Drawing on inspiration from Parisian style neighborhood brasseries, The Bistro presents modern, comfortable European dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all inside The Cloudveil hotel.     The service was excellent as was the ambiance. But my salad with lardons was lacking. The “lardons” instead of pork were chunks of roasted potato cut to look like lardons and whatever pork flavor came from what looked like a sprinkling of bacon bits. Really guys - I know the difference.

    What a great dining spot!! Service was personable as well as professional. Food is consistently innovative and delish. Fish, in particular, last night was excellent!

    Our server, Brian, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable of the menu & specials. I watched him with other diners & he treated them with same respect & kindness as he did my husband and me. I will request him each time we done at Bistro

    Second night in a row. Interesting, extensive menu. Beet salad excellent. Scallops($58) very good. My wife had bar steak which she liked. I tried a few bites and found it tasty, but chewy. Service pleasant and efficient. Good selection of wines by glass. We enjoyed our 2 meals here and will definitely be back.

    Was seated at a large table in the lobby which was very quiet and allowed our family to have great conversations. The food was very good but a little pricey and the a service was attentive.
