    Service was very poor and gratuity was included in your bill of course. Meat was tender but fish and bread were extremely dry. Lack of kid selection as well.

    What a lovely experience for our Thanksgiving. The view was awesome. The food was extremely flavorful. The crew was excellent and friendly. I will surely go again and bring more friends and family.

    Staff was very nice and friendly. We arrived a little before our reservation time and were seated promptly. Our order was taken soon but then we waited almost an hour to be served. My fish was good but my wife’s chicken was cold. Both of our veggies were cold. I think they may have been under staffed. Probably won’t go back.

    The food was mediocre and its presentation was less than satisfactory. Dust. cobwebs could be seen under the boat. Lamp shades were full of dead bugs from the summer. The rugs need to be updated. Ceiling in one section falling down. The meal was over priced. The view outside was beautiful but inside was awful. They did not refilled our drinks until the meal was almost over. No dinner roles or offer of salad to go with meal.

    Very disappointed in the service and quality of the food. I am not sure if the kitchen was to blame or the server.

    I’m sure during the summer, sitting out on their deck eating pizza & drinking - this os a fun place. But at night, during the fall not so much. Asked for plates to share food- she brought us coffee cup saucers…. Brought our food and said do you need anything else…? Ah silverware & napkins would be nice 🤔. If you want a “dinner” in this area- I’d try the Italian restaurants or other places for a full menu.

    Soup came out with a sour taste. Waitress (she was very nice) apologized and offered a different soup choice which was okay. Pizza was not done. Except for the crust it was uncooked dough. Couldn't push ourselves to finish it.

    First the food was very good . They were under staffed, however our waiter did a good job. There were only two for the entire inside dining that I could tell. We had to wait 16 minutes after being seated before someone came to our table,which we understood since they were so under staffed. I hope things will improve in future.

    The Salmon is delicious, the staff handles pressure well. The outdoor patio was a little dirty, lots of dust webs in the lights and rafters. But overall it’s a good experience.

    Very disappointed! We arrived and was told to go to the bar and wait to be seated since we arrived early for our reservation. They never said I would be texted when my table was ready! They didn’t even ask For my cell number. We enjoyed a drink and after about 1/2 hr I looked at my phone and apparently they sent me a message saying our table was ready…my husband went over to the front reception area and they were Very rude and stated we’ve been trying to contact you!! Try is was our first time her so we had no idea they would text us. If I knew they were gonna text me I would have been looking at my phone!! Then we were seated at the back of the outdoor section, even though there was a table with a good view available, we asked to be moved and was told “they have a reservation”…so did we, but we weren’t moved. Then the server came and took our drink order. We were looking at the menu and the server came over and took the 1 set of cutlery we had on the table and said “I will bring you a new set” and gave it to another table!! We ordered our Appetizers and we had no cutlery!! My husband had soup so he was given a spoon on his plate. He used his spoon to feed me my appetizer, then got frustrated, went inside and took a cutlery setting from an empty table!! (Also saw other guest doing the same). Our dinner came after about 1 1/2 hours 🤬. I ordered the homemade “crab cakes “. They were horrible…tasted like canned crab put together with mayo and breadcrumb. Horrible experience!! Not what we expected!!! Very disappointing, it was my birthday dinner and wow not happy!

    Our experience was a mixed bag. We loved the views and the decor was nice. Our food, however, was inconsistent. We enjoyed our appetizer and soups, the steamed clams and lobster bisque and New England Clam Chowder. We asked for some bread to go with our soups and were told there were was no bread ,so we had to order garlic bread. They brought us a plate of very wet, sopping buttered garlic bread that was not really edible. My husband’s meal of crab cakes was good. I had the blackened grouper tacos as my meal. When I picked them up , the fillings fell through the soft corn shells. On all three tacos. The grouper was cut and cubed into small pieces and mixed in with the tomato salsa. It was not a tasty dish. So I guess it depends what you order?

    We had a confirmed reservation for an 11:45 outdoor seating. When we arrived at 11:30 we were told that a "large party" was to be seated at the outdoor venue, meaning that our reservation would not be honored. We were offered seating near a windows table instead. Very disappointing.

    Nice view but we had some clouds. Seated us in a nice spot for our anniversary. Had bang bang shrimp which was a decent portion but could be spicier. My hubs had the lobster pasta dish which I feel was very over priced. I had the fish tacos in which 3 were served and that was an app… so that was a good value for $18. It’s emptier in there now that summer is over. Had a reservation on a Wednesday but probably didn’t need.

    Waited do 90 minutes for meal. Service-Hostess was waitress, cashier and server. Had to ask for a different table, which they couldn’t give us, due to it being reserved; No one ever sat there when we left it was 10:30 closed to closing time. We were on vacation visiting area, thought are all restaurants like this in the area. Very Disappointed 🥺🥺

    Lakeside was the draw and it was wonderful. Server was attentive and engaging. Chicken on the salad and mango chicken were both quite dry. Not a little, alot. Calamari was different, In a good way, but very salty. That is just subjective taste, IMHO. Overall nice and maybe if it was something other than chicken, we would have thought differently

    apps were amazing as was the bartender who suggested them for our party of 5. we were the first wood table inside the bar, was relatively ok but definitely the hallway to the bathroom from the bar. ended up with burgers and fish tacos to share because we enjoyed so many apps. we eat there all the time and enjoy the service and food.

    We had a table with a view of the lake which was nice. I was glad to have the option of a black bean burger. My husband was disappointed not to be asked if he wanted a drink refill. I was very disappointed with the coffee. The grounds are a lovely place if you arrive early for a reservation. It is a casual dining menu and environment. Parking lot could use some lines. I barely made it out.

    I ordered the halibut which waS delicious however the meal consisted of one piece of fish with a little mango salsa on top of bit of arugula for 38. No side no potato veggie or salad included which was disappointing for the price.

    huge wallyfest weekend. Still got us in at are reservation time and we were able to get everything we ordered. cooked perfect and served quickly. wow i mean WOW Great staff,great food,great view from outside deck dining.

    I made reservations online for me and my wife for 5:45p.m. on 8/27/2023 for her birthday. When we arrived we were seated immediately outside under the canopy. There was a lot of people inside but outside only a few tables were occupied. It was very quiet, we had a very good waitress, the food was delicious, and it was a great experience. If we can make any changes it would be that there were more choices on the menu like pasta dishes, meatball dinners.. Either way...We will definitely be back!

    We wanted to dock and dine so we chose The Dock. We had a 1:00 reservation for 10 people and were seated promptly. Wasn't expecting much due to some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Restaurant was very nice. Everyone really enjoyed their food (even the foodies) and drinks were delicious. Space for kids to walk around out on deck and by fish tank when they couldn't sit still any longer. Would definately recommend.

    We made a reservation and arrived about 15 minutes till and had to wait to exactly 6 pm in the bar not a big deal but odd. Service was lovely but food was uneven. Crackers were stale, quesadilla very basic and cocktails need better preparation. Not horrible but not noteworthy either.

    We had delicious appetizers, all 6 of us ordered a different entree and each meal was wonderful. I had the Caesar salad with Chicken on Herb Rubbed Pizza crust and it was outstanding.
