A favorite place of mine. Always amazing, never disappoints. Highly recommend.
Great food, service.
Delicious coconut rice and Tiki Masala. The tandori shrimp was so good as well as eggplant.
Delicious dal makhani, shrimp curry and vegetable biryani. Glad the waiter encouraged us to get a bottle of their pinot noir reserve, which turned out to be quite good.
Food is so good! Chicken is so tender!
Best Indian food we've eaten in Connecticut. Flavors are subtle and layered and the portions generous. We were delighted and look forward to returning and trying other dishes.
The servers were warring with each other but we eventually got our bill
Something for everyone young and old.
Great food. Great service. Can’t wait to go back
Love this place! Has quickly become my favorite spot for Indian food. Food is always excellent. Somewhat on the spicy side, but they can easily adjust based upon each diner’s preference.
The Naan is a JEWEL! Gorgeous environment, delicious food, fabulous service! You need to go to there!
We had a vegetarian meal and it was honestly very bad. the service and staff are great but the food was just downright bad (Dal, Chana) .
Very tasty Indian food. Restaurant aims to please and adjusts spice level to your liking. Try the butter chicken very good. There naan is delicious!!
Extraordinary food in a gorgeous setting with stellar staff! A winner all around!
Mostly families, a little noisy. Food was bland and a little disappointing. Service was polite and helpful.
Food was absolutely delicious. My tandoori chicken and my husbands spinach and rice were excellent. Only suggestion is rice and samosas could have been warmer
The Naan is great and has been each time we have visited. It appears that great pride is taken in the food that they offer and the service. We try different dishes each time and it's always delicious.
Fantastic food. Great service. Comfortable atmosphere.
This place is less than a year old and I love Indian food so am so pleased to have found this place. Had chicken vindaloo, lamb rogan josh, and saag paneer. The vindaloo was excellent spicy and chicken tender and well cooked. Lamb also tender and cooked well. The breads were just ok, both Naan and roti, just seemed a bit dry and not as chewy as we’ve had before. The service is good, ambiance a little less so. Think the place would benefit from a little less light and nice mood music. When it’s quiet with few diners, it almost feels too quiet and hard to enjoy the food. Also when that few diners may want to close off a section of the room and put the guests closer together- its a big space and spread all out just again seems to indicate the restaurant is not doing as well. I hope this survives as the cuisine deserves too, just needs more seasoning.
It was a lovely place with great food, it was quiet but it lacked music which would’ve made it better more exotic.
Here on business and what a pleasant surprise to find delicious Indian here in Westport! Was delicious and well spiced and spicy! Portions were good. So why the four stars? I love Indian food having had it in London, NYC, LA, SF, but sadly not in India...yet. We had Lamb Rohan Josh and Chicken Vindaloo which the meats were well done and tender, not overdone. The Saag Paneer though was too crushed, creamy just didn’t get the taste of spinach and the saag seemed sparse. The Naan and Roti were ok, but just not the fluffy that I have had in other restaurants. So overall a good meal and the service excellent, couldn’t give it the five stars. But then again this place is still new so expect to try it again when back in town!
Upon request food was prepared very spicy. good overall.
Chef shouls be fired, terrible food. Fantastic ambience, great staff, nice cocktails however the food is just terrible
I haven’t had Indian food often, but the waiter was very helpful. We went for the buffet, so that I could try a little of everything. It was so good. I am looking forward to returning.
First time dining here, but will definitely return. All of the food was truly outstanding.
Food is fabulous and the staff are very friendly! We love this place and will be back!
Make sure to order kurkuri bhindi from the appetizer menu. It’s our favorite. Lamb saag is also quite special.
Scrumptious food and attentive service. The Delhi style butter chicken is authentic.
We shared 3 appetizers and 3 entries. All the food was delicious, and service was very good.
Food was very good. Service was inconsistent but OK. One extra ordered item never came, but was not on the bill either.
The food and service at Naan are great! Good place to go before or after a movie at Bowtie 6 Cinemas in Norwalk.
Mango lassi --who knew it could be so delicious. Enjoyed the okra and the samosa chaat.
Delicious and authentic. The staff is friendly and the cocktails are great. Wonderful neighborhood gem.
Excellent Indian food, lovely dining ambience, and outstanding wait staff.
Very good food and knowledgeable, attentive service
The restaurant had no energy. It sounded like a cafeteria. Music was barely audible. Wait staff was rushed and non engaging. Waited very long to get cutlery and check. My husband who eats everything took nothing home from our 5 family meals.
Girls reported that restroom was horrendous.
Good, new Indian place in Westport. Food was excellent. Best Indian for miles. Service was good, not great. Furnishings are nice, but the flashing neon light (outside the front door, which was visible inside the restaurant) was distracting -- and they should put a curtain or wall between the entrance and bar area and the dining room to make it cozier.
Finally a really good Indian restaurant in Westport. Could be the best Pakora I’ve eaten anywhere (and I’ve eaten a lot of Indian food)
Heat levels exactly as you ask, melt in the mouth lamb, excellent naans.
I wish the restaurant luck as we are in need of a decent Indian in the area. However, food was fifty fifty. The good: Lamb Curry and Dahl
Not so good: The Taandoori Chicken on the bone was very scrawny, VERY little meat on the thighs.
The Goat Cheese stuffed Nan had no trace of goat cheese
The most disappointing dish was the way over priced $15 Okra side vegetable dish. Dry and chewy. We had a spoonful each and had no interest in more.
We will give the restaurant one more try and choose different dishes. hope we are happier. We love Indian food.
For more ambiance I highly recommend votive candles on the tables. lighting is very 'Off'.
Service very good.
My wife and I love Indian food and wanted to try somewhere new.
Food gets 5 stars. Everything was delicious
Service gets a 3, kinda slow and needs work.
I'd go back. Service is an easy fix and they're brand new in town
