I also got thin mint martini based on another review that recommended it. It was not on the drink menu but they made it anyway and that was also great. All the people in my party of four were happy with the dinner service and food. Owner or manager came by to periodically check to make sure we were happy. That was also nice.

Very disappointed with the service and treatment by the hostess. We were told as soon as we stepped in the door you have 90 minutes - two tables near the bar were there before us and were there when we left.... service was just ok We will not be back anytime soon.

Staff was super nice and attentive , food was great. I had the house wings and truffle fries . Thin mint martini was delicious.

Went there for the first time lastnight after many recommendations from friends. Staff was kind and attentive, however I ordered the chicken, broccoli and penne and after 15-20 mins of eating my dish I started not feeling well. Barely made home before. My boyfriend said his chicken carbonara was very good.

Friendly atmosphere

Dined outdoors in 35 degree weather (like at a ski lodge or in the Swiss Alps!) Very accommodating staff ... they fired up the radiant heaters and nicely delivered delicious pizzas and soups.

Absolutely loved the food, our appetizer was brought out at the same time as our meal which was a little damper but everything was so delicious it didn’t matter. Can’t wait to go back . Short ribs over risotto and chicken Benevento superstars!

We had a 615 reservation, got seated at 630. We were told the couple was paying and would be seated promptly. The table we were seated at were still eating when were told this. Other than that food was good, service was a bit slow. Staff seemed over whelmed.

Everything was great food , drinks and ambiance.

Reserved 2 high-top seats for 7:15 pm.

Arrived at 7:15, hostess had received the reservation as she looked up the party by name.

Was seated literally 3 feet from the door to the men’s bathroom, under a freezing AC vent, in a side-room off the main dining area.

Politely requested to move as soon as any table (high-top or regular) in the main room was available. At 8:00, we were moved to a regular table.

We ordered alcohol, the server opened a can of beer in the back of the restaurant, then brought an open beer to my table, and left.

It’s unacceptable practice to open an alcoholic beverage container away from the customer’s table.

It’s also rude not to provide a glass, especially in an upscale restaurant.

And it’s definitely not okay to bring a dirty glass with a thick line of scum when the customer politely requests one.

I still tipped, but we left after tasting the food, leaving it barely eaten.
My colleague’s pasta was watery and tasteless.

Overall, 1/5 stars.

Very good food and excellent service.

The food was very good and the service was exceptional! Prices were fair and portions were good too. They also had a solid selection of draught beers (I had Maine Beer Co “Lunch”) and other drinks. Free limoncello shots with the check was a nice perk too!

One thing to keep in mind: If you are looking for a quiet dinner, this may not be the place for you, especially on a weekend night. Tables, bar, and kitchen are all in close proximity. My wife and I went on a Saturday evening the day after Valentine’s so it was definitely one of their busier nights. We were still able to have a conversation without yelling, so it didn’t bother us!

All in all, a very positive experience! Would definitely go back.

Server was very attentive. Portions were generous. Manager came to ask us how everything was. We were even given complimentary drink samples. Will be back!

It was our first time at the Berry Tavern. Parking was a breeze, we were seated right away, service was excellent, as was the Food. Ashley made sure everything was perfect. Can't wait to return, to try more dishes on the Menu.

Valentine dinner! I had the Chicken Benevento which was fabulous. The chicken and risotto were both cooked to perfection as was the asparagus which had a little crispness , not wilted. My husband loved the Haddock Francaise and wants to bring his dad back to try it.

We have come every week after finding out about Berry Tavern by chance. It’s fantastic.

Food was good but we were incredibly rushed by all staff...manager, waitress and bus boy. Also extremely loud. Would not go back except for a quick bite at the bar.

Nice people and good setting but the food was very questionable. Salmon was far from fresh and then VERY overcooked. Short Ribs were very expensive ($28) but poorly cooked (with no vegetables included). Best meal at the table was their Blue Burger. So if you go, you might want to stick with the basic dishes.

Service was good, place was clean, and had a good crowd. I'd recommend to a friend but tell them to stick to the basic food.

Overall great atmosphere, service was outstanding and food was great.

First time there. We ordered drinks and a chicken wing app. So far, so very delicious!
One steak tip and hand cut fries Dinner and one “Little Joey” Pizza. Everything was spot on, perfectly cooked, nicely seasoned and tasted fabulous! Can’t wait to return.

We had a great time at the Berry Tavern! Our waitress Nicole was outstanding! Not too much oversight, but intuitive to when we were ready for a next course, etc.

Beautiful holiday decorations. My order was incorrect, but the server quickly replaced it and provided a gift card for the next visit. Nice touch.

Nice dinner while kids were at the movies near by. We arrived about 15 min early, but were seated right away. Lively crowd but not too loud. People kept using the side door and cold air would blast through the restaurant. They should try to limit use of the extra side door. Waitstaff was friendly; Good drinks (White Russian and Cosmo) but they were out of the wine we ordered. Tavern Salad was very nice, but our was missing blue cheese never had a chance to tell waitstaff as main course came out rather quickly, but fine as we were on limited time. Veal Saltimbocca was one of the best I've had. Husband Homemade Fettuccini with Vodka suave - very very good. Love the mini lemoncello shots we were given with check. One annoyance - young man bussing tables next to use would spray table with solvent and mist cam over to our table. Literally had to cover the tops of the wine glass. They should train that best practice is to spray the cloth and then wipe. Saves ton product as well! but food was very good, friendly and a good spot for quick date night. Overall, I recommend.

Make a reservation online, then get the caramel apple martini. Everything we ate was delicious, we had a great night here!

Really enjoyed our food and drinks. Server was pleasant and attentive. App and main courses came very quickly. I felt a little rushed.
Table was in a very awkward position, almost in a very busy part of the walk way for servers to reach kitchen.
