The Ivy Victoria Quarter
The staff were friendly and helpful and always on hand without being a nuisance. The food was impeccable, we had eggs Royale and eggs Benedict, both beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. The only negative was one of the ladies toilets needed cleaning as someone had left it in a mess.
Second visit here. Love it. Has to be a special treat, it’s not an everyday occurrence.just perfect for a lunch date ❤️
A lovely experience in beautiful surroundings, the service and food was excellent and we weren’t rushed to leave. We will definitely be back.
Great night, everything was nice and relaxed. Great food, great service.
Food was nice but service was a little slow which was slightly frustrating.
Not our first visit. Always good food, love the decor and staff very helpful and so pleasant.
Extremely friendly waitress spoke lovely couldn’t do enough for us the receptionist saved our coats & shopping for us until we returned for tea after being at the arena show 1st class thank you
Service was awful. Love the place, love the food but the service team need a lot of work. Customers are not top of their list. Long waits (to order drinks, to order food) had to miss dessert. When we complained we were treated as if it was our fault! So much opportunity to be amazing but not taken.
Delicious food and lovely surroundings/atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff but one or two small details were missing ie, no saucer for teaspoon with latte, had to use fingers to pick up sugar cubes and it would of been nice to have our chairs pulled back by the waiter when being seated.
Yes. Waiting staff were great but dropped and broke things twice while we were there. Accidents happen and they cleared up quickly but that's why I gave a 4 not 5.
Otherwise all good. I love going to The Ivy Bistro.
Birthday lunch at The Ivy with a friend. Good food spoilt only by the waitress who cleared the table while I was still eating!
Great way to celebrate my retirement & was given a free glass of champagne
It was my birthday, and we met my brother and his partner here, the food was excellent, as was the service.
It was a very pleasant lunch in very pleasant surroundings, the staff were friendly and courteous and very efficient.
It is an interesting place to go to, the food is very good but so limited choice on the Special that we had to go 'A la carte' again. Service very good.
Excellent food and Service
The Ivy Cafe Leeds was as per normal
Wonderful staff excellent service
Everything about the food was superb
Fair prices, just couldn’t say anything over than
Thank you and see you again
Lovely atmosphere and delicious food. Service good but at times had to wait a little longer than expected. Overall a beautiful lunch. Would definitely return for special occasions.
Staff friendly. Menu/specials explained. Crockery immaculate.
Amazing all round
Good food, service and ambience. We will definitely return.
Disappointing food. Very small helpings of scallops, very small shepherds pie with no accompanying vegetables, nota true risotto.
Reasonable service but overall poor value for money.
The Food was lovely, but we were on a very small table right by the door and all the waiter staff, was constantly knocked by people whilst eating. Biggest issue was the Service, server was great and polite but took 10 minutes to bring a bottle of water for the table and the food came before our other drinks.
Gorgeous food brilliant service! Definitely recommend I cannot wait to go back
Soup was tepid & quickly replaced, & removed from the bill. Waiter was excellent, cocktails delicious & food was good. My second visit & I will definitely be back!
The Ivy is a lovely place to have lunch but the food was very average and certainly not worth the money
This is my third visit to the restaurant and it did not disappoint. I have never seen the brunch menu before but, the choice was varied and reasonable. The portion sizes were generous and the food delightful.
The service was impeccable; every member of staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.
The most amazing food. I cannot recommend it enough
First time visit for my wife’s 50th birthday. It made a special day a very special occasion.
Lovely atmosphere, and service. Food also excellent!
We had a lovely time in Ivy! Gorgeous restaurant and great service.
Booked birthday breakfast with my friends. Food was delicious and birthday girl got a little treat which was nice.
My friend and I were meeting up for the first time in 11 years. I wanted to go to somewhere special. My husband and i have eaten at The Ivy Leeds before and really enjoyed it. This time we had afternoon tea. We enjoyed it but I have had better. The service was good but I asked for a tonic three times and eventually gave in. My latte was on the house as a result. The sandwiches were a bit bland, with very little filling. We had two dessert type dishes. No hot water was provided for the tea. In general I have had better afternoon teas elsewhere but we did have a good time and I will visit again but probably will not have afternoon tea
We were very happy with the food, service and ambience. Would visit again.
Lovely restaurant , when we arrived there was quite a few tables in. Service was good but as the tables emptied out, staff went on there breaks and service became sporadic. It took 15 minutes for the waitress to bring our bill from asking, far too long considering it was quiet then. The beetroot bread on our sandwiches was hard and the sandwich didn’t feel freshly made. But other elements of our afternoon tea were very good.
Absolutely lovely experience once again,. The attention from the staff is incredible. We were particularly well looked after by a young man who was leaving to join the Harrogate Ivy - well done Harrogate he’s a great guy to join your team Food excellent A**
Excellent food. Service good. Had to wait a while to pay the bill. Thought tables too close together
Braidon and Beth were great and food was lovely. Fab night.
Amazing good, beautifully decorated with a lovely, friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back soon!
Right from the greeting we received, everything was perfect.
Staff well trained and we were given plenty of time to browse the menu with cocktails before ordering.
I would certainly recommend this restaurant for evening.
Not impressed with the meal for my husbands birthday. No ambiance, felt like we were eating in a cafeteria on a Saturday evening.
Worse was the food, I had scallops and tuna. I only got 3 scallops (one broken up!) for £12! And the tuna was over cooked and dry, even though it was one of the specials. Will not be returning and have told my friends not to bother either. My husband has been to the Birmingham Ivy and had a much nicer experience. Very very disappointed! £100+ for a meal for two, and very mediocre.
Totally ruined our Saturday evening because of our waiterWe received two £25 gift vouchers as a Xmas present which we presented on paying the bill the waiter went away and insisted there was only one voucher ,as we were in a hurry to get to the theatre I said I would double check when I got home.I rang the ivy back that evening saying we definitely used both vouchers since then I have left countless messages and finally got through to a manager under duress called Reece who promised to ring me Monday I am still waiting the after sales to returning customers is appalling for a company of this stature I truly hope someone in higher management reads this and contacts me yours sincerely Mr Merrick This is a matter of principle as they were a gift from an elderly relative
