The Lincolnshire Arms Hotel
Great food and stagg very prompt and helpful. Was a tad loud so hard to hear conversation but very happy with the meals and drinks
We love coming the the Linc. Have been your customer for years. Food always great. Ambience beats anywhere else.
Only item on this occasion was the aircon was blowing quite strongly and directly on me but I just happened to sit in the particular seat that it affected. This was no so for the others at my table. So not a biggie.
The only other comment to make is that you changed the Choc mousse from a tall glass with cream to now be a in a dome. I used to buy one every time when it was in the glass as it was excellent but the choc dome I do not like at all. Please change it back.
Great local pub. Good food and service with a nice pub atmosphere.
Staff were welcoming and friendly and food was excellent. Will definitely going back
Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Your honest feedback is extremely important to us here at the Linc. We hope to see you again soon.
Having travelled 60 kms to meet friends for New Year and to be informed that the bar was closed at 9 pm. We were then told the pub would be closing. I will never attend the venue again as it was disgusting to not be informed - the staff member told me it was on the website - not everyone reads the website and I just booked for dinner and it took me directly to open table.
lost a customer forever and I will tell my friends too !! Disgusting and no respect for people who wanted a nice night out with friends!! Rating needs to be 0 I am disgusted at their customer service in this respect.
Hi Julie, Appreciate your honestly, I do recall this conversation as I was the one speaking with you on this night. I am so sorry you feel this way, we assumed all customers were aware we are closing at 9pm on New Years Eve as we have found for the past 10 years that there is little demand to be open beyond 9pm. But I have learnt a lesson to make sure that we do inform all customers as they come in for dinner/drinks. Again, please accept my apology. Kind Regards, Amin Dahaby
Great food friendly staff a very enjoyable lunch, will return
Great food with a good variety relaxed atmosphere very good value
My wife's Barramundi was satisfactory and her dietary requirements were met gladly and with understanding.
Unfortunately, I chose the Lasagne. I didn't expect a small serve of pasta swimming in a huge sea of meat & tomato sauce. My expectation was twice as much pasta , less than a quarter the sauce and perhaps some garden salad on the plate.
Great local pub. Great food, friendly service. Good selection on the menu.
We really had a great time food and service was excellent.
Meals were very average which is a shame because everything else was really great.
We have moved from Perth recently and have had many visitors over & we always take them for a meal here. The bruchetta & lasagne is the best.
Lovely place, great helpful staff and nice food. Highly recommended to all.
The food was very good. The staff very professional and friendly. The dining room was warm and inviting and our seating was very good. Would definitely go there again.
Recommend venue to others. Good food, excellent service.
We are new to the area and it was our first time at the Lincolnshire Arms. First impression was great, the colour scheme in the bar area along with the copper beer pipes was impressive. The dining area was both cosy and comfortable. To top it off everyone’s food was beautiful. We will be back soon.
We have just moved from Perth to Essendon 2 weeks today & we have been back to the Link twice because of the best bruchetta ever & the lasagne is also the yummiest we have tasted in a long time, but really the bruchetta is to die for 💕💕💕
The ambience was great and the staff were attentive. Unfortunately the Parma was average, and not well seasoned. The burger patty desintegrated easily - felt like I was eating more burger mix than actual beef.
The aioli was oily, did not have a creamy consistency. A real shame.
It was Valentine's Day. We made a late booking at 6pm with Open Table which was accepted.
When we got there, apparently the place was booked out but the Manager allowed us to dine there making sure to tell us to be out by 7pm. No problem except that every 2 minutes he was checking on us (6.25pm). The food was fine but the service not so much. I'd eat there again, just wouldn't be for the service.
I lunch or have dinner at the Linc at least once a week with family or friends. I am lucky I am in walking distance of the hotel.
Consistently good food and pleasant atmosphere. Convenient location in relation to shops and easy access from surrounding suburbs.
We booked online without any difficulties.
When we arrived our booking had been recorded.
The food was very tasty and the service was good.
We will certainly return in the future.
Excellent food and atmosphere. The dining area has a 30's art-deco feel with an interesting curved street window. In spite of having an adjacent busy street and a tram line, noise is absolutely minimal. In fact friends have remarked on the fact that the movement outside is interesting and an advantage rather than a drawback to the dining atmosphere. staff are helpful, informative and very pleasant. Definitely a favourite place to eat.
Would have been nice to have some live music since it was a saturday night...acoustic or something...
Meal was fantastic!!! As was our shared entree...all food came at the same time and service was faultless
Nicely modernised pub, with reasonable beer and wine choices. Bar menu and dining menu with fair selection of meals and snacks.
Provides parking, and cosy restaurant area with lots of window space. Meals were easy to order and quickly delivered. ran a tab with drinks which is convenient. My pasta was excellent, my friends veal was nice but a bit small, but my wifes fish was small, dark and tasteless. Also, only sav blanc by the glass was NZ and there were 3 of them, needs an aussie option.
Great ambience with open fire. Nice staff very pleasant
We go at least twice a year. Once bubs is bigger it'll be more often. The food is always nice, reliable. The staff on this visit were the best we've had! Its very relaxed and great for families and to have a few drinks, you can make noise and not feel guulty... enjoy!
Food was too oily and expensive
Excellent experience dining with my family. Great menu choices for all , including vegetarian for me.
Great service and wine/ beer lists. This is fast becoming my 'local'.
I had the pumpkin ravioli and it was amazing. The staff were very friendly and attentive
Food was terrible! 4 our of 4 people ate under half their meal. The waitress did not ask if everything was ok when clearing the almost full plates of food. We advised it was terrible and she just smiled and said sorry. Would definitely not recommended or return.
The meal was nice. I booked via on line booking at 635 pm to ensure availability for 7 pm. I was told when we got there there was no availability and the man that seats people was a bit cross. He also challenged the time I made the booking. He did however find us a table which was very nice of him however I felt quite awkward when he said they don’t accept bookings after 530. Need a better booking system perhaps
Enjoyed the food, servings where generous and the decor was warm(hadn't been there for a while). Staff attentive.
Great hotel, close to public transport, plenty of parking close by.
Food was very good and reasonably priced
Good came out quick staff friendly meals were ok no issues with anything
We had a 7.00pm booking and by the time we finished our dinner and ready for dessert @
9.00 ish the dessert bar was closed. We found this very strange and ended up going over the road to Crème where we had our dessert. This was a little convenient given that we were already at a restaurant. Perhaps you need to stay opened for dessert until at least 10.30 pm.
Easily the nicest pub restaurant in the Nth West. Very good staff.
Very noisey. Kitchen unable to add mashed potatoes to a meal as they only had enough for what was on the menu???
Love this place - go there all the time. Not a fan of the new whiter atmosphere (preferred it the cosy dark colours) but still a great place!
