Had reservations for Thanksgiving...James our waiter was awesome, only one complaint was the prime rib had too much fat, had to go back several times in order to get a decent slice, never happened...buffet was terrific and the food was hot and very good, I must say the price was over the top..for 4 people and 3 drinks our bill was $370.00..

The additional charge for using a credit card is tacky for an upscale restaurant. Just raise your prices. Also we were charged the fee for using a gift card, but the manager said it shouldn’t have been so he took it off. Check your bill if using a gift card.

Titan Hospitality has made a conscious decision to be as transparent and honest with our consumers as possible-while all restaurants have adjusted pricing to off-set this cost, most decided to increase their menu prices across the board by at least 5%. A great place for a special dinner. The food is upscale and delicious. We had the Alaskan halibut and the butternut sausage pasta. Highly recommend both of these dishes. Wear a sweater, the restaurant temperature was cool.

Made reservations for anniversary dinner online with open table …a day before dinner someone call from restaurant to validate reservations @7pm I told them reservations were made for 8pm but I would like it to be changed to 7pm the caller stated ok…she stated to me what occasion I told her Anniversary and I ask if flowers could be delivered to table she stated no but rose petals would be on table. Arrived at restaurant 7pm restaurant had no record of reservations change and we were asked to seat and waited at bar until a table was ready….we were seated 45 minutes later at a booth…the whole Anniversary experience was impacted with all the turn of events……

The food was fantastic as always. The place was not very busy but all of the tables were sat next to each other so it was a little noisier. The prices are higher than other restaurants but worth it due to the freshness and quality. You can tell they use fresher ingredients and cook to order. I had the strip steak and my parents had the chicken parm special and the pistachio salmon special. Portions are a pretty good size too.

I find this place to be very inconsistent on the service and food quality for a higher end restaurant. For instance, in our most recent visit, we waited a while for our food only to have the entrees come out before the appetizers, and then my entrée was not very hot. The service was generally slow for a one-third filled place, and we waited a while for both our pre-dinner cocktails and for coffee after the meal. The water glasses were refilled only once. Pre-dinner cocktails were outrageously priced - $18 for a Manhattan with rye. The menu is not particularly interesting, with only a handful of daily specials which added little in terms of variety to the standard menu. Once in a while they score a hit here and deliver a memorable meal here, but most times, like our recent visit, they strike out.

This was my first time having the brunch buffet. It was a great value with a variety of options. It was extremely crowded. I did not experience large crowds on the two occasions that I visited for dinner. Brunch was delicious. Prepare for a crowd.

I reserved a certain table a month in advance and my request was not honored. It was a special meal with friends and I was disappointed. Instead we had a table near the front door and I had to keep my jacket on the entire night because of the chill. But the food and service didn’t disappoint. I’ll think twice before reserving for an occasion though.

Took almost 15 minutes after we were seated for a server to arrive. We had to contact the manager to get service. Was not offered bread. This happened the last time we dined at this restaurant over a year ago. We will not be dining there again.

Even with a reservation, you should plan to stand around for 30 minutes on Fridays and Saturdays. This restaurant would be great if they could better manage getting their tables turned over. If I had already received my check and still continued to occupy my table for 45 minutes, I would not be offended if a server reminded me that someone has a reservation for it.
