Perfect! We love the cozy outdoor option! Thanks to all; you are a favorite.
Relaxing, cozy atmosphere and great food for a decent price.
food order never made it to kitchen… long wait
Parents weekend at RPI
The atmosphere is great. We love the sheltered garden setting in all seasons and almost any weather. Great staff. Wonderful beverage selection. The food is yummy, but it's time to increase the menu a bit and add more healthy options; we love the radish salad! Thank you for serving tea! Perfect with the amazing cheesecake!
Muza is my favorite place to get together with good friends. The "must" have drink is the Mimuza. Absolutely delicious!
I love The Hill at Muza! We arrived early to have some drinks before our 6:30 reservation. I gave it an overall 4 star rather than 5 because the heater wasn’t working where we were sitting and it hadn’t been for a while we were told. It should have been replaced with a working one when the restaurant wasn’t opened. Our party of 5 sat in a quaint area (no heater) for our 6:30 reservation. Our waiter was very thoughtful though - another table had opened up with a working heater and asked us if we would like to move. We opted to stay where we were because it offered a great view! The potato balls and potato wedges were out of this world delicious! Thank you again, Muza, for such a unique experience!
This place is so great. Friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere, killer food. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because there is a bee problem in the beer garden. There needs to be a bee trap or something put up to remediate it - I got swarmed the last two times I went for brunch and it was very unpleasant. Bees aside, it would get 5 stars!
Visiting family, and was looking for local restaurants, not chain.
Does resemble a ski chalet inside, it’s incredibly cozy with the minimal number of tables, and the soft lit bulb strands above.
Order from the bar, take your beverages, then food is delivered via table number.
Pretzel bites were deliciously hot and salty, we ordered the additional beer cheese, but the zesty mustard is perfect for dipping too.
Chicken schnitzel sandwich was great, so thin but amazingly tender and juicy too. Dad had the kielbasa roll and ate every last bite.
Highly recommend for a low-key, quality meal! Staff is super friendly and helpful, wish I knew their names for a huge thumbs up, but missed them.
Did not realize that downstairs they have a full takeout menu! While walking in, a local guy was leaving with takeout; we asked him what’s good, and I think he must’ve listed the full menu. Want to come back for takeout just to try the more expansive menu, but the slimmer menu at The Hill is still fabulous, with a good beer/wine selection and warm atmosphere.
Thanks guys, can’t wait for another excuse to visit Troy so I can steer people this way!
We had reservations at 8:30pm and were visiting from NYC with my wife who is 8 months pregnant and some friends. While the location is beautiful, after being seated and scouring the menu, we kept waiting for someone to come to take our order, and as no one came, after some time I decided to go up to the bar and ask if there’s a waiter or if we need to place our order there. I was told you place your order there, which having never been to this restaurant before, we were not aware of. All of a sudden we were told it’s 9pm so the kitchen is closed. I was so shocked, I didn’t know what to say! Why would you sit people down, give them menus and not warn them kitchen in closing in 30 minutes?? We should also have been advised the order is placed at the bar. So, we were sitting there for 30 minutes with basically no chance to ever be able to have dinner. After pleading with the host, nothing could be done to serve us and we had to leave. My 8-months pregnant wife hobbled down the stairs without any food, feeling weak. It was hands down the worst restaurant experience I have ever had, devoid of common logic and human empathy. Would never attempt to go there again.
MRia: Adam here. I started the business 7 years ago, and worked single-handedly with my wife at the bar for 44 hours a week for 7 months while we had no staff due to Covid. We recently hired new team members. I re-communicated to our staff the protocol is to welcome all guests, guide them to their table, and explain how our beer garden operates. I also advised they follow our standard process to make laps 20 min before our kitchen and bar close. I would hope you visit us again so we can rectify.
Nice place and professional and nice staff. A little wait on food due to being short staffed but always a nice getaway.
Dinner was delicious. The atmosphere is amazing. Great staff and great beer.
It was a wonderful evening! Food, beer and wine was excellent! Outdoor setting is beautiful! Staff very friendly and accommodating! Loved it!
Outdoor patio serving beer/wine and polish sausages. Great atmosphere. Great place to spend an evening with friends. It’s like a German beer garden.
It was lovely! What a cool spot, great concept. Loved the decor, great vegan options which is so appreciated. Staff super friendly, casual vibe. I’ve already recommended to several friends
Relaxing atmosphere and good food
Fun and great food but very slow and out of several things we tried to order
We had been eager to try out this beer garden in Troy, and weren’t disappointed. The ambiance was lovely, especially on a sunny summer late afternoon.
However we were surprised at the limited menu for outdoor dining and found the pricing high for what essentially was sandwich fare.
Love their patio. Nice way to spend a beautiful day with friends.
Great for polish beer and food. Also had local beers. Order food and drinks at the bar is a great system and they are quick with the food. Loved the ambiance and the outdoor dining.
Good beer, burgers and chicken sandwich. Too bad the waterfalls are not running this year. Definitely coming back.
The service was incredible and the bartender was so warm and welcoming! Really enjoyed the food and all the different types of beers.
Like being in a hidden European corner, so great! Definitely check it out.
Great spot. We hit it heading down from VT. Very dog friendly. Super helpful staff. Kielbasa and Schnitzel were outstanding
The menu is good but very limited. Location is perfect!
Disco balls were outstanding! The Hill is one of my favorites in the capital region.
This was our first time here and we loved it. The brunch burger and potato wedges were excellent! Being able to sit outside and enjoy the food and beer was my favorite part. We will be back!
It was a great visit and I’ll definitely be returning.
The servers were very friendly and accommodating. We had reservations to sit outside and were told that if it started raining (which it did) we were welcome to sit inside. The beer was cold and the food was hot!
Our second time at Muza and just as great as the first time! Amazing food, quick service despite our large party size of 8, and an even better atmosphere. 10/10
Great place to drop with the dogs for dinner before hitting the cabin in the Berkshires. Great ambiance, good food- learned a little more about polish vs german-
And a solid , if smallish wine list. . Dogs welcome in the patio. No table service in the patio, you order at the bar. Not a problem for us.
A great outdoor space with an extensive beer and wine list and a small (but delicious) snack-y menu. Don't miss the disco potatoes!
A jewel in the rough. Excellent food and quiet atmosphere. Would definitely return and recommend.
Advertisement was exaggerated the wine and beer offerings. Minimal food options and an incredibly small wine pour! Wine was less than 2oz!
Disappointed on staff response when politely asked, left and went elsewhere.
The Hill is one of our favorite places! Love the atmosphere.
Food was hot and delicious. It took a long time to get to us but I think that was just because they were short staffed last night.
Cool spot, super hot sitting outside though
Cool little Polish hideout on the hill. Hidden gem Enjoyski Troyski!
Cute rooftop and friendly service. Food was good, but not outstanding.
Such a fun venue…love the outdoor space. Wish the menu had more options with maybe a salad. Also wish they went back to serving because having to walk back and forth to the bar carrying them two at a time was eh.
Beyond Delicious 😋🤤!!!
