   We had an unforgettable afternoon at The Ivy, where we gathered with cousins visiting from Canada for drinks and dinner. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and promptly escorted to our table. Our waitress attentively inquired about any food allergies and whether we had a designated driver, then suggested some delightful non-alcoholic cocktails. Tiernan, our attentive waiter, along with his colleagues, ensured we were well taken care of throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. I eagerly anticipate returning to The Ivy in Belfast soon!

   Good service but food is very average and expensive for what is. For same budget, a restaurant like Roam which is not far from the Ivy is a better pick and the food there is much more refined. This is my first time at the Ivy so I had high expectations and was quite underwhelmed by the food, we did not even have plates for the starters that we picked for the table and had to eat arancinis from a bucket, which was not easy. The service, while really good is a bit much given how poor the food was. We had 2 servers looking after our table and checking in with us a couple of times during the meal. I personally won't be going back as there are many other restaurants in Belfast where you can get both great service and great quality food for the same price or less but the place looked nice and lively so might be worth a visit to make up your own mind.

   Lovely entrance and greet on entrance and atmosphere is lively loud but bustling. Tables felt a little crammed too close to another and booth chair seating stained and marked and could do with a revamp. Food was a little overpriced and steaks smaller than other restaurants portion sizes. Food was tasty but options was a little limited and fussy. Waiter was the best he was super sweet chatty and great eye contact and smiled the whole time even brought us an anniversary treat which was lovely. Cocktails were lovely. Not sure if I would run back but it was nice to do something different.

    The Food and service was good. The only problem we had, the tables were too close together, we could not help hearing the conversation next door. There were 5 table for two along the window, 4 would have helped. This spoilt the lunch for us.
