As a fine dining establishment, the restaurant has a dress code for indoor seating. STARTING MAY 01, 2023 RESERVATIONS INSIDE JUST CALLING THE RESTAURANT. ALL RESERVATIONS ONLINE WILL BE SEATED OUTSIDE PATIO. Nice attire/business casual is appropriate. No shorts, torn-jeans, hats/baseball caps, tank tops/tee shirts, flip flops/sandals or open toe shoes.

For summer patio dining is casual. Please dress appropriately for outdoor weather as we may not be able to move you to an inside table, if needed.

No children under 12 years old on Monday's - Saturday's (evening fine dining). No children menus.

    Atmosphere was wonderful, service was superb. Everyone involved was attentive . It was our anniversary and we were sat up in the new area, a small deck overlooking the grounds. Chef Silva visited our table and I think it's nice to meet the chef. Food was delicious. We had the Artichoke Soufflé, Thai Halibut and the Salmon. Finished with the Croissant bread pudding with ice cream. Great experience. Would only visit for a special occasion. Very expensive. Entrees are priced very fair. Side dishes are really expensive. that being said, I think everyone needs to experience the Charleston.

    We dined at the Charleston last night and I think this is a massively overpriced restaurant for the service we received. It's a beautiful patio but the service made it a bad experience and I'll likely not return. We arrived with our own bottle of wine and we sat there for THIRTY minutes before someone came to open it. I'm a pretty patient person but it's very insulting to be charged $25 for a corkage fee when I had to track someone down TWICE to finally get it opened. And really... I know the management will not care about this review but maybe customers might. We spent $170 before tip on 2 mains and 1 app with a corkage fee. Crazy. It's too much money to dine out anymore if this is the service received.

    Hello Stephanie Burbank. Thank you so much for your review, we care very much about our costumers, here. We just dont sale food, we give a experience for our guests. As you seated on front roll table, front our fire pit. Last night was a sign that we care about new costumers like you. you called us before and asked about the corkage fee because I answer the phone and I knew was you because of your name shoed in our caller ID. Prices are showed in our menu, if you CANNOT AFFORD IT IS OK TO LEAVE. IT IS ALL GOOD. $170.00 for 2 people on a fine dine restaurant is NOTHING.....after you review, I can see that you normally don't DINE OUT . ANY OTHER QUESTION PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US.

    The Charleston has been one of my favorite restaurants in Utah since we arrived six years ago. It never disappoints. Tonight was extra special since my husband and I share a birthday and celebrating in such exceptional surroundings was magical. The service was amazing, Marco made us feel welcome and well cared for, the servers were professional and the food was out of this world. Thank you for making our special night so memorable.

    The setting was beautiful and the service was great. Unfortunately, the food was not good and way overpriced. I don’t think the bartender knew how to make drinks either because ours were just not right. We’re fairly certain one of our friend’s drinks didn’t have any alcohol at all. We thought it was strange too that they refused to split our check. Venmo it is, I guess… We won’t be going back.
