   A bit pricey - Great food; options for all diets; great cocktails; service was excellent. Music was loud -even sitting outside. Hard to hear conversations w/o everyone hearing you. Awesome rehab of the old place. We’ll be back.

   Wonderful food and service! Had lunch and had the crispy fish with fries and pear burrata for appetizer. Highly recommend.

   The food was amazing. The drinks are unique and tasty. Our server Emily is a joy and very educated on the menu items and drinks. One of our favorite restaurants in the whole Orlando area. Can’t wait to experience the new brunch. 100% recommend!

   Our group of three dined at The Chaapman at 8pm on a Sunday. The outdoor seating was still busy but inside was very quiet. The hostess greeted and seated us promptly; she came by later to thank us for coming in and to check that all was to our liking. The server gave recommendations since this was our first visit and was helpful in wine selection. He kept water glassed filled throughout the meal; attentive but not intrusive. Food and drinks came out quickly. We had the Burrata/Prosciutto Starter; a very tasty sharable plate with pears, arugula and aged balsamic. Minor nitpick is that the plates they give you for starter sharing are cute but much too tiny to avoid spillage. Larger plates with smaller forks would have been better. We chose the Kvaroy Arctic Salmon, Citrus Seared Shrimp & Bucatini, and Roasted Mushroom Pappardelle as our mains. All were declared delicious with large but not humongous portions. My mushroom pasta had lots of meaty shrooms with a really nice garlicy goat cheese crema. For dessert we ordered the Warm Pear & Red Tart Cherry Mai Chai Crisp with vanilla ice cream. Once again, more than enough to share and quite tasty, though I'm not sure why it is called a crisp as the texture was soft throughout. All in all an enjoyable meal. Highly recommended. Next time maybe we'll try the steaks which look interesting though a little pricey. The other menu items are priced in line with a Winter Park restaurant of this ambiance.

   We had a wonderful first time experience, starting with the perfect table for two. Our server Ava was very knowledgeable, friendly and spot on with suggestions after learning our individual preferences. Compliments to the chefs, bartenders and support staff. We will be back!

   Our first time at The Chapman. It was an outstanding experience. Starting with Nicole, our server, the food and the ambiance were all first class. We’ll definitely be back.

    Fabulous food, atmosphere and service! We went for lunch and sat outside. service was top notch and food was wonderful! I had the crispy fish sanwich and my husband had the cuban. both were fantastic! On another occasion we sat in the bar area for a drink and appetizer, we had lobster flatbread which was great. Atmosphere is A+. what a great addition to Park Avenue!
