all. The cooked oysters had no flavor. The rest of the meals were great! Dinner on the patio was nice. We will be back of course. Not all dinners are perfect.

The food was overpriced for what it is. It’s a super low scale casual style restaurant with old green carpet and charge too much for the food. The $38 salmon was very over cooked. They replaced it and it took 30 minutes to get a new one (probably why it was over cooked) and completely lacked flavor. The ones that ordered the chicken la mer said it was very good. For the tons of options at the lake, we won’t return to The Bend @The Duck. The waitress was super sweet though.

The setting is beautiful overlooking the water, however they haven't updated the dining room in years. The food, though not bad, was way overpriced for what it was. It felt like they were relying on the lake to get people in the door and forgot to take pride in their food.
